Wonderful Korean food! The kimchi and banchans were fantastic! The meat was good quality and cooked to perfection. Everybody was so sweet. Probably the best Korean I've had in AZ.

Easy parking right in front. No steps and wheel chair accessible. No waiting for a seat. Walked in and immediately seated by friendly staff. Always make me feel at home. You can cook your own meats on their grill tables or you can order plates. They start you off with miso soup and Banchan right after. Food is authentic and always delicious just like I remember from South Korea. The ambiance is homey feeling and plenty of space to sit with an over flow in the back. If you haven't been you're missing out.

This restaurant probably got me out of my comfort zone more than most! Definitely feels like one of the most authentic Korean restaurants in time. In a slightly sketchy part of town, but the restaurant itself is nice enough! First, we started with gyoza! This was perfectly cooked and one of my favorite items we ate. Next, we tried the seafood pancake. Overall, I enjoyed the pancake and there were many different types of seafood in it. The sides were fun to try! My favorites were the potatoes, fish cake, and kimchi. Lastly, we shared the Kaibi Dolsot Bibim Bap. This was really delicious and I would definitely recommend it. It was definitely helpful going with someone who has been before to help guide us on what items to get, especially since I'm a little pickier when it comes to venturing out to new foods.

Love this place. Everyone there is polite and sweet. Owner is always there and very silly in a great way. They are respectful of those with allergies and gluten free people can find some options here. You can sit at a normal table or grill the meat yourself, we have done both and enjoy it. Great place to bring friends too.

My favorite Korean restaurant I prefer this restaurant over all korean restaurants. The food is so delicious and homely and there service is also so quick and nice. They greet you immediately when you walk in. This place makes me feel so comfortable.

I came back a week later, this time got the larger dinner portion...yet again it was exceptional!

Nice little korean restaurant. It's very good place and everyone was very friendly. I am not very knowledgeable in this type of food as far as authentic flavor. Let me tell you... We tried ordering a variety of dishes and every single one was exemptional. I also was recommended that I try Soju and I am a fan of all of it. I highly recommend and will most definitely will be returning.

Hole in the wall Korean restaurant that served authentic food. This is a no frills restaurant that serves Korean BBQ and others. Been there a couple of times for lunch with a large group. The owner was accommodating and had no problem with splitting up checks for 8-10 people in our group. As for the food, I ordered the spicy rice cakes with ramen and it was really good. Ive also tried the bimbimbap with beef which was also good.

Best authentic asian food on the west side. It doesn't look like much and I've spent years just driving past this place, but it's truly a great food spot. My boyfriend and I got bibimbap and tofu soup, which is our go to at all Korean restaurants, and this place didn't let us down, both our dishes are delicious. The kimchi banchan was way too salty, I even got a second order of it hoping it wouldn't be so salty, but it was unfortunately the same, I won't take off a star We left Takamatsu spending 41 dollars not including tip, and I will say I have spent less for the same order at other korean restaurants. In any case, I highly recommend coming here if you're in the west side looking for a close by kbbq or just a hearty korean meal.

No. But Koryo on 43rd and Peoria is working on staring an all you can eat Korean BBQ soon. The owner said that it might happen this summer. Call to find out if this is happening soon.

The first thing that stood out was the beautiful interior design. The space feels modern, stylish, and inviting, making it perfect for a date night or even a solo dining experience. The aesthetic bar area creates a great atmosphere, and while we chose to sit inside, they also have a lovely covered patio for those who prefer outdoor seating. The food and customer service were both excellent. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and every dish we ordered was enjoyable. We started with the Heart Attack, garlic edamame, and shrimp tempura appetizers. The garlic edamame was especially memorable--I loved the addition of sesame oil, which added so much flavor and made it stand out from the typical version. To drink, we ordered green tea and a Sapporo on draft. The Sapporo was light, crisp, and airy--definitely something I would order again. For our main dishes, we enjoyed the Sensei Roll, the Screaming "O" Roll, and a nigiri plate from the happy hour menu. Everything was delicious, but the Screaming "O" Roll was the clear highlight of the meal and a must-order in my opinion. Between the beautiful ambiance, attentive service, generous portions, and flavorful food, Haru Sushi delivered a fantastic dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

Some of their specialty rolls are $50/roll!!! I repeat- FiIFTY American dollars per roll. I don't know that I've seen prices that high even in Scottsdale or Las Vegas. There's no reason that this casual sushi spot should be charging like they're off the coast of Japan in an elite cliffside restaurant. The food is very good, but it's not "I need to finance this meal", $50/roll good. Also.. I asked for the WiFi password (literally titled "Haru Sushi Guest") so I could work on my laptop if needed, just to be told they were not allowed to give out their WiFi password out to anyone (even the staff aren't allowed to use it). Kind of silly to be gatekeeping something as simple as WiFi in the year 2026. I would have loved to make this my new working lunch spot, but between the egregiously high prices and the WiFi witness protection program, I'll be skipping it next time.

I opted to forego the "show" ... being seated at a community table for the chef show. But clearly this is the primary focus of this restaurant. But on the flip side, it looked and sounded like the people at the community "show" tables were having a ball. Lots of birthdays and celebrations. Anyway, great menu. Started with a couple inspired cocktails, and moved on to the fish taco's and lamb chop appetizers. Outstanding. Only nit, our server disappeared, and the app plates were left on table when our main courses showed up. We were also never serviced for another round of drinks. For our mains I ordered the Wagyu filet with asparagas and fried rice sides cooked medium. My dining guest ordered the salmon roll and a side of fried rice. My steak came out gray and rare, no sear crust at all. Very disappointing. On the flip side my dining partners portion of fried rice was astoundingly large, and good. Never did see our server again until the check was brought over. We were not even offered the dessert menu other than the small pineapple sherbet that came with my meal. Parking is brutal here.
