New taco spot in silverlake. They only have two types of tacos asada or beans. Good quality asada but six tacos cost 50$ which is kind of ridiculous for street tacos in LA. They had a self serve salsa bar with guac limes salsas and cabbage. Food tastes good but still am baffled how pricey the tacos were and would probably pass on it in the future.

I hope they never stop making that chili oil! Other than that, the price they're charging is well worth it as they're not using cheap cuts of meat like your average street taqueria. All you, "tacos shouldn't cost more than $2 people", take your broke ahh somewhere else as this isn't the place for you. I definitely commend them for giving big cubes of lean mesquite wood smoked asada without the fat and gristle tagging along. Last, but not least, fresh coconut milk for their horchata has made me a fan as it's normally a drink I avoid everywhere else.

We came here after a night out, it was about 2:30 am and the guy was so sweet. We ended up getting a bunch of things and i was told that the torta here was delicious so i decided to go with a chicken torta. Man, that was a good choice. The chicken was juicy and the sauce was the perfect amount, moist but not damp. Amazing amazing

Monica to East Hollywood-- this is the BEST & recommended Mexican Food (Truck). Hubby drives everywhere & has tried/eaten from so many places & he drove out tonight to get some Al pastor tacos, I was in the mood for a carne asada burrito. Requested my onions to be grilled, this makes such a huge difference in the flavor profile. Oh wow! 3 Al pastor tacos, 1 huge carne asada burrito with sauces, pickled jalapeños onions & carrots for $21- worth it! Flavorful umami-ness of the meat, grilled onions, rice & beans . Hubby's Al pastor was well seasoned & cooked to perfection, even the tortilla was the perfect vehicle the gloriius meat. Hubby ordered while I Yelped & our food was ready in less than 6 minutes. These guys are hustling very quickly. There's not much ambiance to speak of, the food truck is parked in front of an auto shop, no place to sit n wait except your car. There are about 3 stalls for parking by the food truck & the rest is street parking. It's the only "roach coach" on Western, north of Sta Monica. Get your Grub-On! Easily 5 for the food The reason for 1 less star is not their fault but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy-park on the streets at your own risk (or come with your very own menacing-looking husband like mine)

These were truly the epitome of street tacos and absolutely nothing about the vibe, the service, and the FOOD, disappointed. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed the long line of people and said to myself, either this place is really good or really slow. It took me longer to decide what I wanted to try than what it took for the line to move and for it to be my turn to order. So yea, these folks are FAST and very courteous as well. They have real Al Pastor on the trompo (the spit) so of course I ordered pastor tacos and a pastor mulita. I also ordered a few SUADERO tacos which you don't find just anywhere. I am still raving about the amount of meat and flavor of the food here, it's insanely delicious. Once you get your food you make your way down to the end of the taco stand where you are met with an amazing array of fresh taco fixings and salsas. The pink creamy-habanero was the best and the green/red salsas followed right behind. I can't wait to go back to this place. It's mind blowing how a stand on the side of the road puts out better quality food than a brick/mortar taco shop..but these guys know exactly what they are doing and it was a pleasure to try their food. 20 out of 10 for this place.

I do like how they grill their meat though and they use the tortillas to scoop up the meat on the grill. Thought the al pastor was a bit salty and the cheese did not add much flavor to it, but that's probably a good thing considering the saltiness of the meat. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. Ambience is very casual and it's a stand while eating type of situation. Service was quick.
