First time visiting Tacovore and I love the atmosphere! It wasn't overly crowded on a Sunday night. Had the Taquitos (comes with black beans, green rice, salsa and guacamole on the plate) and a lovely Mexican lager. The food was delicious. Portion sizes were ok. I would say the price could be a little more reasonable for what you get. Chips, salsa and guacamole were $11 and the size was small! This is my friend's favorite place, so I'll definitely be back.

Liked it so much I bought a sweatshirt! Great drinks, salsa, handmade tortillas, yummy nachos and we will be back!

Good ambiance. I like that they have a few TV's, a bar and a variety of seating options. Tacos were great. Good size and tasty. I had the Carne Asada and the Crispy Calamari (which I ended up getting two of because the first was so good). Prices are on the higher side ($5-6.50 a taco) but at least they're not street size. Probably would give them a 5 star if the per taco price wasn't quite as high as it is.

Came in on a Wednesday night around 6pm. The place was hopping. Order at the counter type of thing and bus your own table. Tacos were priced a little high. My gripe is actually with customers who give shitty ass reviews. "Tacos aren't authentic" Okay first of all reading is fundamental. They never said their tacos were authentic. They have cauliflower tacos on the menu and tacos priced at over $6. If you want authentic tacos, you go to a taco truck where you can get them for about $2 each. (Which by the way I love those too) But you're coming here because it's gluten free and also because damn their inauthentic rice tastes amazing. I got three tacos and a cup of their chicken tortilla soup with a side of rice. When I come back I'm gonna skip the tacos and get a bowl of the soup and the side of rice. Yes, I also didn't care for the non authentic tacos but no I'm not going to give them a shitty review because of it. They never said they were authentic. Now if they said here's tacos and was served a cheeseburger, then maybe I'd complain. I'm coming back here. Oo also the drinks were delicious.

Best mocktails ever, very cute outdoor seating, and delicious vegan cauliflower tacos! The tacos are very filling, worth the $5. And service was kind and quick!

Came 2 nights in a row because I was really pleased the first night. Came back the second night at last call and was told I could only order to go, which I did. When my food came, there were still at least 5 tables dining, socializing, and drinking, so I asked if I could eat my food inside since there were people still seated and enjoying the ambiance. They told me I wasn't able to eat inside and needed to take my food elsewhere. I went and sat at the tables outside in the cold of night and rain, and watched as all the others still seated enjoyed their food and beverages inside. Sometimes it's the little things that matter, especially to a return customer. Hopefully someone From the management team reads this and makes some corrections, or addresses this with the staff. This score isn't based off the food, it was based off of a customer service experience.

Tacos were OK but I've definitely had better...but the guac was watery and had chunks of avocado past its prime. Not very flavorful and tasted like guac you buy at Safeway. I would go elsewhere.

It was my first time trying Tacovore. The passion fruit margarita was delicious! I would definitely get cocktails here again and re-order the cauliflower taco. I wasn't a fan of the smoky tofu because of the smokiness but I think that's an individual preference. I like how you can get your sauces in the fridge. And the food was prepared quickly. I thought that the chips and guacamole were pricey due to the small portion of guacamole from the appetizer. The guacamole was also too citrusy for my individual preference.

Good place to go with kids. Tacos were decent. Didn't love their tortillas- a little mushy and no flavor. Had a bowl of chips that was mostly broken pieces.

Would you wait 25 minutes just to place your order on a weekday? I wasn't sure while I waited, but after eating I'd say yes. Next time I would probably just place an order to go ahead of time. This place was recommended by me to a friend. Lots of inside and outside seating. Absolutely packed for a weekday dinner. They seem to be a bit under staffed for the volume. The margarita was great and the tacos were loaded and delicious. I also got the side of vegetables which were different and a nice touch. I tried the specials (fish and carnivore) and both were tasty but a bit spicy for what I would usually get. I also got the chicken and it was perfect!

Milquetoast, uninspired and inauthentic tacos. Love the GF, but the salsas wouldn't even make your 89yo grandmother's nose run.

    Is the patio dog friendly?

When we traveled there in March my sister brought her small dog on the patio area.

You would see that it's going to a motel, you would think to add the silverware. Fortunately, I was able to get silverware from my motel's breakfast room. The lumpia were very good. They were not greasy at all. They are smaller than standard eggrolls, but because they use more meat and less veggies than your standard eggroll, they pack a lot more flavor. Everything inside was seasoned well, and I really enjoyed them. They came with a vinegar based dipping sauce that I liked The "garlic Ponzu" salmon poke? No, not nearly as good. For the price they were charging, it was not a very big portion. Besides that, it just wasn't that good. A good salmon is normally pink to orange. This salmon was barely pink. I couldn't taste the garlic or the Ponzu at all. The veggies were crisp, the rice was a good quality, but there was just no seasoning. The salmon was very bland. I didn't know if it was just because of the seasoning, maybe they used a low quality or a previously, frozen salmon. I love good salmon. This was not good salmon. For the price I paid, not counting the DoorDash fees because those are added in anyway, I just felt I didn't get my moneys worth. Next time I'm in the area, I will find another place. Thanks anyway.

We were warmly greeted, seated in a booth, and promptly served a basket of crispy tortilla chips and homemade salsa. The family-friendly atmosphere had a cozy neighborhood destination vibe. We shared a carne asada platter with a chile relleno and taco al pastor. The carne asada was amazing! Generous portion of grilled meat that was perfectly seasoned. All the sides you would want...guac, pico de gallo, sour cream, grilled scallion and jalapeño, rice, beans cheese plus your choice of tortillas to wrap it all up in. The chile relleno had lots of melty cheese and was thinly battered, just my style. So much yummy food, plenty for two. We had grapefruit Jaritos and n/a Corona but the margaritas look to be very popular, we even saw several huge ones with two straws being shared. Cannot comment on dessert, not enough room. We will definitely be back. Perfect pre-theater dinner and looks to be a great spot for family dining. We'll be back!!

Chips and salsa were both weak. Most restaurants at least heat/refry the chips. The Chile Relleno is the eggy batter kind, with low-end chile like you'd find in a can. If this is the only familiar style of chili relleno then do yourself a favor and try the version at Salsas Locas in Southeast. Now that's something to brag about. The lunch special taco is only available in hard shell with a limited choice of ground beef (yuck), chicken or bean and cheese. The whole thing is topped with shredded iceberg lettuce (double yuck) then drowned in old school ranchero sauce with gobs of cheese. Very 1980s like. That said, the soft taco with carnitas was very good! So it seems like they have a mishmash of gringo Mexican and some authentic dishes. The interior is very inviting while the service was friendly and fast. Only saw Mexican staff and Mexican customers, a good thing. One and done for me, but many will enjoy this type of venue.
