I really only venture this way when I have nothing to eat, am really lazy too cook, low on funds or am hungover. The service is quick and efficient but sometimes they get orders wrong or don't give you any hot sauce, or worse, the wrong ones! I don't dine inside because I think I would just get grossed out by the venue and uncleanliness. Some pretty strange characters come by here in the day and especially at night so beware. The drive thru is kind of awkward and is a hazard so beware times two! I just love Taco Bell and the local location has always been great. The people are great both in and out and never had any issues that I can remember. The dollar menu is basically untouchable by all other value menues. No matter what I order I always need to add 2 reg tacos since they are so good. My favorite is Enchirito, no onions and green sauce. I love how they have different $5 boxes and they seem like a great deal but miss the deal box that used to come with a burrito supreme AND a chalupa supreme and still at $5. A huge bug problem. When I went to go for my soda surrounded by 10 little little flies look like knats ! That happens because of soda dispenser not being thoroughly cleaned. Despite the fact that breakfast hours are until 11am, this Taco Bell stops serving breakfast at their leisure - when they run out of pre-cooked eggs some time after 10:30, rather than making more, they just say "breakfast is over, we're out of eggs." I worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years, including fast food, and I never denied a customer breakfast during the established breakfast hours. Eggs only take a minute to scramble. My mother went to pick up some breakfast but when she got to the window she was told "you're too late breakfast is over." My mother then explained that the order was in on time and the person before her got breakfast and let them know she is okay with waiting. The person in the drive-thru window called another person over and they raised their voice and said they will not make the food because it takes too long to prepare more breakfast items and they are all out, he then told her she will not be getting any breakfast today. So she asked for the manager since this person was so rude and it clearly says breakfast ends at 11 AM. The "manager" was also extremely rude and refused to make the food. She told them that I would be calling in to complain and he said in a threatening voice "I'll be right here waiting." This is extremely unacceptable what kind of people do you have working at this location? The "manager" acted like a rude Mexican thug and lost you a customer. I hope the franchise owner sees this message and provides his subpar employees with some customer service training because they are horrible people and don't deserve to work in the service industry. read more

You know what? Taco Bell is good. Good at giving you gas. Good at clearing you out. But seriously, its the same like 10 ingredients combined in a different way in a huge cheap menu. You can eat like a sultan for 10 bucks. I know its not authentic by any standard of tex mex of mex food and I don't care. As for this location, they get my order right about 90% of the time, which is good I think by Taco Bell standards. Every once in a while you get some things here not made with love, like my Nachos Cheesy Bell Grande that chips had the texture of wet noodles. We used to like this location, but it appears that they have been raising their prices, a Doritos Locos Box was $6.99. Also on a taco salad they were skimping on ingredients the shell was mostly empty. The service was pretty efficient even though they were really busy. read more

Yes, I am reviewing Taco Bell. About once a month the hubby and I decide we're not cooking, cleaning, or doing anything productive...this is when it become a Taco Bell night. We have 2 TB's close by, but this one is BY FAR better than the other. The drive through is quick but they do a great job of making sure your order is right. The one time it wasn't right (we were missing an item) the manager corrected the problem immediately and gave us free churros. The food is always hot and "fresh" by Fast Food standards. For us veggie fanatics it is actually way easier to avoid meat here than any other chain. Overall, good spot. read more

So we came in here at like 11:55 on a Thursday night but they did everything they could for us. Some of my friends were being picky and they did everything the best they could. I understand the pain of having picky customers late at night from my own job but these guys handled it really well and provided great food. I feel like writing this review because I'm in a good mood and the guy at the drive thru made my day a little better. He didn't do anything special. Just good and simple customer service like you're supposed to do everywhere. I feel that the large majority of reviews are always about how fantastic a person's experience was or how poorly a customer was treated. Well I'm giving credit to the guy that took my order and did his job right with a good smile on his face. I wish I'd gotten his name and when I looked at the receipt, it said Glenda. Ok place if you want fast food at a decent price. I would recommend trying the 7 layer burrito (vegetarian friendly) cause it tastes great whether you're a meat eat or not. Also, the beef and bean burrito is filling and cheap. Usually, there are plenty of seats available both indoors and outdoors in their patio area. read more
