Saw the place has lengua. Came in and got the taco combo plate. Fast service and staff is friendly. Disappointed with the lengua. No taste at all. So bland like it's just boiled in water. Even with the salsa, the meat is still bland. The beans and rice are tasteful. The store is clean and there's ample parking.

The various meats were flavorful, asada was smokey. Probably liked the adobada the best, but I am partial to al pastor. The torta bread was nice, but I wished it had a refried bean spread. Nice that they have an outside, which was dog friendly. It did take 3 entries between the 2 of us, plus elote to satisfy our hunger, though.

Got catering from this restaurant for work and let me tell, all the food was amazing, I was the one to pitch the ideia because I found this place on Yelp and was super close to work, so my boss got the food, the elites are soft and delicious! The burrito is to die for, I gotta go in person and check it out! 10 out of 10 for the food

A coworker recommended Tacomasa, so I decided to give it a try. Boyfriend and I went and as soon as we walked in, Jacob greeted us. He asked if it was our first time and we said yes. He immediately offered samples of their meat and we opted to try their chicken and asada. I prefer the asada but both were seasoned well. After, he went above and beyond and handed us a cup so we could try all of their drinks! The service alone is 5 stars! Angel took our order, and my boyfriend ordered the carne asada burrito and I ordered the carne asada taco plate. Both meals were good. We tried the medium salsa which was a little too spicy so we will try a different one next time. Overall, good service and food. We will definitely return.

Solid taco spot! It was a short walk from my hotel and I'm glad I made the walk. It's a good size restaurant with large tv screens and plenty of seating. Decor-open kitchen, large TV screens, and cool cultural pictures on the wall. It's bright and clean inside. Service-very friendly staff. They flexed on me couple times and they seem very happy to work there. Food-large tacos. I ordered the Quesataco Trio. Two of Al Pastor and one of Tripa. They were big tacos packed with meat and loaded with gooey cheese. The chips were freshly fried and the guacamole was very creamy. I enjoyed my early dinner and didn't need to eat the rest of the evening.

Order I made for rice that was excluded from order. Thanks to taco masa and their poor service.

Brother in law picked up online order and taco combo order was missing double rice order for my son. They placed this Yelp card in my order to make things worse but no rice on a combo order I paid for. Disappointed that they can't get a basic online order correct. Out the money and no rice.

Great place for your fix for Mexican food. All their dishes are delicious. From the tacos to the nachos and the tortas to the burritos. Cone check out their food. Service is awesome from ordering to delivery to your table. Place is off katella and valley view. You can't miss it.

Tacomasa is a total gem! From the moment I walked in I knew this place was going to be good but wow it completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered the lengua taco and the Abadaba pork taco and both were bursting with flavor. The meat was tender, seasoned to perfection, and paired so well with their fresh tortillas. Each bite felt like it was made with care. I also tried the elote corn and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly grilled, creamy, and full of that rich smoky flavor that makes you want to order another one right away. I could not help but notice the burritos coming out for other tables and they looked massive and mouthwatering so you can bet that is on my list for next time. The service here is excellent. The workers are super friendly, always ready to help, and they keep things moving fast without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about making sure every customer leaves happy. Now I have to talk about the cucumber lime drink. It is honestly one of the best drinks I have ever had at a taco spot. So fresh, crisp, and perfectly balanced. I could not stop refilling my cup three times to be exact and no shame at all. It is the perfect complement to the bold flavors of the food. Tacomasa is not just a place to grab a quick bite. It is the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to because everything about it feels right. Delicious food, amazing drinks, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The staff are all very nice and the food slaps! Same great quality and customer service as the Brea location. I love their carne asada and their adobada. It's narrow inside but I like the setup because they have a long tall table towards the back with individual seats for solo eaters. The restroom is clean and the sink is so cute! It's a pot! They also have Mexican household names on the walls which is on brand. It's worth it for the Agua Frescas on tap and free refills! I will never pass a Taco Masa ever again! read more

We drove up from South Orange County to give this a try... Pretty darn good food if you ask me. The interior, the colors all remind me of Blue Burro... maybe it's the same owners? Not sure.. very clean and welcoming inside. Good tacos and rice. The beans are okay but not as good as the carne asada. Star of the show was the Elote Corn... as go as I have had anywhere. Love this place. I go anytime I stay next door at the courtyard. This time I got the 3 taco plate; 2 Adobada (Al Pastor) Tacos, and 1 tripa taco. Delicious. The tripa was nice and crispy. The Adobada is sliced off a rotisserie which is truly authentic Mexican. I can't say enough about how good they were. Also got Elote! Mexican street corn. Covered in butter, mayonaise, queso cotija, tajin and salsa valentina. YUM! I was so hungry and ate so quick I forgot photos. read more

Upon walking into TacoMasa, we were warmly greeted right away. The staff offered us menus, asked if we had any questions, and even offered samples of the meats before we ordered. Everyone was polite and welcoming, which made a great first impression. We ordered Combo #1 with asada, plus a side of beans and rice. The food was hand-delivered to our table, and they checked on us twice during the meal to make sure everything was good. The tacos were very flavorful and fresh--definitely a highlight--but they are on the pricier side compared to some other spots. Before we left, they thanked us for visiting, which was a nice touch. This was my first visit to Taco Masa, Cypress and I loved what I ordered: the steak burrito. The steak was of high quality (skirt steak I believe) and of substantial quantity. The food here is amazing! I'm a cypress native for 24 years and have never dealt with such great authentic mexican food! It was my first time trying Tacomasa and did not know what they were mainly known for. The cashier Jasmine really helped me out and told me the specials for the day. Food was a 10/10! Not understanding the hype here. I think it's mid at best. Located in a plaza with other small restaurants. We ordered a variety of things to try as it was our first time and I gotta say, nothing really wowed us. Not to say they're bad but definitely not the best. Or even close to that. Service was good. Friendly staff but the food was so dry and underportioned. They charge $15 for their version of the loaded fries and it was literally just fries with meat sprinkled. The cheese was nowhere melted and cold. Everything was bland. Definitely needed some seasoning or at the minimum, salt. I will say everything just seemed to have been thrown together. Its not the worst thing ive had but i wouldn't recommend for the price you're paying. I won't return. read more

This is my third time coming here and it's just great, simple and tasty Mexican food. I get different stuff every time but the carne asada, beans and rice are delicious in everything I've gotten. The restaurant is clean and the staff always seem to be moving fast to get everyone fed. They also have kiosks available to order if the line is getting long. 10/10 will be coming back for more carne & beans Shout out to Jacob our server. He was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Here again with another five star review! When my brother in law was craving some tacos, I knew just the place to get it. I even treated myself to my favorite drink there- a combination of hibiscus and pepino! It's been a minute since I've visited, and as expected, received fresh food and exceptional service! It's not common you get options beyond this - I think they are very fast given the type of restaurant they are, and you are never going to feel "why is this taking so long" - Get their drinks! The meat was very bony so make sure to be careful! The garlic added a lot of flavor without completely overpowering the meat. The Shrimp Fried Rice was a solid side dish that complemented everything else we ordered. The rice had a nice wok flavor, wasn't greasy, and came with a generous amount of shrimp. A surprising must order was the Cucumber Salad which was light, refreshing, and crunchy. Lot of the other foods were on the oily end, so having a refreshing cucumber salad definitely hit the spot. Staff: All of the staff members were friendly! They were very knowledgeable about each of the menu items. Ambiance: Indoor and outdoor seating available. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

Where do I even begin?!?! I have been waiting for this place to open for months! I work 5 minutes away, so I love how convenient the location is. I've visited their location in Long Beach but this one seems to have new menu items. I ordered what they called a Takis Cerillito which is apparently a can of beer with candied rim and chips. That's right.., CHIPS! Never had anything like this, but my husband and I loved it. To eat we ordered the Adobada Tacos and omg they were to die for. I usually never order pork or Al pastor cause not a lot of places actually cook it to my liking, but here it is literally perfect. The server did say I should ask for handmade tortillas next time. The crazy thing is is that they took the alcohol out of a Mexican restaurant. There's no core there. If it's a Mexican rand family owned Pl. then they would've had alcohol but it's not.
