The steak fries were a bit bland with too much sour cream and less of everything else making the fries a bit soggy. The sauces did a lot of the heavy lifting to make this dish a bit more enjoyable. The highest food trucks they had at the market was up to 20 during the summer time. It is worth coming down to Oakland Museum to see all the different food trucks they have.
