I had heard lately that Taco Bell had really upped their game for us non-meat eaters and when the opportunity presented itself last weekend, I decided to give them a try. Holy, mother of the fast food gods. What have I been doing to myself? Depriving my body of this delicious goodness. I was legit shook to my core. To give perspective, growing up in Zanesville I've dined and driven through this Taco Bell too many times to count. It's really the only one I've consistently gone to in my entire life. The service, even ten years ago, is typically good, even at 2am during what they like to call "fourth meal" hour. Worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been in and I'll NEVER be back. It was afternoon and the f-bombs were flying faster than the awful food they were making. One employee said the other shouldn't be talking that way, and the reply was another loud "I don't give a f#@*!". She truly didn't, the burritos were half empty and cold. What a horrible excuse for a restaurant! Shame on them for allowing this kind of atmosphere, not to mention the inedible food at taco bell anymore. What happened to Good Ole Taco Bell? Used to be my favorite place to eat after going out in my younger days. Haven't had fast food for awhile, my Sister's in town, Mom had never had Taco Bell before ...we kept yapping about how good it is.... Well..... Everything was cold, the tacos were tiny,had hardly any filling in them...soft & crispy. Paid $3 for about 5 chips & a tiny bit of cheese. There was no cheese in our Burritos....and GAG! Couldn't even eat the Mexican Pizza! Tasted weird, ice cold & worse when heated up. Trashed it. No sauces or napkins. Went through the drive through with no warning that it was cash only after waiting for over 30 minutes. Went to get cash, went back and got the wrong order. Not to mention the workers werent wearing gloves. I am going back through and it has been 30 minutes with no line movement. Terrible. read more

Drive in taking 4-5 minutes manager yelling at staff that it needs to be under three minutes wonderful environment to walk into. Waited in line to order for about five minutes then was at least acknowledged and told had to use the kiosk and pay by credit card for all inside orders. Guess I'll go somewhere that will wait on you in person. All those commercials with their new beef burrito wasted money when you walk in to buy one. read more

Tonight was kinda crazy. I've never waited over an hour at a fast food restaurant for a moderate amount of food before.

I was waiting on a doordash here tonight (im a doordasher), there were 6 workers total and 4 of them were standing around doing absolutely nothing, meanwhile the drive thru line was clear out to the road and about 6 people inside waiting for food. I waited for 45 mins for a doordash order. absolutely insane especially since there were 4 workers standing around talking and on their phones rather than doing their jobs. read more

This Taco Bell is good compared to others I have seen. The only real complaint is that the drive thru can be a bit slow at times. The employees are friendly and re inside of the store is clean. The restrooms are clean as well, along with the parking lot. The food is decent and one of the better taco bells that I have been to. Ive NEVER had any issues with this place EVER . UNTIL tonight . went through the drive threw at around 11pm & ordered one order an then my passenger decided she wanted to order too so i told her I had a second order an she said "okay" well 2 seconds after she says "they couldve told me at the begining" as she thought her headset was turned off an it wasnt . my passenger said "that was rude" an we over heard her say "oh they can hear me?" So we said yes we can hear you an she got very quiet . an when we pulled up to the window she kept her back turned an didnt show her face or name tag. I also work in fast food an it isnt hard to send one through an continue to take the second order. She acted like us wanting 2 orders was going to burn the place down or something. I've been road tripping from Baltimore to Rapid City SD and headed back and this was the only Taco Bell that had no idea what was gluten free on their menu (I do) or how to make it safely. I travel around in a bus playing music as a profession. A lot of times I have to travel late at night to get to the next city. As a result I have to rely on late-night restaurant businesses staying open until their advertised time so I can eat dinner. You see I live a lifestyle where I need to stay up later and in turn eat dinner later. Long story short I called this Taco Bell 40 minutes in advance (50 minutes before closing time) to let them know I would be arriving in a bus. They said "no problem! We'll be open until 4:00am and we will let you in". I was excited to be a patron at this Taco Bell as I was VERY hungry. As I got off my bus with my equally as hungry fiancée and good friend, Glenn, I approached the franchise. The lights were off but there were 3 employees inside cleaning up. I knocked on the door multiple times and the girl inside looked at me at least twice and continued to work. The manager even looked over and nobody even thought to open the door. I am extremely disappointed and still very hungry and frustrated at the fact that this Taco Bell lied to me personally and made me ask my bus driver to drive out of the way for nothing. read more

NOT HAPPY!!!! My coworkers and I just ordered over $50 through the app and I have to say that I am NOT impressed with the way my coworker just informed me she was treated at the time of pick up. First, she was told that there was no order and that I must have chosen the wrong store, then she was told that I must have chosen drive-thru pick up instead of in-store (which is impossible because the app told me that my order was too large to be picked up in the drive-thru and removed that option). They were extremely rude, she could hear them all bitching about the HUGE order in the back and placing blame everywhere else. It's flipping taco bell! How difficult is it to read a screen and make an order? (Yes, I have worked in the fast food industry, before it appears I'm judging)! It is NOT rocket science.... ANNNND customer service MATTERS! The majority of our orders were not made correctly, and what was made was so poorly thrown together that I'm sure a homeless person would be offended! I'm not one to generally be such a bitch about things such as this, I get it, people have off days....but the RUDENESS and the lack of effort to try and make us happy customers is just ridiculous! Garbage.. just garbage.. terrible drive thru times, takes 15 minutes to get an order EVERYTIME youre there. The orders are always wrong, the staff took my empty bags of trash to make sure that Im not lying about them messing up my order and not giving me 4 tacos!!! Seven layer burrito ingredients were perfect temperature. Went inside and ordered to go! Super speedy service and nice cashier. Awesome! read more
