I don't care for rice in my tacos. But other than that. I liked it. For my side I ordered the guac and chips. The guac is delicious. Very refreshing. I think the chips are store bought but they are blue corn which I prefer anyway. My husband ordered the GRILLED SALMON. napa slaw, lime crema, pickled fresnos, corn pico, avocado crema, micro cilantro, corn tortilla. He said it was delicious. He also ordered the QUESA BIRRIA. pulled pork, gruyere, queso listo, pickled red onion, micro cilantro, griddled corn tortilla, birria consomé for dipping. He said it was good but lacked flavor. My only negative, and I don't want to necessarily blame the staff as it is the owner's duty to hire enough staff to care for the place. But the floors had little pieces of food spilled everywhere and the tables were sticky. Same with the soda and condiments area. It needs a good cleaning through day. The staff were super busy making food and serving guests. They need to add an additional employee to assist these guys. I'm sure we will be back at some point.
