This was our first visit where they had great staffing in a long time. The manager was engaged with his employees and the restaurant was extremely clean. Our food is a bit complex and they got the order 100% correct! It was so relieving that it was made correctly as this is not always the case in the area. Definitely pleased. officially done giving this branch any more chances- DO NOT GO HERE. we waited for literally one hours in the drive thru for a Mobil order. normally I wouldn't wait that long but we were stuck with cars in front and behind us. crazy considering how expensive gas is right now, and it was 90 degrees outside so we had to keep it running. once the hour wait was over, we saw that 90% of the order was completely incorrect. 2 incorrect chalupas, 2 incorrect tacos and an incorrect burrito. they also forgot our chips and free fire reward. this is common place with this location and at this point I seriously think they need to shut it down and just open something decent. "fast good" should not take 60 minutes . there were 2 employees working who did not try to help us or offer any sympathy, they were just messing around in the window while we were stuck there. absolutely insane. This is the only place I have ever been to that allows this behavior and type of mistakes from their staff time and time again. Ordered in the ap and asked for burrito to be grilled but when I received it was not grilled. They told me it did not come through the ap. That's fine but none of the three staff helping me offered to remake the item. I ordered a box meal and it was not in the box even though I saw that they had the boxes. Instead it was impossible to know which burrito was which in our order until we opened each one physically to see what was inside. The worst part of the order is that NOTHING was hot. I'm not writing a review for the breakfast I had this morning which was perfection, but rather the service. Shelby A was handling the drive thru. Before I even placed my order she asked how was my morning going and sounded sincere. I placed my order which she got right the first time and asked which sauces I wanted which I forgot to ask for (bonus: I love my sauces) at the window she had the friendliest of personalities, you know some people act like they do but she was genuine. The food came out super fast she wished me a good day and I was off to the races. I wish every drive thru experience was like this one. Food was fast, fresh and neatly made. Honestly, they're about the best Bell in the area. The inside looks much better since the remodel. It's still a Taco Bell...just nicer. However, the soda machine is leaking all over the new floor. That thing hasn't worked right as far back as I can remember--I think I mentioned it in another review. There's something wildly wrong with the beverages also. My kid and I just ended up dumping the drinks because we couldn't choke them down. Weird, chemical taste--it could very well be a filtering issue. Between the chlorine and minerals, Saratoga city tap water is vile and needs a lot of filtering (we used to double-Brita filter the water when we lived in the city). Ok. I am bumping this up. They never screw up my orders anymore. Taco Bell is a known quantity. Subbing black beans for the mysterious meat tastes far better, and is healthier, too. If I could I would knock off a half-star because this franchise tends to charge more, sometimes much more, than the prices advertised by the Taco Bell chain. I also wish they'd bring back the Mexican pizza. Also, the 30-days-of-tacos-for-$10 is a fantastic deal and I hope it sticks around. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a TacoBell or any other fast food chain. Was going to use the app to order a make your own cravings box (which was much cheaper then order what I wanted separately as it's only available to order online) but it wasn't working properly, when I asked about this issue they said that they had a plumber there and he had to shut down their Wi-Fi and that's why it wasn't working. I then asked the employee if she would be able to let me order the Build your own cravings box even though we weren't able to Through the app. She said that they were unable to ring it into the register that way, and she couldn't help me even though the online app was out of order due to something that wasn't in my control. I then decided to order through the kiosk, not realizing that the kiosk doesn't print receipts (there should really be a sign stating this). I had them text my receipt to my phone... Unfortunately my phone had died so when I ordered a $5.29 grilled cheese burrito and receive something that didn't resemble that at all , I was unsure if I should even ask the very unhelpful employees for help. As I went to go get my drink, I slipped on a floor mat in front of the drink machine, I then noticed that under the floor mat was a bunch of water that must've been leaking from the drink machine. The mat itself was very slippery and the floor underneath and around It was very slippery as well. I kindly notified an employee, although it took several minutes of me, standing at the counter for any of the 12+ employees in that store to take notice. When somebody finally did notice me, I kindly notified him of the slipping hazard. He came out, looked and then walked away, and did not come back out. several other customers in the store were complaining about it and almost slipped themselves after about 10 minutes or so. Somebody finally came out and put a wet floor sign down. I usually don't post reviews but I work customer service and to see such lack of quality service and care is just completely ridiculous. If an employee can't even clean up a hazardous spill then I suggest that fast food workers stop trying to get more money, maybe they should make less. read more

The girl I spoke with was meh. And then she gave me to the shift supervisor Aaron. He offered to drive it to our home 15 miles away. When does that happen? He is an exemplary employee. At a location that is decent, he made us feel important. Did I make him drive to our house? No. I sent my 17 year old back to grab the stuff. The folks here are great! A while back Taco Bell removed my favorite menu item (the shredded chicken burrito) from their menu. I still regularly crave this burrito and the staff is very accommodating! They do their best to recreate this old menu item with their existing menu ingredients. The only difference is they use regular chicken instead of the shredded chicken. Not once have the employees complained about having to go out of their way to make this menu item for me! They are always accommodating and serve me with a smile on their face. Thank you all for your excellent service! read more

As a Taco Bell enthusiast that's gotten TB all over the country, this is one of the more disappointing Taco Bells I've been to. I use a bean burrito as a baseline measurement, a blank canvas, if you will, for the local burrito artist to display their artistic flair. The edible canvases I get at this location are spartan and minimalist in all the wrong ways. The food here is dry like they almost forgot to add any of that delicious burrito sauce. You can inject all of the fire sauce you want, but like throwing an ice cube into a desert, the drops of life are merely absorbed and forgotten, such that they seemed to have never existed at all. The Taco Bell in Malta is much, much better and well worth the trip if you are craving a truly authentic Taco Bell Picasso. read more
