Snarky employees, hidden fees, and unknowledgeable about current promotions. I won't be coming back here. I was told on the phone that oil changes for $44.99 + tax would be my total. That the oil filter was not extra, and was included. After I arrived, I had to wait for a coupon to be texted to me for the $44.99 oil change. Oil filter was extra $6, shop fee of $5, and one of the employees kept making comments about the coolant, insinuating that I was stupid for not getting a coolant change. Look, I know I need coolant, but perhaps I could do it myself for cheaper. Regardless, very unprofessional. The text was taking too long so I ended up just using a military discount. The military discount wasn't as large as the current promotion. ($20.50 off vs $25 off respectively) but the tech assured me the military discount was greater. Found out it wasn't. Tried contacting customer service, and was put on hold inevitably. I also partly blame management for not informing the guys on the floor about promotions. They should know what a customer is talking about when they talk about current promotions. Also customer service wasn't available. A company should act in unison, not a bunch of individuals. 1 star service. read more

Went to them for a simple state inspection. Told them that before I got in line, told them that when they pulled me into the bay. Told them that when they said, "pop your hood". Did the inspection, wondering why they wasted a bay slot for it, but whatever. Got told a wiper blade was bad after watching him lift the blade and mess with it so much I wondered if he tore it himself, but kept my mouth shut. I was shown two blades and told this is what you have, this will fit. Asked for prices. Was quoted a price. Then when I went to leave it was twice the price they quoted, and the explanation was they had sold two blades, and the price they gave me was for one. Whatever. I start to drive out of the bay and don't even get OUT before my front driver side tire sensor comes on. This was a FAIRLY new tire, I'd been there for almost 45 minutes and no issues. It was ONLY as I came out of the bay. I whipped around and parked and went up and this guy meets me going, "Tire trouble? Want me to look at it? Probably a nail, but could be a sensor." Before I said WHY I had whipped around. I told him not to come NEAR my car, and took it to the place that had sold me the tire a few months ago. They checked, pressure was down 10, just went from "fine" to down ten. That ONE tire. The other three are actually old tires and wouldn't have shocked me, but the other three were FINE. There was no leak, there was no nail. I am highly suspicious now. Aired up the tire, sensor cut off, all is fine, and it is holding the air perfectly. I am REALLY happy that I refused to let them get under the hood. They DID absolutely INSIST they had to open the hood, and I said, "Open it and shut it." And the minute he acted like he was going to reach into it I shouted, NO! And he looked surprised and shut it. read more

The time there was probably a total of 30 minutes if not more. There was one employee that tried to make it right and apologized for me waiting, and taking customers that were in after me, saying that he would give me a discount but only ended up giving me a 25% discount even though there is a promotion of 25% going on right now anyways. Time spent waiting was ridiculous and customer service was not good over all. Staff for the majority seemed very unprofessional and rude, not caring how they were seeming to the customers. Will not be coming to this location ever again. read more

Aweful aweful!! Bolton's- shame on you for being replaced by these Jokers. Was $50 oil change, which is ridiculous. They then charged my debit card $98. They first sent me to a rep that never answered. Called again and they said I had to go to corporate. We will have to go there and throw a fit! It's been a month. This is theft as far as I'm concerned. Don't go to any of these. read more

My first time getting my oil changed at this place. We will definitely go back. The guys there were so friendly. Talked to us, asked how Our day was going. Just friendly and helpful. The shop manager even came out and talked to us. Our new go to place for oil change. We have three vehicles and that's where we will be taking them for oil service.
