I walked into this location (only customer was me) three of the employees were sitting in the dinning area. One got up and went to the back as I walked up to the counter. I was told I had to use the kiosk to order. Well that was painful enough dealing with the slow station. I got my food fast and went to find a clean table. Yes there was dirty tables and floor even thought the employees were still sitting in the dinning area on their phones. The windows looked as if they were cleaned with dirty mop water. My kids went here to eat the other day their food was very cold so they politely asked for new food when the taller buzz cut manager begin to verbally assault them tell them "he's sick of these shitty ass kids expecting hot food" my son told him to watch his mouth when he then proceeded to call my son a "Bit%h" tell him to shut the F%ck up" as he continued to scream and yell al them to get the fu%k out they put on their backpacks he then begin to charge at my son. My son took a step back feeling threatened then told the manager come any closer and I'm going to rock you, the manager then went back behind the counter and begin violently shaking the computer. I went up there this evening to get the information to call the chain owner and the manager refused to come to the front and give me phone numbers to the franchise, I asked a worker if they saw the incident in which there reply was they didn't see what happened but "he (the manager) has his moments" which tells me this is normal behavior for this manager. I would like the owner to call me regarding this situation which is not acceptable a grown man trying to fight kids. This needs to be addressed immediately. read more

When I have gone through the drive thru, most often at least some facet of at least one item is wrong. Other than that small issue, this is a fine Taco Bell location. I placed a delivery order on Friday 11/18 at around 6:30 pm through the app. When we received our order, we were completely missing 3 taco supremes. After I hunted down the door that our delivery came from (which was nowhere near the closest store btw), I spoke to a female manager named Jerry who claimed to be the highest manager that I could speak to. After spending a considerable amount of time seeking a resolution as I was unwilling to drive to the store to pick up the tacos after I PAID FOR DELIVERY, Jerry told me that she was going to speak to the manager of the store closest to me to see if he would be willing to replace my order at another time. She took my name and number and assured me several times that she would call me back on Saturday. It's now Monday and I've not heard a word. I'm super disappointed by the whole experience. read more
