First time at this location! I'd been to Tacos a Go Go before and enjoyed the experience. Loved they that have such a wide selection of offerings! I'd had been awhile since I'd been to one, but this worked perfectly for a quick inexpensive meal. At the counter, I ordered two tacos--a breakfast taco with bacon and mushrooms, and a pastor taco. The breakfast taco was really delicious, though I prefer my eggs on the softer side. I'll have to request that next time! The pastor taco was... okay. It had a bit of a sour flavor I didn't particularly enjoy, but the meat was nice and tender. I ordered one on corn tortilla and one on flour, but really I couldn't taste a difference even after confirming with an employee. They looked the same. Of course one has to mention the colorful and eclectic decor! It's definitely funky and fun! I love how they have plenty of patio space for when the weather is nice. I was craving tacos this week so I dropped by. It's never too busy when I pop in after work, so plenty of free parking. When I walked in, I was greeted. I placed my order at the counter and chose my table. I didn't get the margaritas this time, but they are so good! And strong! I had the pastor tacos and the queso blanco with chips. I live nearby so started coming here for weekend tacos. How it's going: I really love their tacos and salsas. The red salsa is hands down one of the best I've had and so flavorful. The roast red pepper sauce is great on a lot of things too. They're consistent and the quality of food is fantastic. I also loveee their margs in a bag. Oh man! Just checked out Tacos a go go on TC Jester last night! We were blown away with the quality of the food! Fresh ingredients made to order and super delicious! Most places don't allow munch in the way of variation. Tacos a Go Go nails the breakfast tacos. You have many add in choices. There is nothing like grilled onions and pico added to a breakfast taco with a little refried beans to make it pop. Also they don't over cook the eggs and give you plenty of eggs so you have a nice sized taco. Not sure if they make their own tortillas but it seems like they do and they toast them a little to add that extra flavor. If you like customizing your breakfast tacos look no further. read more

Having been here in 2019, I forgot where this was located as I forgot to check in. Riding my bike along TC Jester, I always pass this spot so I knew I had to stop by for Taco Tuesday. The nostalgia hit when I walked inside as I knew I had been here before and was ecstatic to be back! The pollo guisada taco is what they're known for and rightfully so as the shredded chicken is tender and juicy. Also loved the grilled shrimp taco and the chorizo breakfast taco. Those were the ones that stood out the most to me. I've also had their frozen margaritas which pair well with tacos (duh!). Apparently this is one of several locations as they are opening in various parts of Houston and possibly through Texas. If that is the case, Texas is in good hands taco-wise.
