They have also never forgotten napkins, which seems to happen often with their local competitors. If you are returning to east bound Hwy 2, it can be a pain to get back on the road in that direction. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food treat, so I've been here many times in Airway Heights over the past 5 years and I've always meant to write a review, but never got around to it. I gave them 5 stars, based entirely on service. I've seen them during the outbreak of Covid, arguably the roughest time they've gone through, and they muddled through okay. Even at its worst, and most understaffed, they did an adequate job. The food is always as expected, hot, and with plenty of sauce/napkins/etc. They're not glamorous, but they get me hot Taco Bell food with everything you need quickly, and with a smile. They may falter here and there, but out of perhaps 100 orders over the years, they've never messed up mine. A reliable choice. This Taco Bell is one of my regulars. I've learned which locations to avoid, and which locations are cleaner, and with better trained staff. This is one of the better! The greatest thing with Taco Bell, is even if you have a couple of bucks... They will fill you up! I REALLY wish they would bring back their green verde sauce packets... they are so bomb! A month ago in an extremely unprofessional manner she begs me to fill out the survey on my receipt and give her a good review because "her boss is on her ass about bad reviews) and continues to complain about her customers and manager. A week later she forgot to give us half our order and one of our soft tacos was literally all lettuce , no meat at all, I called and complained and came back to pick up a new one which I was told she would have ready, and she had forgotten and I had to wait 15 minutes for a SOFT TACO. And this leads my to my experience tonight. It is advertised online and on the actual building of this Taco Bell location that their Friday-Saturday hours are 7am-2am and the sign said "Drive thru open" so I get to the drive through with my husband and nobody is answering so we drive to the window , and nobody . So I call the store and the same girl comes to the window and quite Rudely informs me that she has already closed up the restaurant. To which I responded, "it is advertised that you close at 2 am on fridays and saturdays which today is a Friday. " and she just shrugs and says "idk what to tell you dude not my problem" I work customer service so I'm not one to go out of my way to give an employee a bad review because everyone has bad days but I feel this girl needs some kind of reprimand. It's one thing to have a bad day and slip up but I have not had one single pleasant experience at this Taco Bell when she is working. Im a little late writing this, i was there about a week ago. I ordered the $5 nacho box with steak and an order of two-pack cinnabon. I went over to parking spot at walmart and went to go take a few bites... there was literally nothing on the chips, barely any toppings. Then i went to go eat my cinnabon (they are the best when they are fresh) and they were cold in the middle like they werent cooked all the way. This was the last of my money that i spent on this so i was pretty upset. I called to talk to the manager (i forget what his nsme is) and told him the issue. He told me to come thru the drive thru again and they would fix this problem. They were absolutely amazing, the lady who was at the window was very sweet, smiled the whole time.. GREAT customer service. Then the manager came to the window and handed us our re-make. Before we left they gave us coupons for our next visit, i have never had a better experience at taco bell, even if it needed to be re-made, they were so amazing. And then with the food, they hooked it up with all the toppings, and with the cinnabons.. they gave me six fresh hot cinnabons! They were so delicious! read more

They charged me for the tomatoes and sour cream that they LEFT OFF my cheesy gordita crunch (which was just an absolute mess, thrown together). My boyfriends double decker taco supreme was a dried up taco with what seemed like regular beans smashed together instead of the refried beans it's supposed to come with.
