On multiple Sunday evenings, I've arrived more than 30 minutes before the posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and be turned away. If this happened once, I could understand. But it's become a pattern. What makes this especially frustrating is that the restaurant's posted hours are displayed right next to the front door. If the business is going to close early, the posted hours should reflect that. Customers shouldn't drive over expecting the restaurant to be open during its advertised hours only to find it's already closed. I don't know whether this is a management issue or if it's specific to the Sunday evening staff trying to leave early, but either way, it's not acceptable. Consistently closing well before your advertised hours is unfair to customers and makes the business seem unreliable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also don't know that I can continue supporting a business that doesn't honor its own posted hours. I hope management addresses this, because I'd much rather update this review after seeing consistent improvement.
