They are supper fast and have never had a problem here. Also they usually sound happy and. Not boring on the speaker which is nice.

Very friendly people and I have to give shout out to the Mannager Lucy thank you for always being friendly and welcoming to me. I have been going to this location for few years now and have not been into the writing reviews but I always read them. So it is about time I joined the club and let other know how awesome this location really is. I love how this location has the mobile app not only do you get choices from some the best fast food you can buy you also get 10% off all Orders when using then app. Even though they are working out some the bugs in the app it is very easy to use and I love just walking in and picking up my food as all your orders on the app can be made before you even arrive. TL;DR -- This location is below-average for Taco Bell. Not horrible. Convenient for me. When they manage to screw up three orders in a row, I quit for a few months. -- In general, Taco Bell is cheap eats. (Mid-tier quality and low price.) I eat from this location about 3-5 times a week (it's on the way home from work and I'm lazy some days since I work 70+ hours each week.) About once a week (different days, different shifts) I'll get a meal which isn't up to Taco Bell standards. I know the standards because of what I get at other Taco Bell locations, because I was once an employee (different location, decades ago), and because I worked as a quality inspector ("Secret Shopper") for a number of years. When I get three bad experiences in a row, I stop visiting the location for three months. Fortunately, they're in a "Fast Food Row", so I can stop at McDonalds, Subway, Arby's, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, KFC (behind Fred Meyer), or even the Fred Meyer deli. I usually call the store manager and let them know I'm only one person, but my voice carries. (My visits only tally to about $60 across the week. I'm not going to break their business.) They usually offer compensation to return, but I decline. (If I refuse to eat food from your location due to poor quality, why would I want more food of poor quality? Because it's free? No, thank you.) Congratulations, Taco Bell - you just earned another 90 day suspension of getting my money... and, now I'm on Yelp. read more

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell's that I've been to. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just to place my order. Once I got to the window, within a minute after paying one of the employees said to another "can we get rid of this girl already?". I had just paid for my food, and I hadn't even received my food yet. They didn't give me a receipt even though he printed it out, and once I got home I went to take a bite of my food and it wasn't what I ordered. I don't eat chicken or beef and I ordered the bean and cheese burritos, which are the vegetarian options from Taco Bell. It's not hard to mess up a bean and cheese burrito. Instead I got the beefy Fritos burrito, which I can't eat. I work in food service and even when it's late and I'm tired, I always make sure that my guests have their order correct and are satisfied. And I definitely don't make comments about them, let alone 2 feet away with a partially open glass window where they can hear every word I'm saying. I really like Taco Bell, but I definitely won't be returning to this location ever again. read more

This Taco Bell is obsessed with adding tomatoes to everything, I can't eat tomatoes so I order things that naturally don't come with tomatoes, like the loaded potato griller or their breakfast burrito. This location sometimes but not always adds tomatoes to those items and then if I ask for no tomatoes they tell me the item doesn't come with tomatoes so then I don't ask for no tomatoes next time and they put in tomatoes. read more

When is it ok to pay with a hundred dollar bill here last night around 11:21 pm I try to buy 23 dollars of food with one and the lady was like we can't take this after 11 pm I was like ok that fine. But I then came back this morning to get a quick breakfast and the lady threw me attitude when I tried to use a hundred again she did take it this time but not before stomping over to the safe like a 5 year old then on the way back she grab my food threw it with the safe keys on the drive threw counter like they were both trash then handing me my food and cash she then gave me a look like ok why you still here forgetting she never gave me my coffee. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but I think she needs to remember me as a customer did not come there to make it worst only to order my food and enjoy it read more

Great customer service. I went late at night and wanted a Baja Blast freeze. Understandably, due to the hour, they were low on the freeze. I expected to pay full price, but they gave it to me for free even though they could still fill 90% of the cup with Baja Blast. Very thankful! read more

This place is usually pretty good, for a Taco Bell. Today was the first time they really disappointed me. I was coming home from the worst day of work and all I wanted was to watch Netflix and eat Taco Bell. I got a few things, one of which was the Fritos burrito. Very recent trip review: Pulled into parking lot. Sign on door says open to 10 pm. Look at cell phone. 9:50 pm. My cell phone uses network time, which is 100% accurate. If I compare it to 5 other sources, all will be within 1 minute. There are 2 tables filled with people, so I figure I can get in. Wrong. Doors locked. Some guy inside sweeping, who apparently doesn't speak English, just motions me to go around. Go where?? He just points me around. What does that mean? I ask twice. He just points. I guess that means drive through. At the drive through menu I say 3 regular tacos. She asks what is a regular taco. What? In the last 20 years I have never had anybody ask that. Never. I say again, 3 regular tacos. I don't know what else to say. She asks crunchy or soft? I said regular. She says "I don't know what regular means to you, what is that?" Seriously. I realize most fast food employees are not hired because of their spectacular education, or else they would not be working there, but not knowing regular means hard, soft means just that? Ok fine. I tell her crunchy since she obviously does not know the difference in words. Pull up to drive through window. I say I tried to go into the lobby but it was closed. She says yeah, sometimes they close early. I said, well then the sign is not accurate if you are closing 10 minutes early. She said my clock could be off. Uhhh... no, it is not. Both my truck and my cell phone (which uses network time, and it is totally accurate, and is based on world time) show the same time. You closed early. Then this girl said "bars set their clocks ahead" and I said to her "this isn't a bar". Rude perhaps, but she is trying to blame me for the time problem. Not going to happen. She immediately changed the subject and asked if I wanted sauce. I said no, shortly after she handed me the bag, shut the door, and walked off. Here's the deal. She *admitted* they closed early, then when I questioned it, she blamed the timing on my cell phone being wrong. If they closed early, then what difference does it make what time my phone shows? I realize Taco Bell mostly hires teens and people who have few skills who can't get a better job somewhere else. I know that. But customer service basics is never blame the customer. They are giving you money which helps pay your paycheck. To summarize, they closed early, people were still sitting inside and appeared to be customers, girl in drive through doesn't know what a "regular taco" is, then blames their closing early on my clock being ahead and I came in after it closed, even though she just admitted they locked the doors early. Obviously she lacks the skills to get a job anywhere else, so this mid 20s girl works at Taco Bell. Will never return. I know the franchise owners don't care so there is no point writing to them. I will take my money to a competitor in the future. read more

I usually have a good experience here with customer service, but last night ruined everything for me. I have never had such horrible service through an intercom. Zack was rude and sounded like he just didn't want to take my order. He was irritated from the beginning and started being rude and angrily ask us questions about our order. When I got to the window he just handed us our food. Without asking if we needed any sauce. I work customer service and am completely understanding of people having bad days, but Zack took bad service to a whole new level last night. read more

During the day, the food is mostly fine, will Occasionally get the food thats bread is stale and taste horrible, and that large chunk of Lettuce stalk in the Quesadilla from not having clean gloves. Night time is always bad, always have food Contamination from them not clearing gloves and getting the lettuce in things it doesn't belong and the food will taste and have the texture of being stale and just ruins the meal for me. Its always a gamble when coming here for fresh food, but when its fresh, It tastes very delicious. Would rank it one of the lowest Taco Bell in the area, compared to my favorite just 3 miles away. I came to this location today 6/11/18 at around 4pm. As I came in, there were these three Hispanic lady employees chatting with same speaking customers, I thought this is nice looks like I am the only customer, these ladies were so relaxed as if they were killing time. After about two minutes the younger lady, about 17 or 18 years old started prepping orders, but they weren't mine, turned out there were pile of orders for drive thru, and she was prepping in full speed (ingredients ricocheting) while these two other ladies were just walking around pretending to be busy and just didn't care. I was there already waiting for about 7 minutes when the older lady whispered " hey she is waiting for her order", she still couldn't prep mine because she has piles for drive thru ( imagine those people waiting). After about a minute I said " is my order coming, I have been standing here", prepping young lady looked at me with disgust. When she finished my order, she didn't hand it to me, she tossed the bag in front of me on the counter, didn't even say anything or even say an apology but instead she showed me her real priced attitude of arrogance. HOW CAN THIS TACO BELL EMPLOYEE DO THESE TO CUSTOMERS!!! I am sure I am not the only customer this employee has treated this way. Her attitude is to put herself above the customers-this is classic and distinct of them I have seen this many many times. I have no problem if there are many orders to prep, its business of course. But the problem comes when employees are CHATTING, KILLING TIME, AND WASTING TIME WHILE ORDERS ARE PILING UP!! I bet they need paychecks that's why they are there to work. They are being paid to do their job not to kill time. There is a problem that there are three of them speaking the same language. There was a nice white lady in charge of drive thru, which I think was doing her job, but she needs to push these three to start moving as soon as orders appears on the screen to avoid pile up- or perhaps she is just really nice-or just like many workplaces-three same speaking la***s against one is not fair. Food is greasy and they have a less selection of tacos and more burritos when they should have the same number of both but I don't like that their food is so greasy I would totally not recommend this place. read more

This is a pretty good Taco Bell. They keep this place pretty clean and the staff is friendly. I always like getting the Doritos tacos locos cooler ranch or shredded chicken burritos! Also the brownie sandwich is definitely worth trying! read more
