My family LOVES jet city pizza! My son Ben insists we buy it for his birthday and would eat it for dinner every night. He loves the cheese pizza but they are super flexible about building our own pizza. My oldest daughter loves a build-your-own with artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms and a drizzle of pesto. Their beer batter crust is delicious. They are a small local business and the owner is super friendly. Sadly, they have been broken into 3 times in the past 6 months (I just learned yesterday). This is my husband and my favorite pizza place. After our car broke down and we were out of range of their store, they very kindly delivered to us on special occasions. They took the time to write a very nice message on the box for my birthday. The dough is fluffy and delicious and always has a great cheese ratio. I am VERY forgiving when it comes to restaurant mistakes. Fix it and life goes on. When I ordered a large pizza on Uber by mistake, I immediately cancelled and ordered the X-Large. They made just the large. No biggie, just correct the charge, right? I wasn't asking for a redelivery, just charge me the correct amount. I called the store and the employee that answered the phone listened and asked the manager to come handle the Uber issue. I heard him tell the employee to just hang up. Really? I called back and the manager said he thought it was an automated Uber call but then hung up on me. Really? I lodged the complaint with Uber and then called the store back. Not one apology. Not one piece of help. I was only told it wasn't there fault and I needed to deal with Uber. read more

When we were remodeling the space for our Wedgwood Dance studio, The American Dance Institute Wedgwood, we visited our neighbor Jet City Pizza at least once per week, often twice a week, for one of their delicious pizzas or sandwiches. I'm telling you that their food is fantastic. The other thing that made a huge impression on me was the customer service. The owner, Sayed, is a very humble and gracious person who showed us such kindness and appreciation. I noticed how hard he works every day, especially during the pandemic when we met. Even under the strain that the pandemic created for us, he was ever the gentleman. I have such respect for him and his business. Well, it's pretty obvious by now that I highly recommend Jet City Pizza. BTW Parking can be pretty tight, especially during the dinner rush. Just be patient and please don't park in front of our dance studios. Parking turnover is very fast and there is lots of street parking on 25th. read more

Skimpy toppings, to the point of being a joke. I am having to finish cooking my pizza right now because it was under cooked.
