I normally wouldn't review a taco bell because they're generally universal across the board, however the lunch time staff at this location are top notch. My favorite place to go for a cheap and quick lunch. Nachos and burritos may be on the heavy side but the tacos and gorditas are the healthiest eats. I like their special "boxes" for $5. More than fill one up for cheap. read more

I'd eaten here a # of time's over the last 24 yrs. untill one Sat. mourning I ordered 3 taco's to go & by the time I had barly started eatting the 2nd taco, I had to jump out my work truck to throw up because the meat was bad & threw away the remainder of the order. I swore to never return, but approx. 2 yrs. later I stopped in & can't remember what I got that time & Deja' vu' all over again! HORRIBLE ETHICS!!!! Shady business practices... I went here on tuesday for the big free Dorito's-locos promotion. After waiting forever in line, they tell me and my kid that it's an 11-cent 'tax' charge. .. excuse me?? I then spoke with several other people who also went to other locations and they said they weren't asked to pay a cent. Free is free, sorry shady location, you have lost my respect at this location. The service is usually okay but this last time I came in with my brother and cousin , it was horrible! Bad customer services , arguing back with us . Even got our order wrong . A bunch of attitude from the employees. N then on top of that my brother got sick the next day throwing up. I don't appreciate this taco bell ! read more

I wouldn't normally give 4 stars to a Taco Bell, but this is one of the better locations I've been to. While the kiosk ordering is a little intimidating at first, you get used to it and it works well. The food quality has been very consistent unlike the other Taco Bells which are hit and miss (more on the miss side). read more

Been here 3x. I absolutely love the touchscreen ordering, no problems with it ever. I deducted one star because I ordered a freeze after I got my food and wanted to drink it with my meal. The line of 2 or 3 customers had been finished but still no one was getting my drink? Instead the young male cashier walked to the freeze machine RIGHT BEHIND THE MANAGER to text on his cell phone! I approached the manager since she was ducked behind the register and asked for my freeze. I've tried to get the Orange cream freeze 3 different times and it never works so I'm disappointed to hear that yet again. She then proceeds to yell across the kitchen that no one informed her and that it should've worked because it was a new machine. Although that wasn't professional of her, the cashier wasn't either as he saw me approaching and instead proceeded to walk away and text. Me and my boyfriend come here often because it is close by, sometimes we come in to younger staff who are very nice and polite when helping us, very very friendly. we have come in a few times and there is a bigger (white) lady, who is yelling and being very very rude to all of the employees there, she seems to be a manager, but I feel so badly for anyone who has to work and deal with her. Don't tell anyone I eat Taco Bell. Or fast food for that matter. This Taco Bell sucks. I've been coming here since the day it opened (ten years ago) and it has gotten crappier by the day. The food is never bad (though better Taco Bell can be had at other locations) but the service is terrible! I went here the other night and there was no one in the store. I walked up to the girl at the register. She looked at me for a split second then turned around and started talking to her co-worker. I was like "ZOMGWTFBBQ?" It was ridiculous. After a minute of gabbing she turned and asked if I was ready. I simply ordered my Spicy Chicken Soft Taco and paid her the two bucks she was owed (which hopefully paid for no more than an hour of her terribly unskilled labor). When my order was done (a few minutes later... again no one else in the store ZOMGWTF?) she walked to the counter with my treat in a bag and said, "Here's your... um... (turning around to her co-worker) que es? Si si... hahaha blah blah spanish spanish." I grabbed my pollo delight and abandoned the establishment. I don't know why I come here... If I could give it zero stars I would. This morning I went in to try the breakfast. I went in about 10 mins before 8. I seen a about 3 customers standing around waiting for food. I go up to the register and I'm waiting for a few minutes. My order is taken and the guy who took my order is taking his time to put on his gloves while this older lady is making the food . Instead of the younger faster guy helping make the food he waits until she make each item on by one to wrap them. I turn and look at one of the customers and ask how long has he been waiting he said about 15 mins. one by one each order is called and I think mine is coming up well I was wrong he tells me that my order is next which is in correct cause the lady is making tacos and I didn't order tacos so I still have another order ahead of mine. I tell him never mind I got to leave I will come back later. he yells at me and says "you should have said something a long time ago" I said I didn't know it would take that long! he says "well lady everything is in order" I said yeah but you have people waiting here for 15 mins I can't wait that long and as I am leaving he is still yelling stuff out. First of all my food wasn't even ready and 2nd I paid for my food it I wanted to leave it behind that's my problem he didn't have to say anything maybe even a sorry it's taking so long instead he screams at me. If I can give this restaurant 0 starts I would this is the closets Taco Bell and I had to run and get some food after a long day it was 100 degrees outside and I decided to grab some lunch after taking my 3 pound puppy to the vet not wanting her to stay in the hot car I decided I would grab some food for take out however as soon as I walked in the manager a big American lady was just mean mugging me and rudely said to get out in front of other customers. I understand she wasn't a service dog but I was just going for a meal and get out asap when I asked if I can quickly order and leave she said no and looked at me with a mean glaring look. I had just an awful experience at this branch today. I waited for 20 minutes while they were screwing up customer orders left and right. After 30 minutes I asked for the manager, she assured me my food would be made next. Many orders that were placed long after mine were filled. After 45 minutes I walked out hungry because I had to go back to work. No lunch for me today :-( read more

We went into this place about 8pm one evening and there were two people working. It wasn't very crowded, but we waited 25 mins for our 2 burritos. That wasn't the worst part....the staff were very inappropriate in how they spoke around customers. Horrible service! Two people working and both in extreme slow motion! The woman, who I assume is the manager, just stares at the screen with her mouth hanging open and can only make one thing at a time. Eleven people waiting for food, just keeps backing up more and more! People still in line were just leaving (including two 49ers!). I know it can get busy but, when the guy has to look up every "recipe" and doesnt know where the red sauce dispenser is, it makes it hard to be patient when we all see how slow they are both moving! Never had great service here before but, this was a bit extreme. Great that the lady wears gloves while preparing the food but, it kinda defeats the purpose when she wears them at the register, touching the money and everything and then coughs in het hands! How many Taco Bell cashiers those it take to ring up your food? 0! You must have the manager do it. I ordered a meal and the cashier(female of Indian decent-India) try to charge me the individual items and not the meal price. After correcting her twice the manager had to take over. And this is the only Taco Bell in the the U.S.(and maybe the world) that doesn't include a drink with their meals. Maybe if I was white I would of gotten better service and maybe a drink.
