Higher quality cuts + slight touch of soy + punchy savoriness of the sauce + fluffy, tangy rice = perfect bite. Dessert? Yuzu sorbet. On my visit, I picked up ahi tuna, toro, salmon, and yellowtail sashimi, along with California rolls, tuna rolls, and salmon rolls. Every piece of fish was incredibly fresh with a buttery texture and amazing flavor. Eventually I found out a few friends of mine have also gone for years and made their suggestions. As I didn't know what to expect I figured I'd go one day, which I did. Actually, it was about 3 weeks ago. I had driven by it but never stopped by which is crazy. At first glance you'd think the business is still closed and waiting to be opened but you have to drive to the back of the parking lot to enter the establishment. I couldn't decide which sushi I wanted so I got a few. It's cute and small on the inside but it's easy to find what you need and it's easy to see what you'd like to buy the next time you go!
