a so-so Vietnamese restaurant. The vibe is nice and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. It's a pleasant place to sit and eat. Good service. However, the food is a little plain and not very authentic. One dish I did like was the cá kho. The fish was cooked well and tasted fresh, with no fishy smell. That dish stood out more than the others.

Lowkey was very skeptical about coming here at first, but regretted not coming here sooner. I got a large pho with beef and meatballs! The broth was extremely flavorful and to be honest it could've gone without the seasoning, but I love a little kick. Usually restaurants tend to skimp out on the portioning, yet true to their words it was LARGE. Our server was very kind, the food came out at a good time and overall a good experience with no complaints. It's a larger restaurant with indoor seating as well as outdoor seating when the weather permits I believe.

Not a bad Vietnamese food place. We were seated quickly and didn't have to wait long for our orders to be taken. There was a good selection of Vietnamese dishes to choose from. The food was good! Decent taste and portions. The inside has a classier feel which is always a plus especially considering what the surrounding area outside looks like. Solid spot.

What a delicious meal! Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday! Convenient that they have a parking lot. The restaurant has a fair amount of seating and we came with a pretty large group. Service is friendly and efficient. Food is really tasty! Would love to come back and try their other items. My husband and I shared the 7 courses of beef. Really love the salad and the hot pot one but the other minced beef meat things were tasty but didn't blow our minds. We would probably opt to order just their other menu items next time. I also got the pineapple mango lime non-alcoholic drink. I kind of expected juice but it tasted more like flavored syrups. Overall, really enjoyed the food and would love to come back again.

Truly enjoyed the short ribs rice platter, spring rolls (pork and shrimp), and Tamarind Tree noodle bowl. I came with a friend and we were busy talking and not reading the menu so I asked the server to recommend something and she suggested the short ribs which were amazing! Super flavorful and perfectly charred. The complimentary hot jasmine tea was also really delicious. Our server was very kind and attentive. I like that there is a big parking lot. The restaurant is a decent size, my only complaint is of the few people there, they sat everyone close together and I had trouble hearing my friend because the people around us were so close their conversations drowned ours out.

Always my favorite place to come! The food, service and ambience are so good. My favorite dishes are the beef short ribs, chili limeleaf chicken, egg rolls, and the eggplant. If you're in the mood for a cocktail, the tangerine martini or the spicy watermelon are really good. It gets busy, so plan ahead and make a reservation

The most authentic Vietnamese dishes Seattle has to offer. You will find soups you had from mom's cooking growing up, and dishes you can't get anywhere else. The service is sweet and kind. It's never been a full house when we go so they have always been so attentive. The parking is huge. It's a super hole on the wall. But you'll be glad you went. It's somewhat dark in the dining area. Bathrooms are super dark with black toilets. Food is amazing! Price is kind of steep.

Stumbled upon this gem which is located a few minutes drive outside of the main downtown area (Pike's Place). When looking at others' reviews, I was a little apprehensive about the service, but we didn't have any issues. The food came out pretty quickly, and I also liked that they give you tea. What we got: -Tamarind Rice Plate (5/5): this comes with a wide variety of items including an egg roll (stuffed to the brim and super crispy on the outside), prawn, pork, shrimp ball (which is on a stick of bamboo), rice, and pickled carrots. I ended up ordering a side of soup to eat with my rice which I'd highly recommend to add more flavor. -Pho (5/5): the meat is tender and the soup is so flavorful. -Stuffed Squid (5/5): I've never had anything like this before, and I've eaten a lot of Vietnamese food in my life. The inside is stuffed with pork and vermicelli, and the squid outside is super tender. Don't let the area deter you from eating here. When we first arrived, we were a little bit sketched out, but I promise it's worth it.

    Very extensive authentic menu!

While exploring Washington state, we found this hidden gem. A bit hard to see from the street but once you walk through the parking lot you can see the modern designed entry way. Very authentic and was even recommended by a local when we asked for the best Vietnamese restaurant. The orders are large so you'll have left overs if you aren't with a large group :) I had the pork fried rice and let me tell you it was just as good the following day!!! You won't be disappointed dining here! We had a pretty early dinner and then walked back to the train station to go back into the city so I can't comment on night time hours. All I will say is there are a lot of homeless people everywhere, so I wouldn't recommend walking at night.

on our vacation to seattle, my family decided to try this place as we wanted something warm. luckily there weren't too many people and we were able to get seated right away. they also brought over warm tea which was a bonus. the menu has so many options that it was super hard to choose, so many good options. i ordered a bun bo hue and it was delicious. with some lime, the soup had a really good flavor and there were so many fish balls! a lot of other customers got an egg omelette dish that looked good! would highly recommend checking this place out if you want some good viet food!

I thought the food and service were good! I ordered a rice dish and an iced thai tea, both were tasty! The ambiance is dim with lots of plants and candles inside.

I think the medium was the perfect spice level for me where it wasn't too little or too much and I thought this was quite filling. I was very hungry as I didn't have lunch so I finished the whole bowl but I think if you were eating normally you could have a bit to take away as well! The apps aren't bad either but it's a heaping bowl- I almost always have leftovers (pro tip is to boil more noodles at home and add them so the meal literally keeps giving for a while) Go early or be prepared to wait. The turnover is wicked fast here you literally order and get your noodles like 1 minute later, and it's majorly slurpable so I feel like you finish pretty quick! Also there's a nice fish tank to look at while you're seated.

Since my last review the restaurant has closed and reopened, and expanded their menu, to now include more dumplings and varieties of noodles. They also now have a very handy duo of ordering kiosks, which you order at prior to sitting down. I found their kiosks easy to use, which isn't always a given. This being my first visit back in a while, I had to get the spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles. However I had to try some dumplings, so we shared the lamb dumplings, while my dinner buddy had the spicy cumin lamb rice noodle soup (the same kind of noodles you'd get at a ten second yunnan noodle type of place). They also now have a complimentary side dish bar that has seaweed salad, peanuts, and kimci, as well as some condiment type things like scallions and minced garlic. I helped myself to some seaweed salad to nibble on while waiting for our food, and it was good although food comes out quickly enough that you don't necessarily have to rely on it unless you're really chomping at the bit. The spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles are just as good as I remember. The biang biang noodles here are perfectly chewy, and the rest of the dish has a lovely flavor aside from just spice. They're generous with lamb and cabbage which add a lot of textural variety to the plate. The lamb dumplings were the sleeper hit of the meal, filled with juicy, tender hunks of lamb surrounded by toothsome clearly hand-rolled wrappers. Absolutely do not skip the lamb dumplings. My dinner buddy really enjoyed her rice noodle soup with spicy cumin lamb, which I think would be a great option on a cold day. Everything is pretty much self serve here, so don't expect full service -- although they did stop by to refill our water once. The food here is so good, though, and prices are so reasonable, that I truly do not care that the experience is pretty bare bones otherwise.

My friend and partner received their food and I got something I didn't order (tofu skin on rice balls) so my partner got up and asked the cashier about if this was included in the Tsukiji combination that I ordered and was told yes. We checked several other times about the order after two of my other friends who ordered after us also received their orders along with many other people in the restaurant also getting their food who arrived way after us, and the waiter said 10-15 minutes multiple times. Over 1.5 hours later I finally got my food after I asked to have it to go and if we could have one entree for free since I had been waiting since 5:35pm. The cashier said sorry and that they wouldn't charge for the correction. The rice balls that I didn't order and were given had undercooked grains and were not good. I was really disappointed and sad (and hungry!) because I came here for a special occasion because I have liked this place, and was among the first to order right when they opened and didn't get to enjoy food with my friends. It was frustrating that we checked multiple times and it took them so long to figure out they had made a mistake and then took so long to remedy the situation and they still charged us for food we didn't order. I give a star for the waiter who eventually did try to figure out what happened with the order and who seemed genuinely apologetic, and who gave us plates for my bday cake. Thank you! The cashier also said they would not charge us for my food, but we were charged for the wrong item and it had undercooked rice grains :( Atmosphere is cute and authentic. Food got 1 star because other people in my party got their food and seemed ok with it! Sad that I won't be going here anymore or recommending this place to others anymore based on this poor service and food experience. We had previously Introduced many of our friends to this place.

On the card you use to select your order, you can choose the type of noodle, richness of broth, spice level, add-ins, and beverages. There is a separate vegan menu with lots of options to choose from. The ramen was delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor and the noodles were cooked just right. The meat was tender and egg was perfectly jammy. I get the hype, but I wouldn't go after 9p again for my own sanity and time.

I'm sad that it took me this long to finally try Jufeng Noodle House, but now that I have, believe…read morethat I'll be making up for lost time. This place is a true gem, serving satisfying, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price. The restaurant looks small from the front, but space is used efficiently and they manage to fit quite a bit of seating into not that large of a dining room. Tables are mostly four tops, quite spacious at that, and surrounded by sturdy wooden chairs. I came for dinner on a Friday evening and there were a few other tables at any given time. Service was quick and our water never ran empty. We had the wontons in hot oil, topped with peanuts, I had the beef chow fun, and my dinner buddy had the pork with hot sauce noodles. The wontons are very very good, stuffed with flavorful pork and swimming in a sauce that sits in that perfect spot at the intersection of hot and sour. The peanuts and scallions add a delightful crunch. Their beef chow fun satisfies every bit of childhood nostalgia I have for this dish, with lots of wok hei, bouncy noodles, and the most tender of beef. I think my favorite beef chow fun in the city still lives at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but this is a close second. The portion here is also huge. I am a human vacuum and I actually brought leftovers home, which is rare for me. The pork with hot sauce noodles is seemingly a fusion of zha jiang mian and dan dan noodles. My friend really enjoyed it and actually finished the whole thing, which is saying something given that she doesn't usually eat that much. There are so many other items on the menu that I'm eager to try, so I will definitely be back.

My wife and son highly recommended this place as a tasty place they found…read more.. After my son's fencing tournament where he stabs his friends... we went on the adventure. The start of the journey began with the requisite parking fiasco and issues that are perpetual in the Seattle ID...but that should never, and I mean never, stop an important mission like finding a truly delicious noodle restaurant. When we went in, it was pretty empty. We were immediately sat, and ordered. The hot jasmine tea quickly followed. Our Calamari came out quick and was delicious to the point I nearly had to fight my son for the last piece. I quickly surrendered as he does stab people...see above...he parried my fork and stabbed the last piece before quickly finishing the move. Our mains came out shortly after we finished the calamari. The 14yo ordered beef brisket noodle soup. He said it was delicious, but too spicy after he added too much chili oil. The wife scoffed at the idea that there's such a thing as too much chili oil and ate some of his soup. This was after she dug into her hot pot. I did get a chance to sample the delicate pork pieces and the flavorful rice. The slightly crispy rice at the bottom of the pot were so delicious. I had the Singapore style fried noodles. Really tasty. The noodles had so many flavors from the vegetables to the meats (shrimp, chicken meat & egg, and pork) and the sauce. I enjoyed the meal, and look forward to discovering more dishes to try on our adventures trying to find parking. JuFeng, thank you for the delicious meal!
