Supposed to feed 12-15 people so approx $8-9 pp. The branded handled transport boxes and trays were top notch and nothing spilled during transit. You have to order through their website and wait for confirmation and an invoice from corporate office, which comes pretty quickly. I found a mistake so needed to get it redone. Been here twice, the first time I ordered Al Pastor, Asada, and Pollo tacos and asked if they would be spicy (weak spice tolerance). Was told no, and can put the salsa on the side. Middle of eating, it was all spicy. Did not finish. My husband works extremely late hours. often from 6 PM to 5 AM and occasionally stops at this location to pick up food for our family after his shift. Recently, one of the cashiers became upset because he didn't engage in small talk with her. He ignored the interaction out of respect for our marriage, something we both value. Since then, this cashier has repeatedly shown him an attitude every time he orders food thru the drive thru. While we've tried to overlook it, the situation escalated during his most recent visit. He chose not to leave a tip. which, to be clear, is entirely optional and the cashier apparently took offense. She even went as far as telling another employee to hand the food to "the poor man," referring to my husband in a disrespectful manner. I want to be very clear: tipping is not an obligation, especially when a customer is being treated poorly. My husband has been patient, but the unprofessional behavior from this cashier is unacceptable. If I had been present, I would not have tolerated that level of disrespect. Employees should focus on doing their jobs rather than acting out of personal frustration or entitlement. read more
