I've had my oil change by these guys twice now, anf the service was great both times. Very friendly and literally only 5 minutes, I didnt even have to get out of my car! They even helped me out by telling me some other things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle and it was of no benefit to them as they only do oil changes! I first have to say, that this place does a quick and good job at oil changes. Everyone is always friendly and they offer a cold bottle of water which is a nice gesture. The low review is because of the car inspection process. I live close to this location so I stopped by 3 times in one week to get an inspection. The first two times, they said the inspector wasn't there yet and it would probably be after 11am till he got there. So the third time I went at 11am and he was late. He had two inspections in front of me and they said he would be finished quickly so I waited 25 min until I finally had to leave (before I got the inspection). Please do not advertise that you can get inspections during business hours when you cannot get inspections at any time on any given day during business hours. They need at least one more person on staff that can do inspections when the other person is not there. Or advertise the actual times and days that inspections are available (which is limited). read more

Since opening the service has declined. They crew is hard working but it seems like each visit it is a new set of employees learning the ropes. Still not bad service. And nice to wait in your car rather than a sad waiting area. I was a bit annoyed that on one visit I waited 20 minutes outside the bay only to be told they didn't have a filter for my car once I pulled in. Great service, super quick and friendly BUT the pricing of the oil change kept escalating when they discovered they were out of my first choice, then they kept pushing for higher charged stuff. It felt high pressure and kind of slimy and left a bad taste in my mouth. Even with the coupon on the website they helpfully tipped me off to, I still spent $30 more on a synthetic oil change than I normally do. If you're in a hurry and don't care too much about what you're spending, go here. But the pricing being so obfuscated and the upselling was a huge turn-off and I won't be back. read more

Needed a quick oil change on a Sunday after work. Decided to see what Take5 was all about. It was so hot I didn't have to get out my car at all. The Team of 3 cater to my needs..greeting me with a cold bottle of water cause the heat was not playing. The entire time I sat there, the whole team worked together giving me all details of the oil change, topped off fluids, change filters, the whole works. I really liked that this not only a man's job but a woman's job as well. Donna was awesome getting her hands dirty. This shop is definitely my go to for oil changes..they get you in and get you out.. This place is great! I always dread getting the oil changed in my car because (1) a surprising number of Jiffy Lube-type places don't have oil filters for Fiats; (2) it seems to take an unnecessarily long amount of time (last time I went to a Pep Boys and waited for more than an hour); (3) I hate sitting in grimy, smelly waiting rooms watching the time tick by; and (4) it always ends up being more expensive than I expect. I did not have any of these issues with Take 5 - they completely exceeded my expectations! Pros: -They had oil filters for Fiats in stock; -When I first pulled up, a friendly employee came and explained the process to me and gave me an estimate of the wait time (since there were a few cars ahead of me); -They provided a cold water bottle while I waited; -The pricing was clear and lower than I expected (I got a standard oil change for $42, which came out to $29 after a $13 coupon from the Take 5 website); -The employees were friendly and helpful; -The oil change itself only took about 10-12 minutes per car, which was about what they had originally estimated; and -I was able to stay in my car listening to an audiobook with the AC/ heat running while I waited. Cons: -None! This is the probably the most painless oil change I've ever gotten. I will definitely be back! read more

Had my oil changed here yesterday! Great experience! Staff was knowledgeable, fast & honest! I thought I also needed a coolant flush which would have cost an additional $75. But the staff said I didn't need it and showed me the coolant test strip that said all was good. My AC had started blowing hot air not too long ago and I told the staff that. They checked to see if I had an air filter that needed to be changed. I didn't. One of the staff said I probably needed freon. Since they don't have freon there, they recommended I go grab some at an auto supply place and if I brought it back, they'd help me put it in. I did just that and my AC works great now! Also my window wouldn't roll up but magically after the freon, it rolled up! This place was great and the staff went above & beyond. I will definitely be back for all my oil changes and will send all my friends there too! read more

Place is unorganized, I pulled up with two cars waiting, one in each line. The manager came up and said he'll be right with me to get some information. After 10 minutes he never came back. One of the technicians came over and said it would be another 5 minutes for the car in front of me, then another 7 for the car in the other bay. Two other cars then pull up. The technician comes over and says that I'm now 3rd in line and his manager told him to service the other car first. The technician said he didn't know why his manager put the other cars ahead of me, but that he had to go by what his manager told him to do. The manager avoided eye contact with me. I left soon after without service certainly frustrated. I won't try this place again. read more

Second time coming to Take 5 and my business will continue with them! After inspection of my oil the technician showed me my dip stick and said I wasn't low and my oil still looked very clean. Since the pandemic I really have not gone anywhere. He instead updated my sticker to check again in a month. They still checked all my fluids and tires like normal. Great customer service! read more

Great service! The Hispanic young man and the older Black gentleman that attended me were very quick and focused. The Black gentleman even pointed out a gash in my tire that I probably got from a pothole I hit the night before. He saved me much trouble since I was going on an 11 hour drive that afternoon. Been to this Take 5 location twice: first time for an oil and filter change and the second time for a state inspection. Both times, I was greeted immediately after driving up and offered a bottle of water. The oil change took place while I was in the car. Fluids levels were checked and any adjustments made and I was outta there - yes, in less than five minutes. The second time was for a state inspection. I pulled right into an open bay and the inspection was quick and complete. Staff are attentive and professional. Take 5 has been a nice addition to the neighborhood. read more

Horrible customer service. I walked into the office to ask about an oil change and the guy behind the desk didn't look up from his computer or acknowledge my presence in any way. I ended up standing in front of the desk for a good 5-10 minutes in total silence while he typed slowly on his computer and avoided eye contact/made me feel invisible. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment but a simple "I'll be with you in 5" would have gone a long way. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and won't be returning. read more

I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical of an oil change where you stay in the car and it is so quick. Then I had a baby and no time to waste, so I gave it a shot. It was the best service I've ever received during an oil change. You're greeted with a bottle of water and you are out of there in about 10 minutes. They informed me of things going on with my car and were honest and told me that I didn't need to spend the money to take care of them that very day and I could wait until my next oil change. I really appreciated that!
