That the oil filter was not extra, and was included. After I arrived, I had to wait for a coupon to be texted to me for the $44.99 oil change. Oil filter was extra $6, shop fee of $5, and one of the employees kept making comments about the coolant, insinuating that I was stupid for not getting a coolant change. Look, I know I need coolant, but perhaps I could do it myself for cheaper. Regardless, very unprofessional. The text was taking too long so I ended up just using a military discount. The military discount wasn't as large as the current promotion. ($20.50 off vs $25 off respectively) but the tech assured me the military discount was greater. Found out it wasn't. Tried contacting customer service, and was put on hold inevitably. I also partly blame management for not informing the guys on the floor about promotions. They should know what a customer is talking about when they talk about current promotions. Also customer service wasn't available. A company should act in unison, not a bunch of individuals. 1 star service.

He even told me the filter door had been left opened somehow (no clue here, as this was our first oil change in this vehicle) and there were leaves in there. He asked if I wanted them removed, and proceeded to vacuum them out for me! It is SO nice to feel appreciated and cared for as a customer! Prices were presented to me for two different types of oil, so no sticker shock. A standard oil change was $36 and change. My tires were checked and aired to pressure, fluids stopped, windows cleaned and a free drink. Plus the convenience of waiting in your car (social distance!) We will be repeat customers and highly recommend Swift. Good luck, yall!

The bs reasoning they gave me was that the nail went in at an angle. When I went to look at the tire the nail was bent but the entry point and exit of the nail was straight on. So I waited another hr and a half for them to mount one tire with no body there. Incompetence, laziness and crooks. Some or all is could be described about the interaction I had with these idiots. Avoid like the plague. Zero stars is what they deserve.
