I ordered the mahi fish taco, which was inexplicably blanketed in shredded cheddar cheese--a culinary pairing that raises some serious eyebrows. We also tried two crunchy beef tacos, which lacked flavor and, at $6.50 a pop, felt significantly overpriced for what was delivered. The ambiance added to the overall confusion. The gravy was plain and didn't have much if any spices. The fries were pale and lackluster. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to choose something other than Sabor Cocina Moderna the next time I need some food while at a Bruery location or event. If not, I may end up tossing out food as I did today.
