Love their corn tortillas! You can definitely taste the difference from what's at the market. The asada is very good and my kids love the chorizo. Worth the quick wait even though it's right there on Gaffey in the middle of the action.

This taco truck is the best. I've been to a few of them in San Pedro and in North along Beach. These guys make the best Carne Asada meat around! I usually get their Asada Plate 3-5 of their Asada Tacos. If you come before 9 they have a table out front where you can scoop your own sauce. If you guys pass them on your way down Gaffey, be sure to check them out!

Everything they make is off the grill outside and I think it gives it excellent taste!

I finally swung by Chori-Man after hearing everyone rave about their house-made chorizo, and…read morehonestly, the hype is real. I'm a bit of a chilaquiles snob, but these are easily some of the best I've had in town. The chips actually held their crunch even with all that sauce, which is a rare find. I got mine with their maple habanero chorizo--the perfect balance of sweet and kick. It's a small, local spot, but the flavor they're pushing out of that kitchen is massive. The Breakdown: * Quality: You can tell the chorizo is artisan. It doesn't have that greasy, heavy feeling of the mass-produced stuff. * The Sauce: Perfectly seasoned. Not too salty, just purely flavorful. * Service: Super chill and friendly. It feels like a neighborhood staple because it is. Pro-Tip: Parking can be a bit of a hunt right there on 9th, so just be prepared to walk a block. Also, grab a pound of the loose chorizo to take home for breakfast the next day--you'll thank yourself later.

After adding some ketchup, it was amazing! The sausage had a spicy kick, which I really enjoyed. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to choose from the options available. Atmosphere: This spot offers convenient pull-up service with a few outdoor seating options, making it a casual and easy stop for breakfast. Price: My meal cost $17, which is about average for Los Angeles. Overall: I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Very disappointed with my experience at Leo's Tacos. We ordered several tacos, including two tripas…read moretacos, and the tripas tasted horrible. We politely let the cashier and the cook know because we thought maybe there was an issue with the meat. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, we were simply told, "That's how they sold us the meat." There was no concern, no acknowledgment of our complaint, and no effort to replace the tacos or offer another option. I understand that suppliers can sometimes send poor-quality products, but that's not the customer's fault. Good customer service is about taking responsibility for the experience you're providing. A simple apology and an offer to replace the tacos would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service was more disappointing than the food itself. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

My food was out within 10 minutes and with a line they were definitely working. I always know the location is good when there's a line and people still coming in. I came in right after they opened at 6pm. The location is in a parking lot with no restrooms and places to sit. But looks like everybody was taking it to go anyways. Definitely a taco spot to try if in the area.
