It was one large glob of gooey melts goodness that accented the richness. I highly recommend squirting some lime juice in there to get some acidity. It was awesome and I just want to drink that broth. The Al pastor was fantastic. It came supported by two crisp tortilla shells. The pork was perfectly marinated and the pineapple just worked in harmony. Well executed. The asada was just in a solo tortilla, but was strong enough to support the weight of the meat. There's a good char taste to the meat. It was doused in some guacamole giving it a richness and a nice mouth feel. The onions hidden beneath the green creamy goodness gave a nice pop of brightness. My only critique of this was I wish the spicy salsa was spicier. But that's not a real complaint. The environment was nice. It's not your normal taco shop. It's a little more "nice". The Al Pastor, carved fresh off the trompo, served with salsa, crema, and piña is seriously delicious. The Asada burrito I got the first time is simple and straight to the point, beans, cheese, asada, onion, and cilantro. The tortillas, at the least the maiz, are made by hand. The flour tortillas for the burritos are tasty. They have a few stools outside to sit down and eat your food as it comes straight from the kitchen. It is limited for seating during busy nights, so be prepared to eat standing up if need be, street taco style. I promise it's worth it! In all, we usually go here after a night out and there is always a line, but it's worth the wait. It would be dangerous if this place was closer to home because we'd eat it every day!

All four meats were well seasoned, and let me tell you, they don't skimp on the proteins -- those little fuckers are packed with meat. Usually when I get pollo at other spots, it's just eh, but not here. The pollo here can hold its own with the heavy hitters like asada and pastor. I honestly can't say one was better than the other -- they were all on point. Birria bomb, pollo bomb, asada bomb, al pastor bomb. When you come -- not if, when -- be careful with the hot salsa/chile, it'll make your eyes water. I always ask for chile on the side. I remember my friends saying, "No, esta salsa está brava! Pica la cabrona." Everyone who works there is super chill and more than happy to deliver your order or clear your plates. It's always nice to eat somewhere where the employees are smiling and having a good time. Even though I come for the tacos, the staff makes me want to come back. The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside.
