Love Taco Time, not this one. They almost always mess up my order. My receipt says my order but what I get is almost always wrong. Started coming here 3 years ago, they got my order wrong on my first visit. That's okay I thought, it happens. Happened again, went inside to get it fixed. Didn't go there for another 3 months because I didn't want to waste my entire lunch break fixing their mistakes. Tried it another time when a co-worker was picking up, again, wrong item. Not surprised, his receipt showed what I ordered. Recently went there again a year later, wrong again. I get the same thing every single time, Soft Beef Burrito with a large mexi-fries. Nothing fancy or weird. How can they get it wrong so often? It isn't even consistent, sometimes a soft taco or a crispy Burrito, this time a classic Burrito. Our visit (to-go) was disappointing as our order was wrong. We ordered beef burrito (receipt said beef) but we found out when we got home that the burrito was in chicken. The chicken was dry, overcooked and had no flavor. Beef crispy taco and beef enchilada were much better compared to the chicken. Chicken enchilada was bad too. Need big time improvement on the chicken. The people were friendly during our visit. read more

Taco Time is merely okay, but very pricey for what you get. Not only are they more expensive, but they charge you extra if you use a debit or credit card. As for the food, it not bad, perhaps very slightly better than taco bell. I probably would not go back, unless I was really hungry and nothing else was open. read more

I've only ever ordered through the drive-thru. The employees are nice and the food is good, but the service is very slow. I actually timed it and from the time I ordered to the time I got my food it took 20 minutes. read more

Customer service has gotten better. Staff is friendly. Bonus for doggie treats! The food is really good and fresh. Always seem to have a long line at the drive through, hopefully this place doesn't shut down like the other occupants in the complex. read more

we went for dinner and order a meal combo each, i ordered my grande size, we get our order and it was a regular size i aske she said i only ordered a large drink, okay no problem easy fix. we get our food back to the table and everythign was old, my crisp bean burrito was a soggy luke warm bean log. and my girlfriends soft toca was also cold. they fixed everything no problem but still disappointing, i also over heard the people behind us complaing that thier order was wrong. read more

On 9/12/13, after a long day at work, about 7:30pm at night I ordered a mexi bowl at Mukilteo Taco Time. When I got home and began to eat it I noticed a rotton taste And smell. I looked and the tomatoes were mushy and smelled sour and spoiled. My stomach started gurgling. I tried calling but no one answered, Then phone line went straight to fax. I had to drive back there with dish and receipt In hand to demand a refund. I asked male employee to smell the food. He didnt. They only offered to remake!! I Would not dare trusting them to make again. I was told by male employee that he and female were both supervisors, but yet coukd Not give me a refund. I asked for superviser, told Annalise woukd be in inthe morn, and was Told Page was the owner. They refused to give me their phone Numbers. They refused to give me the corporate office phone number, closing they did not have it. Then they told me to come in and write a complaint. . After I did I asked for A copy. Make employee claimed he did not blue how to Operate a copy machine!! So no copy. Male emploee told me That sometimes their tomatoes get like that....and what? You keep And use them, guving them to your customers? ...instead of throwing them out?Disgusting. And about 75% of bowl was rice with little beans, all fir $4.50! I ate at their Lynnwood restaurant and ordered a Southwest chopped salad. I was served by a very grumpy older person. When she brought me my order to the table and I unpacked it, it was missing the dressing. I then asked her where it was and she informed me in a very snotty voice: "you didn't pay for it" . I was so shocked, since the ingredients are listed in their brochure and the dressing is one of the things that comes with the salad. Maxi fries always greasy or cold! Bean burritos tortillas cold or not wrapped good! This the worest taco time I ever seen

This is the worst taco time. They use heat lamps. I have never seen another taco time use heat lamps- the mexi fries are always cold and not fresh. Also they mess up my order the MAJORITY of the time. I wish there was a closer taco time to go to as an alternative to this one. I wouldn't mind relaying these issues to the owner. read more

I eat from this Taco Time minimum 3 days a week dealing with different staff every time and I got nothing but good service and food every time, sure during rush hour they have messed my order up but always fix it no fuss its fast food with younger staff sometimes relax drive threw can get slow but really what fast food drive threw doesn't?. I don't understand these negative reviews I watched staff make fresh guacamole right as I orders it.. I even read on here about some clearly uneducated woman finding worms in the pinto beans? Seriously? What a joke they where just sprouts from the beans it happens not a reason to try and make some $$$ not OK for people to knock a place specially like that when they don't know what they are talking about my food is always hot, fresh and dining room exceptable to sit down and eat, and bathrooms are clean..ish. If there were a choice for zero stars it would still be too high a rating for this location. The employees are consistently rude and the food is almost never good. I got cold fries today AGAIN and they "forgot" to replace them. The fact that I waited several minutes for them to even notice that I'd walked in the door should have been my clue. I had to go ask them what was taking so long since I'd seen many orders with mexi fries on the tray go by my table. The "manager" said I would have to wait for them make more. I didn't have any more time to wait and wanted my money back instead. I was told that they don't things that way there and they aren't allowed to give any refunds. BULLSHIT! I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a Taco Time! I can't believe that their customer service standards have sunk so low. I doubt I'll go into any one of them ever again. There are lots of other junk food places where they don't treat you as if you ruining their day. The customer in front of them is the one responsible for the fact that they have a job in the first place. I think the company needs an overhaul. read more
