The shrimp was well-seasoned, the torta ahogada was satisfying and full of flavor, and the fajitas offered an excellent combination of meats and seafood. One of the highlights of this restaurant is their salsa selection. They have some of the best salsas around, and the fresh chips paired with the grilled onions are the cherry on top. Those little extras make the experience even better. Great food, consistent flavors, and quality service every time. I way overtipped on accident the first time I came. I think it's highly likely they get overtipped for this reason, which is nice for them but kind of not fair to the customer. This is the first time I've been to a restaurant that served complimentary chicharrones de harina. Chicharrones de harina are a Mexican snack that are made from fried wheat flour. Service was good as the workers were friendly and polite. They were short staffed so service was slower than if they were properly staffed. It was surprisingly busy around 2pm on a weekday.
