This was probably the worst experience I've had at a Taco Time. The guy taking our order at the drive thru window was just plain creepy and looked at me like I was crazy for asking for mild salsa. We were the only ones in the drive thru and our order took 5 minutes to make and we had 5 cars behind us by the time we left. We pulled into a parking spot to eat and they had forgotten to give us any salsa. As I walked out from getting some, my dad was walking back in as well because they made a beef enchilada instead of chicken. The only saving grace was that I heard the cook in the back yell "dumbass" at the guy that took our order. We just moved next door. We really wanted to like this location. How convenient our favorite place next to our town home. Unfortunately we will be probably finding another place to take our business. We ordered and paid for a chicken nacho what did we get you ask, a pile of chips with what looked like old melted cheese sparingly on them with a few olive and a glob of almost iced cold refried beans. The only thing that stopped us from taking it back and making a big deal was we just got off the road after driving an hour and a half and my husbands back is injured. We will probably be looking for a different place to go. Sad too because we used to drive a good way for taco time near our old place. I am including the picture of our receipt and food. This place is the worst taco time I've ever been to in my life. The first time I came in they messed up my order so I had to drive around again on a busy day to get the right order. The rice was severely undercooked and crunchy as if it wasn't cooked at all. We decided to give it another shot to give them the benefit of the doubt on 4/14 (Today) and they gave my vegetarian girlfriend a ground beef burrito. She took a bite and had to spit it out. The guy even read back our order and I emphasized the bean burrito to be sure it was right and still wrong. Now my girlfriend can't have dinner because they're gonna close soon and we don't want to drive 20 minutes for the right burrito. We'll never be going here again. read more

Stopped by this location tonight and went thru the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Ordered my food and I asked for a couple hot sauces...apparently they are out of hot sauce and hot sauce cups so they are unable to give me any. Taco time running out of hot sauce...I'm thinking that's weird. I pull out of the drive thru and park my car. Walk into the restaurant and what do you know! I love Taco Time, but the last two times I've gone to this location, they've messed up my order. Last night, June 12th, around 7:50pm, they completely forgot the small order of Mexi-fries. Then, I had ordered Ranch dressing for the small salad on the Mexi-Platter, and got sour cream instead. Not going back to this location. I'll have to go to the one a little further from home. If you want your order to be incorrect this is the place for you! Last night I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla meal, two Baja shrimp tacos meal, two Dasani lime sparkling waters, a diet coke, two chicken crisp burrito mini time meals. Once I got home I opened the bag and found one chicken quesadilla, one Baja shrimp burrito, two lemon lime sparking drinks that were definitely not sparkling water, and to top it off the mexi fries were absolutely double fried and a dark dark brownish orange. For almost $40 you'd think my order could at least be 50% right. Unfortunately this is literally the 9th or 10th time my foods been all wrong. I keep driving off without checking my food, that's my fault. Obviously it'll never be right. A huge disappointment since I do like the food here when it's done right. Well this has been an interesting experience to say the least. I came in on Tuesday 9/29 and received the wrong order. I am a vegetarian so it was very upsetting for me to not even be able to eat my lunch. As I don't live very close my boyfriend called in to speak with someone. They were nice, I guess not really but I didn't mind, he spoke the shift lead Carina, she offered him a comp card and that since we did not live close I could come in at any time and get it, she "put his name on file". So when we came in today 10/3 and asked about it I was turned away saying there was no record of the name being put down. We had his receipt from our messed up order and the phone record from us calling that day (9/29) I was given a free crisp burrito ($3.00) but that doesn't make up for a 20 dollar mess up meal. Best customer service!! ARI from the drive through is your perfect classic definition of a fast food employee. She is always so happy to take your order and repeats it back and offers you condiments you might forget to ask for. On Wednesday 1/23/20 around 5 or 6pm drive through got my order wrong then instead of apologising they blamed me!! One employee said "uhh well the person who took your order is saying you did order that".. I know what i ordered i even said it twice times!. I think these guys are ok, and, of course, the food is better than at Taco Bell. I like their Mexi fries (tator tots), soft tacos, drink machine thingy, and guacamole, but, tell you the truth, I'd pay a few extra bucks for more guacamole, I mean, when I want guacamole I want guacamole... Heck, just give me some diced avocado with my taco or whatever. Avocados rock. But still, despite my desire for more avocado (and less ranch, always NO cheese, etc.), I've gotta say, these guys are still better than Taco Bell, and the service at this location is better than most. read more

Taco Time is one of the fast food joints I don't really mind going to. I appreciate the locally sourced fresh food that they serve. My favorite is the whole wheat Natural Soft Taco. It always fills me up and tastes so good, be sure to have them add medium salsa inside of it. read more

The food is tasty and consistent. The drive-thru attendants are always nice. I have not been inside this, or any other Taco Time location.

The food is always good. but if you ever go through the drive thru you'll never get your sauces that you request and pay for. it just happened to me for about the third time. I get that I can be busy but it's part of the order not that hard to get right. the drive thru people need to be more conscientious of what they're doing. so they can ensure the orders are correct. this last time I even asked if the sauces were in the bag and I was told yes they were in the bag. but they are not. read more

I visit this location nearly once a week, every time I am serviced my any member of their staff younger than thirty years old, my order has been wrong. How hard is it to look at a screen and put items into a bag. The only worker I can trust to get things correct is Sheila. Okay. I love taco time food, but the customer service at this location sucks. I came in this evening to get a couple Tacos.... I asked for no tomatoes and the sauce on the side. Simple, right? Well apparently not. Also, I was the only person in the restaurant. Stupidly, I didn't double check my order and left since it took them about 15 minutes to prepare. Maybe they had to go kill the chicken or something...... So I get almost all the way home... What do you know, sauce is on both tacos. So I drove back. Did I get an apology? No.... The girl said... Let me see, grabbed my food bag and said, I'll remake these. I asked, seeing as this process has taken me about 30 minutes and will probably take another 15-- do I get a discount or anything? The girl(GABBY). said no but you can have a bag of crustos(.99). Well I got home, and what do you know.... Tomatoes on my tacos! I called and told them they messed up again. And when I told the girl there were tomatoes she said "yea that was what I was confused about it didn't say sauce on side on the screen". Um, so I said "you are blaming me? For your mistake? How is that my fault it wasn't on your screen? I was standing right there you could have asked. Seeing as I spent over $10 for 2 tacos I was irritated 1) it took 45 minutes for me to get my dinner 2) the girl couldn't apologize! Say you are sorry and fix my order! I went to this location and had a bad experience. The food was raw,the cheese was not even melted. also the salsa and chips had no flavor. I EXPECTED MORE FOR 25 BUCKS, could have got a better experience at another cheaper Authentic Mexican food. This place really needs to work on food preparation,because it was nasty and cold. the only thing good was the tater tots and they where lukewarm. Stop being lazyand do your job right.
