The spice was delicate as well rather than tongue numbing or tummy upsetting. I infact added more spice mix that was available on the table top. What didn't work was the fact that the egg and chicken were cold. I understand they keep them cold to prevent them from going bad but I would have preferred them to heat it up serving it. Dunking them in hot soup might work but it ends up warming up the entire dish rather than keeping it hot. Other than that minor quibble this was a very decent bowl of ramen.
