The table and chairs are comfortable and the AC works great because it was 98° today. The staff was very friendly. I ordered a burger, I know what was I doing? Long story short, I hadn't had one in months. It was very nice they warmed the bun so it was soft. The taste was good but a little over done. My wife enjoyed her pulled pork taco very much. We then ordered a family pack of brisket and chicken to go. This came with two side , we chose the green beans and coleslaw. I specifically told them we wanted our brisket moist! Pros know this means the fatty side, not the flat. Unfortunately the system does not seem to let the chef know this. So our brisket was dry. Had good flavor but was a little salty too. The chicken was good. The green beans were amazing! They were so good, I will stop by again to get some of them. Now it gets interesting. The very sweet waitress had only 3 days on the job. When we went to order and pay for our lunch and to go order the prices did not match. The menu prices are the cash price, the register has all the meals set with a 4% credit card fee. Now I have a background in computer system and restaurants. This was a very confusing system and loaded with confusing data. If the owners contact me, I would be very willing to help them and discuss how they can make the system much easier to use.

This location in Blanco is one of 3 locations in the Hill Country, so they were popular enough to expand. I went up to the counter with no line and ordered 4 tacos: Sean, Barbacoa, Monterrey, and a Pork in green sauce. The best was the Barbacoa, but this is just a preference. The Sean taco was pretty traditional and one I always enjoy at any breakfast taco spot. The Monterrey was tasty with the beef and cilantro. Overall, the service was quick, tacos with homemade tortillas were delicious and prices were very reasonable....which was everything I had hoped for. Parking was easy in their gravel parking lot at the back.

It is still as fun to visit. Very busy and even entertaining to watch them make these tacos. However I ordered 2 tacos for myself to eat at the restaurant a fajita one and the other I asked the lady to pick for me. And I took 2 barbacoa to go for my friend. Both of my tacos were extremely salty! When I saw my friend I said nothing and handed her the tacos... first bite she said the exact same thing. Hopefully it was just an off day for them. Still it is an experience by itself to visit the restaurant

We had beef street tacos , chicken street tacos and an order of the Tostitos Machete. Everything tasted great but the selection of salsas takes it to the next level. However, they will charge you for a cup of water and there is a $.40 service fee which I cannot explain. At least there was no credit card fee, but the tip screen was waiting. To be honest, their bacon and egg basic taco is pretty average, nothing special, but their red spicy sauce definitely took it up a notch. Their potato sausage and egg taco barely had any discernible sausage to it. It's the communal salsa bar that really makes the tacos extra special. They do have a fountain drink station, bottled soda on ice and a pot of coffee by the order window. You can get quite a variety of mixed drinks like margaritas along with numerous beer choices, although no local beers. Because of the value and sauces, I would definitely come back to this spot again. And just so you know, they do not have a public bathroom here and they are closed Monday. Ten informative photos to fill in what words miss.

The atmosphere and lighting create a very intimate vibe, and the darker setting really helps it stand out from other restaurants in Laredo. Just a heads up -- they do have a dress code, which honestly adds to the overall experience. The food was excellent. I ordered the chicken mushroom plate, and all the flavors were bold and well balanced. For drinks, I highly recommend the Jardin Eden. The fusion of lavender, blueberry, fruity liqueurs, and aromatic herbs made it one of the best cocktails I've had in a while. My only complaint was the service. We had a party of 10+ people with only one server assigned to us. He was very kind and professional, but it was difficult to find him throughout the night, especially when we were trying to pay our checks. The restaurant also wasn't very busy at the time, so service felt slower than expected. Overall, this is still a great spot for a special night out, and I would definitely come back.

The fish taco was ok but it had too much salt and could have done with some lettuce and cheese. My husband had the potato and egg taco (same feedback as me), and the beef taco, which he absolutely loved. Will we be back? No, but you can try it for yourselves (maybe not the potato and egg though).

We had the pretzel (4 short pretzel sticks), nachos, the smash burger and a grilled cheese sandwich for our Grand Daughter. Service was quick initially but they weren't great on refilling drinks. Food was all good and a reasonable value for the venue. I'd get the burger and nachos again. They are kid friendly during the day (it might be a different crowd at night), it is clean and not too noisy. Hopefully, people will find it and enjoy their food.
