We ordered the geso (fried squid legs), grilled squid, ahi tataki (seared ahi special), katsu don, shishito peppers, yakitori combo, variety meat combo, udon, and Kalbi. Everything was cooked perfectly and was so tasty! My mom is still raving about the katsu don! I can honestly say this is the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in Kitsap County. There were very small prices of spam with zero teriyaki flavor. They were extremely bland zero flavor! I told the waitress about it and she said nothing..... Didn't apologize or comp the food or offer something different. Customer service is terrible and food bland and very small portion of protein. Also all the pictures on the menu were so blurry and you couldn't even tell what they looked like. Seems like owners don't care and they do the bare minimum!

The adobo and Pancit each came with two scoops of rice each. The adobo is so flavorful and the meat is so tender and delicious. Our Filipino stepfather used to make pork adobo from scratch and wasn't willing to share his family recipe. One bite of Mum's pork adobo, and suddenly your eyes are closing, and you are making mmmm mmmmm mmmm sounds. The sauce is thick savory and comforting. The seasonings used in the pancit was absolutely perfect! We loved the ratio of vegetables and chicken. Lumpia is always a great choice with or without the accompanying sauce. Personally, we like dipping our lumpia in the adobo sauce. The orders were complete. Servings were large. We are looking forward to returning often.
