Just went through the drive thru and order the chalupa cravings box for me and my husband. They were cold. The meat wasn't even Luke warm. We had to microwave our food. Ridiculous! One of the best Taco Bells I have been to. This location is wearing mask and gloves. They hold out the card reader for you to ship so less people handling your card, then then clean the reader after each use. They are using stickers to close the food bags between the kitchen and the drive through attendent. And hand the bags out to you on a tray for better reach and less touching. Also my orders are almost always accurate and made well. I went to another taco bell location yesterday as it was closer and they were doing none of the extra safety steps. read more

Only been here once due to hunger desperation. The employees appeared distant and uncaring. They might have had a bad day earlier, I couldn't tell, but it's called "customer service" for a reason. Don't complain about a customer right in front of people standing in line; it's rude, unprofessional, and upsetting. They get two stars for having the 5 layer cheesy beefy sour creamy burrito thingy....but every taco bell has that. read more

Food is made quickly and tastes good. Could be cleaner. I had to wipe my table down. In 30 minutes here, two staff have collected dirty trays, but no one is wiping down tables or sweeping floors which is badly needed. And rush is over. Again food good so I'll be back! read more

First establishment has lock the doors so you cannot use the dining room. Then when you go through the drive-through and they screw up your order they refuse to answer the doors when you knock. Not going to lie I went to this taco bell and the cashier was telling me how she had her card so she could legally smoke weed and that she was high right now. I was like ummmm ok I have my children in the car with me. It took 33 minutes to get through the drive through with five people ahead of me. I'm writing a review about a specific Taco Bell chain, like the other reviewers, which should be a clear indication that something here needs to CHANGE. The 2nd star rating is only because the drive-thru staff have been pleasant enough to deal with whenever I've gone. I can't say I've had much of a bad experience there. But the FOOD, wow... the food has been HORRIBLE and not cooked properly on many occasions. For me, the nachos are my favorite and many times they've tasted overly saturated in grease and burned. I typically don't find out until I'm home, but the last few times I've gone, it's been a POINT to taste-test them first to make sure I don't drive off with $7 of pure trash. This is a great Taco Bell. The food always comes out great and the order is never wrong. The shells are always crispy (this isn't the case with all Taco Bells, believe me) and the items are prepared well. Gotta love the new Diablo sauce too. Always friendly polite kids working the drive thru as well. Whoever is in charge of this location deserves a pat on the back. I ordered a Nachos BellGrande & the "beans" that they served me started to turn to dust because of how long they had been sitting out. The cheese started to turn to rubber & once I called back they tried "making it right" by offering me more food, which is probably spoiled as well. I have no faith in the employees of this location & more than likely wouldn't pass a health inspection.
