I won't even buy it for my worst enemy. We ordered this Butter Chicken pizza through Doordash. The pizza was not even indian. Just cheese and barely any toppings (they might even added powder indian spice just to say it has something indian) and the size of the dough was barely 10". Pure Ripoff. Greasy Awful. Literally, if i go to QFC and buy a DiGiorno frozen pizza, the Taste and the Size would be 10x better!!!

Probably one of the worst restaurant I've ever been to, even worse than ones in developing countries with a lower COL.

With a diverse party of vegetarians to big carnivores and locals, out of state and out of country guests, everyone was impressed with the food. Guests going for seconds, thirds and I swear a few even went for more, so I know they weren't just being polite. There was ample enough portions to accommodate everyone's appetite for this glorious food. From working with Caroline on the menu and logistics to the final product being received it was a true delight. We truly cannot say enough. This meal will be remembered as a wonderful part of a memorable night. Thanks so much Homer!

We arrived on a Friday night at roughly 7:30 and there was already quite a wait. For a table for 3,…read morewe were told we'd have to wait for about 2.5 hours which we honestly were not thrilled to do. However after we expressed that we didn't want to wait that long, we were told that if we wanted outdoor seating they could actually seat us in less than half an hour. We chose the outdoor seating option and took a quick stroll in the quiet neighborhood before coming back. Our server told us that Homer's plates are meant to be family style and shared so their general recommendation is 1 large plate or 2 small plates per person. For us, we ordered the Set of top 3 spreads, lamb ragu on tahini and we were served with 5 pieces of warm pita. We also ordered Grilled Pork with Stinging nettles, raw albacore tuna with taramasalata, and smoked and shaved kohlrabi. Our server warned us that the pork was going to be on the fatty side but we were still surprised by how fatty it was. The spreads for the pita were amazing as usual-- their seasonal flavors taste amazingly fresh. Our table wanted to order more pita and when someone came by to take the empty plate they asked if we wanted more which we did let them know but even by the time we finished all the plates, we never got the additional pita so we just took it off. The Kohlrabi was an amazingly refreshing palette cleanser before the pork-- super light and refreshing. After we finished our meal we grabbed some soft serve from the window and wow, for 7$ it's quite a lot of ice cream! The flavors that were offered when we were there was Dark Chocolate and Kettlekorn. I sampled the swirl and the fusion of the saltiness of the kettle korn, the slight bitter and sweetness of the dark chocolate was immaculate. Final thoughts: very cool experience, inside I could see the open kitchen and the stone wood fired oven and the ingredients tasted amazing. However it is a little inconvenient that it's walk in unless you're a party of 6 since the lines and wait can get incredibly long. It's also difficult to find parking in the area. Very neat experience!

Broad menu selection from weekend brunch, pizza, soups, to classics like hummus, lamb, beef, and chicken dishes. Service is always friendly and helpful and the prices are moderate for Seattle. Our favorites are the rainbow hummus (beet, chickpea, basil, yam) and the lamb kebabs. The muhammara is delicious too, but a little sweeter than we like. Don't sleep on the bite sized to-go Turkish delight (vegan, multiple flavors!) on the way out.

Turkish coffee is a short robust coffee, similar to espresso. Served with dark brown sugar and a Turkish delight candy, it is superb. The food here is awesome. From Turkish pizza and flatbreads to some delicately flavored kebabs. All served by some of the nicest people. I've been in a couple of times and there's always members of the local Turkish community eating here. Says great things about any ethnic restaurant when folks from that ethnicity choose to eat there. If you like Eastern Mediterranean food, give Cafe Turko a try!

I got a build-my-own saj wrap with the mushroom base saj $6, sumac chicken $7, tomato $1.5, cucumber $1.5, pickled turnip $1, and a side of hot sauce $2. The saj bread itself tasted good, but got soaked through by the juice of the chicken and became very soggy. We walked to a park 10 minutes away to eat the wraps and the wraps were bending. The ingredients are fresh but nothing particularly stood out. I didn't quite taste the mushroom on the wrap, and on top of that, I got charged $2 for the hot sauce, but never tasted it in the wrap or found it on the side. My partner got the falafel saj wrap which was overall ddcent, but he also found the saj bread quite soggy, yet the falafels were on the dry side.

The signature saj bread is cooked fresh on a hot stone and is almost like a Middle Eastern flour tortilla with the way it's super thin and satisfyingly chewy bite. The only seating options are a few large benches on the sidewalk, but there's a poster saying you're welcome to sit at the neighboring bar which opens in the late afternoon provided you purchase a drink as well. Ended up sampling 3 of their wrap options and the Zaatar Wrap was deliciously nutty and fragrant, but texturally there was so many herbs that the center ate a little dry. The Lahme Khuruf (Lamb) was my favorite by far with super juicy ground meat with some tang from the labneh, sweetness, freshness from the tomato, and texture from the pine nuts. Absolute home run on this one! The Awarma and Cheese was a close second, but personally, the flavor profile was just a little less interesting than the lamb. Tip: grab some extra napkins as the wraps can fall apart a bit at the end!
