The Abobada look so good I had to add a taco for tasting! Very flavorful and on the spicier side, but not an unpleasant heat, perfect spicy that won't leave you with heartburn! We had the horchata that is spiked & served smoked. We got there just before the dinner rush and easily found a table but soon the place was packed with a line out the door. I've visited all 5 locations and this one disappoints me the most. I miss the concha with ice-cream and cajeta which is no longer there. Brea location has ice cream (soft serve) nothing special. Cypress finally added breakfast items following Brea's footsteps. Place always has Spanish music playing and television playing Sports, WrestleMania, Music videos etc. However, Jacob always is attentive and asks if I need anything else so I can't complain. Fast and friendly service! We were warmly greeted by Angel and he was kind to offer a sample of any of their meats since it was our first visit to Tacoma's. Our first time here and seems like the food is on point. Sonia was really helpful taking our orders. A lot of cooks on duty so they serve you your order in a few minutes after you order it. Wood fired carne asada, adobada, mulitas, tacos, etc. YES. $9.95 for a 2 taco combo with a small side of rice and beans, and a drink is my go to. My family has separately tried everything which was great for my Costco sampling mentality of trying it all. I like the sweet and spicy of adobada but the smoky carne asada cannot be beat. You can customize with / without onion, cilantro, guacamole, and salsa. If you have specific dietary needs, the ipads are the way to go so you can take your time and add / delete to your heart's desire. All ipad orders are to go but you can eat in the tables outside of the plaza. Pepe's, Estrada's Cafe, Tacos de Anda can all take a seat. I'm ALL IN for Tacomasa as my taco spot. read more

This place is in its soft opening stage, and will be officially open on 2/6/22. We were welcomed in by Terry from the Taco Masa Cantina corporate office. Brenda and Sonia served us. We ordered 3 hibiscus and one carne asada taco. The tacos here are Tijuana style tacos, so you can enjoy them locally without having to drive all the way to the border. The tortillas are freshly made and pair well with your choice of protein, and the horchata is the bomb! The horchata is on the top of my list. I will definitely come back for the horchata. The carne asada taco was pretty good although you should eat the tacos as soon as they hit the table for the best taste. The guacamole was ok. The decor was very creative. The wall featured various Mexican pop icons such as Gloria Trevi, Carmen Salinas, Selena, the Lucha Libre. The bathroom was very clean and cute inside as well. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
