Not only do they make amazing, healthy, creative food, but the family who owns the truck (Brian, Evelyn, and kids) are wonderful. They are very caring and kind. Brian made our daughter steak bowls (just steak) per her request. The staff is also awesome. Full of love and joy. We ate there 3 times (every time we saw them). They specialize in fresh seafood dishes and I loved the fresh king salmon tacos, tuna poke bowl, and steak tacos. The creative and unique nachos are fantastic as well. We really enjoyed getting to know the family a little and they have the best food in all of Mt. Shasta.
