Went to get an oil change and they charged me twice costing $300 and I've been trying to contact them for two days and they have not answered. Called customer service and I get sent to a busy line or voicemail. This company's customer service is absolutely AWFUL. I can't even fathom how they run their business like this. I've called this shop over 20 times and no one has answered. Got a hold of customer service once and they they said I had to get in contact with the shop manager and would put me on the call back list for the FIFTH TIME. Still no call back. I typically will take my car to the dealership to have the oil changed and have regular maintenance done but it was getting quite expensive for something as easy as an oil change. I decided to give this place a try as I have seen many of them both here and in Virginia. I called ahead to see if there was an appointment needed and the gentleman on the phone explained to me how they work etc. When I got there, there was one person ahead of me and one of the workers came out and offered me a bottle of water. I was impressed that they were so readily to acknowledge me and give me both the water (it was hot!) and a time frame. My wait was not long at all. The service was both quick and professional and I appreciated that they showed me what they were doing and were willing to recommend a service to me based on my car's needs and not just what was the most expensive. I needed a cabin filter changed (he happily showed me how gross it was) and yes, I could have gotten it elsewhere for cheaper but I was happy to pay for it due to their kindness and professional service. So i pulled in 2 months ago and asked for a oil change. I had a 10$ off coupon for them to scan. It was about 30 min before they close. I knew the oil change was gonna be A lot. So oh well. I tell them oil change. It usually come up to $100. They said i needed 2 new filters. I thought f it. Oh well. Let me get it. Im a mom. They first said theyd give me 25% off on top of the $10 off. But they didnt. My total cane up to $175..... I WAS PISSED. They they said they gave me the "BEST" oil so my car can go over 4k miles. After they lied about the discount i dusted it off my shoulder. Today i washed my car like i usually do. But i seen a nail missing from one of the filters in my hood. Their lazy self didnt put the filter on correctly OR screwed it in they screwed my filter nails in sideways. I was pissed. I have a 4 year old i need whats best for my daughter. Stop thinking your flirting with the customers, dont lie to them about discount's when they had their own, dont be unprofessional to my car. The worst. Super quick. No complaints there. It was pouring rain outside and I rolled up and immediately got my oil changed. I think it took about 15 minutes but I'm not sure. There were four individuals that I was able to see inside of the shop. Two of them were super professional and two of them annoyed me. I can't remember everyone's names but Noah was one of the professional ones. There was one guy who will not in uniform but was hanging out there. I'm not sure if he actually worked there or not. Looked into my car and told me I look like Halle Berry. Then stood next to my car eating Starburst and stared at me while I got my oil changed. Another guy was on his way out, he was not involved so I had to stop in and stare at me and ask me about myself. Again not involved, did not need personal line of questioning. For the most part the service is pretty good. I would make a few recommendations. They asked me what type of oil I needed, I don't know anything about oil hence why I don't do my own oil changes. I said what's the difference and he just recommended one. It would be nice to know the different so I can make an informed decision. He showed me my air filter and said do you want a new one. I don't know what a functioning air filter looks like. Yes my air filter was dirty but how dirty is it supposed to be. he went on about how much it would cost at the dealership but still did not explain what my air filter was supposed to look like. I said should have get replaced based on what it looks like he agreed so I had it replaced. Again, informed decision making would be helpful. Overall, the service was very professional and and quick. It seemed a little on the expensive Side based on what I usually pay but I do tend to find deals whenever I go and just pick this one randomly. They do give military discount which is about 25%. They also have coupons on the Internet. I found one for about $12. Despite the unnecessary staring and line of questioning, I would go here again. I personally just like people to keep it professional when services are rendered. However, maybe you want to pick me up. Maybe you want the random man chewing the starburst 2 compare you to a beautiful celebrity and staring at you. If you're having a down day that might be what you need. read more

On my day off with tons of errands to run and an oil change being first on my list, I came to Take 5 on 103rd. They did not have my oil filter so I was directed to Advance AutoParts, literally right next door. Came back with the wrong one....Chris the shop manager went back over. They did not have the correct one. Advance had to then go all the way to Atlantic Blvd to the dealer to get my filter. So what was suppose to b an easy 10minutes marked off my list turned into a 2hour ordeal. The guys at this location took EXTREMELY good care of me and my misfortune with my FIRST experience at their establishment. SHOUT PUT TO THIS WHOLE TEAM FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! Went here for a oil change and an air filter change a few months ago. When I left and got on the interstate, my dust cover underneath the car came off. They didn't secure the bolts. I just went to another oil change place in St Augustine. Not only did Take 5 leave the bolts loose on the dust cover, they also put in the wrong size air filter. It was too narrow causing all kinds of debris to get sucked into my engine. Because if that, I had to get my system flushed. If this had been ignored, I would have ended up buying a new engine. This place had better service before the name change. You can't get over on me!! I'll never go back! read more

I can't say enough great things about this location! Everyone is always attentive and friendly. I'm in and out, very efficient and always professional. I've been to other locations and while they are awesome too, I prefer this location over them just because they always make me feel at home. Lewis did a great job today, he was training a new hire, Issac which I'm also happy about because since I'm in a Jeep there's a couple things that differ, like the latching of the hood. It's more of an annoyance than a convenience going here. They try to sell you things you don't need. I replaced my cabin air filter last week. Took my car here to get an oil change, this week, and they recommend that I change my cabin air filter. These guys are clearly just trying to sell you stuff. You end up having a 30 minute conversation with them about how you don't want to buy the extra services. Then they get a little upset and change their attitude towards you, and it's all bad from there. read more

I went to the location on Saturday. I was greated by one of the male employees. He opened my door to check the sticker and proceeded to tell me how pretty my feet were and asked if he could suck on my toes. He later attempted to rub on my inner thigh , as he reach through my driver side window. I reported the incident to the district manager and his resolution to the issue was one free oil change , why... so I can go back and have something done to my vehicle in retaliation or be sexually harassed again! I wish I could give it lower than one star. Let me break my experience down for you: You pull up and you are required to pop your own hood. You MUST tell them what kind of oil, they can NOT offer recommendations. I was actually told to "Google it" if I didn't know. Then you are required to drive your own car in the bay and turn off the engine. You have to sit in the vehicle and can NOT exit or leave it running in the bay. So for those of us that live in Florida, where the temps reach close to 100 and the heat index is 110+, we are required to sit in our hot vehicle inhaling all of the fumes and chemicals in the shop. It isn't legal to leave my dog in a hot car, but this company DEMANDS it of their customers. I sat for over 20 minutes in the sweltering heat to pay $50.00 for an oil change where I had to do everything myself but actually change the oil, and that is ALL they did, change the oil.
