Eh... not sure how I feel about getting my late night food fix at Taco Bell anymore... look you don't go to Taco Bell for gourmet or even authentic Mexican food... it's not even a good substitute for tex-mex. Sad and disappointed with the young girl in drive through today. Boy was she rude and seemed like she hated her job, she got my order wrong and when I said something to her she was such a you know what. She stormed off and about 3 mins later handed me a bag with the order I requested. Once I got home (about 15 mins later) this is what I got.... A smashed taco because she was mad at me... I think that lady needs to find a new job, it's customer service and you got my order wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Edwardo, I'll be back tomorrow to see what measurements are taken. Anyone that eats at Taco Bell know's, you'll be running for a whole lot more than the border. In most cases, the food isn't tasty, hot or flavorful. For me, the sauces are what make the food edible, be it hot sauces, cheese sauces or burrito sauce. I was excited for the return of the Encherito and I have to say, I couldn't have been any more let down. The portion was tiny, value sized, limited meet and the flavor was worse that a gas station taco. Here once and won't be back. I did the drive thru to grab a meal on 7/4. The service was misleading and the food wasn't prepared as ordered. I ordered a meal with a grilled stuffed steak burrito. It had 4 pieces of steak, a very tiny dollop of old guacamole and the rest was rice and beans. The hard shell beef taco was fine. The root beer was flat. The reason this is a 1 star review is because of the cashier. It would be a 3 if it wasn't for her. I heard her screaming at her co-workers like they were dirt. She gave me my order without a receipt. I waited till she saw I hadn't left and asked for it. She went to a register at the front instead of her own till, came back and handed me a folded receipt with the printed side folded over. I've been going to this taco bell for years, as it is down the street from my house. I've been a taco bell addict since my childhood. Something about the nacho bell grande brings back memories.... Every time I order here, they always get my order right! The food is always as it should be, and I never have issues. I do get annoyed in the drive through when they ask if I want extra or double of toppings on every single entree, but I wont knock them because I think this is just a stupid corporate thing they have to do. Just a little sign that they at least are following all their protocols, including the annoying ones. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean. The sauce packets are carefully stacked and everything is wiped down. Overall, a great taco bell! read more

First off it's a Taco Bell so who's going to take reviews seriously but this recent visit made me want to leave one. Nothing bad about customer service or anything, that seemed to always be good. However, the portion size has dwindle this past year. The soft taco supremes have gotten so tiny that I feel like when they ask if you want double meat, that the double meat looks like a normal taco. Quality control has gone downhill for this specific location. They are definitively cutting costs by reducing the amount of filling/meat they add. Probably going to stop going to this location due to this. Wonder if Taco Corporate will look at this and maybe review this franchise? read more

I am writing this review as I am in the restaurant, waiting for my replacement food. I came last night, tired after a long day, at some 1130, and ordered approx $25-30 worth of food. *Everything* I got was made incorrectly, cold, or not even filled properly. Take a look st the attached photos, that id NOT how a chalupa supreme should look, they were all like that. The new chicken wrap thing was ice cold, both of them. The Gordita crunch looked like it was body-slammed by nacho libre himself. Today, right now, i cane to have it replaced. They did replace it all The manager offered No apologies, no I am sorry for your bad experience, no remorse for my wasted time and my 2nd trip to McDonalds to eat last night, because the taco bell was inedible. Service is so inconsistent here. I downloaded the app thinking it would save time ordering ahead of time & I could just go inside and pick up my order. When I showed up there was a long line in the drive thru.I went inside and there was about 8 people waiting around the counter. The staff pretty much ignored our presence unless we called out to someone as they passed by. When I asked about my order they printed out the order and gave it for them to make. Why want this already made and waiting for me? It had already been 10-15 mins. Eventually my food was brought to the counter but they didn't give me my drink. It took me forever to finally get someone to acknowledge my presence again so I could get my drink. When I got home, my chips & nacho cheese were missing. Do not bother with their app. At this location you might as well just wait in the drive thru like everyone else. I think I would have gotten out faster than I did by pre-ordering and going inside. read more

Then I went to the Taco Bell app and placed the order, they accepted the order, and once again canceled my order. NO REASON GIVEN. July 4th 2022 at exactly 11:20 pm I drove through drive through that night, and I ordered the #4 and an additional crunch wrap. I have never EVER had a more delicious crunch wrap in my entire life. First of all the ooey gooey cheese, it was so warm! The tortilla was perfectly crispy, and soft. The chip in the Crunchwrap was actually crunchy. There was enough tomato's, lettuce and beef, just perfect! Well done taco bell, definitely would recommend this gourmet spot! read more

Placed a mobile order here twice, then both got canceled. Not sure why honestly because we mobile order from this location all the time since it's closest to our home. We went thru the drive thru to pick it up and again it canceled as it said to "head your way to the drive thru and give your name." The lady told us she had no mobile orders at all. I asked her can she tell me why my orders were canceled. She directly said "I don't manage or handle online orders. It just goes through the mobile/computer order and they are the ones they customer service of the mobile app who choose to cancel it or have the orders go through." So what you're telling me is that the store doesn't directly get these orders? And that your customer service handling the mobile app is just wildly canceling mobile orders with no reason at all?! That's the worst freakin' customer service and a way for you to lose sales. But there was nothing she could do but take my order through drive thru, but I wanted to use my rewards which is why we continuously use the mobile app to order. You guy really suck at this location too always leaving out food and crap and then do not know how to answer your store phone so it's ridiculous and wasting our time and gas for items that should have already been our bag. Yesterday I ordered a to go order on the app for carry out. I came to this location and the door was locked so I went through the drive though. I pull forward to the window and the guy named Pedro who says he was the manager asks what's the name and I told him it didn't ask me for a name but I have my order number and the email confirmation. He says no and he threatened to call the cops on me twice. He was extremely hostile, rude and unprofessional. (I attached a picture of my email and order) I literally paid money and had my confirmation and email and he wouldn't even look at my phone to confirm! It had the Taco Bell address, how much I paid, my order, the order number, I even offered to show him my bank card. He yelled at us and threaten us the whole time and slammed the window on us and went on the phone. I park somewhere else and my boyfriend waits in line on foot because the line was building up. He argues with him more and the guy gives us a whole random order (which I also attached a receipt for) it's not the items I ordered! He just gave us abunch of random food! Terrible customer service and we didn't get the food we payed for. I'm still in shock at this whole incident. I was picking up an order from Uber eats last night, most of Taco Bell lobbies are closed so I went through their drive thru. Once I said on the microphone that I was picking up an order the lady yelled something I didn't understand, so I proceed to the window. The Hispanic lady yelled saying "inside!!! INSIDE!!! The other girl said I'm sorry you have to come in. There is ways to speak to people. I understand that for them I may not be a costumer, but I am providing a service, which is delivering their foods to costumers... and to make it worst once I went inside they didn't even had the order ready. The cook from the kitchen had to come up and help me. He was very nice. The same lady yelled in Spanish " I'm going to the bathroom" and she didn't even washed her hands after coming back to the floor to work. Today I wanted some Taco Bell since it sounded really good today. I got #1 on the menu, 3 Crunchy Tacoo Combo and CLEARLY said that I wanted some fire sauce, she said "ok". There was a long line which is reasonable because it was 10pm. I waited awhile and tried my best to be patient, and then it was my turn at the window. Out of instinct, I asked if she put sauce in it, she didn't. Okay so no problem, I asked for some again, and the other guy that was with her got it for me, and I left. I put my hand in the bag to see if I got everything, and it felt like the hard shells of the tacos are broken as hell. So when I got home, hungry, to eat some, I find out the shells are were broken in many pieces. Every. Single. One. How the hell does someone break a taco shell? Especially in a place where you deal with them every single day. It boggles my mind that someone could break a shell, let alone 3! It was extremely difficult to eat and messy, it's like eating a burrito with many, multiple, big holes in the tortilla. Unbelievable. It's stupid that someone could mess up something extremely easy. I'm not even going to talk about the quality of Taco Bell because we already know that story... Taco Bell is cheap, quick, and guiltily delicious. Beefy five layers are always my go to, with a side of fiesta potatoes and a Baja Blast. This particular location is very quick and the employees have always been nice. No complaints. read more

What can you say about Taco Bell? It's Taco Bell. It's the same five ingredients served up in multiple ways so that you feel like you are eating something different. The chemicals or artificial ingredients added to whatever if any type of spice they use give their food a distinctive "Taco Bell" flavor that you cannot mistake. Stale tortilla chips and stale crisp taco shells are the norm here along with no attention to details. Slap those tacos and burritos together as fast as you can and don't worry what they look like when the customer actually goes to eat them because we're all about quantity and not quality here. 90% of our customers are probably high as a kite anyway so they won't even notice. I only eat at Taco Bell once in a great while because I know what I'm getting myself into when I do. I stick to the basics. Crispy tacos or chicken quesadillas but I really wish they would actually cut my quesadillas and into uniformed sizes. Running the dull knife type thing over the outside of the package does nothing but put creases in thing because if it were an actual knife, it would cut the package. They've stayed in business this long and I don't think they are going anywhere soon but they've still got a long way to go for me to actually consider them a real restaurant. read more

They always get my order right and always greet you when you first pull up to the car instead of saying "what can I get you" They're actually doing a donation thing so you can get a free taco/medium drink which I think is great.
