Surprisingly, the line was long even at 11pm and I had to repeat my order several times to the cashier before she got it correctly written on the order screen. This is the worst Taco Bell location for drive thru service. I have literally sat for 20 minutes and more through the drive-through every time I have come to this location. If you come after the 2 AM hour expect to wait at least 1/2 hour for service. This location is absolutely horrible with the service times for the drive through window at all times during the day I have never spent less than 15 minutes waiting for service here. This evening I brought my concerns to their attention at the drive-through window and the service attendant at the window literally shut the window on me. I said "oh ok, shut the window.." then she opens it and says "we're behind.." and shuts the window again.. don't come here, and if you do, please let them know how horribly slow their service/employees are! The food is good but I always seem to ferret I am too big for the seating here and have to sit between two tables. Nothing like a trip to Taco Bell to make me feel like a whale. Normally I would just use the handicapped table with a chair but they don't have one. It's like you have to be in perfect health to go. Which is kind of the opposite. read more

Disgusted. I ordered a quesadilla the other day to go, and I wouldn't have ate the thing they handed to me if they paid me to eat it. It was burnt onto the plastic wrapper it was served in, and it stunk of burnt tortilla smell. The beef was practically nonexistent, which, come to think of It, it might have been better if it had not existed at all. It was disgusting to say the least. And the cheese was rubbery. My fingers were covered in oil after picking up the flat greasy quesdilla, peeling it from the wrapper in which it had melded itself to in the process. It was such a disappointment I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I understand fast food is fast food, I don't expect fine dining, but this was just ridiculous. It's a Taco Bell, obviously it's not going to be fine dining. This Taco Bell doesn't skimp on the portions and always greets me very joyfully and nicely. The other night, I had a particularly nice guy help me at the drivethru and made me smile. I've never had a fast food employee be so enthusiastic and nice. For the most part I have disliked Taco bell because living in NY the quality was always poor. But I own a place down in Winter park and we tried this place out one night after arriving on a late flight from NY. This Taco Bell Has changed the way I feel about them. I had the Cantina bowl and Cinna swirls and I must admit that I was surprised at how good it was. They are Open late and the drive thru was on point. No complaint so far! this is the most gross taco bell in orlando that i've been to. the people at drive-thru are so disrespectful, they don't acknowledge anything you say at the mic. i asked for 2 separate orders and they charged me for 2. i asked for NO tomatoes, i checked my food in the car and there were TOMATOES. then i get home and check my burrito and there was a HAIR in it. i called them a second time and all they did was apologize and say there's nothing they can do it. disgusting. read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Central Florida. Ordered on the app at 2:02, app said the food would be ready in 3-5 minutes. The bag of food was rudely given to us at 2:28, after waiting in front of the counter for 25 minutes. The cashier finally made his way to the register 15 minutes after we entered the restaurant with a customer waiting for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. We had to ask 2 employees to give us our drinks and upon opening the tacos and burritos we were met with the smallest line of ground beef and a few shreds of lettuce. Worst of all, the app charged almost $2 more than the order total and the employee said he couldn't even find it in his register, and didn't care to offer an apology for the wait or hassle. After 20 minutes of waiting he said the food was being made right now, even though the restaurant had 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 customers besides us the entire 40 minutes we were there. This place used to be great for those late nights... My last experience wasn't so great. I can recall ordering a $5 box with a Spicy Triple Double Crunch Wrap w/ guacamole (which by the way implies 6 layers, but I won't get into that) a Supreme Spicy Doritos Locos Taco and a Supreme Soft Taco. I get home and they gave me a a regular Crunch Wrap and no guac and a Crunchy Taco that was stale and wasn't even supreme. I called them and they told me that they would replace my order next time I come through, I just have to "show them the receipt" and "ask for Nate." So, another day I go through to get my replacement order and I get to the pay window and ask for Nate and hand them the receipt. Meanwhile, I have a friend in the car with me and he made a separate order. The lady at the drive-thru was very rude. She proceeded to tell me that nobody named Nate works there and that the address on the receipt was to a different store (which was a lie, because I double checked the address on my phone.) and she gave me "my order." She also said, "we'll be nice this time. But this is the wrong store." I left confused and when my friend and I got home we opened our bags and the tacos and everything were just thrown in the bag, even his order! There was spit in his Nachos! None of the Tacos were wrapped and it wasn't even all there, no Crunch Wrap! I had to choose my battles and decided to just never go there again.
