My wife had to take it because I was at work and they charged her $110 and put full synthetic oil in it. The technicians names were Josh and Ro. They also checked the tire pressure and did not put the stem caps back on.

While I understand the sales/commission side very well.... but honesty is appreciated in the service industry as well. The tech had her convinced that her car may break down if she didn't do all these things. So they did all these extra services and when my daughter got the bill, she immediately called her dad who then spoke to the manager and demanded a refund on the services that were unwarranted.
