This review is for the CVS Pharmacy located within Target: I have been going to this pharmacy consistently every month for about 4-5 years now. Every time, I am greeted by the same quality customer service by the pharmacist Flora. Flora is phenomenal. She is so kind and understanding and accommodating; she is very knowledgeable about medications and will answer any questions you have without hesitation. She is gentle in the way that she speaks with customers and always holds them with high regard. Recently, she helped me with a slip up that I had at another pharmacy and went above and beyond to not only help me deal with the problem, but also helped me take the next steps even afterwards. Oh Target, how I love thee. This is a HUGE Target, and you (generally) won't have to worry about something being in stock. They've got pretty much anything you could hope and want for at a Target. It's conveniently located in the Pacific Commons shopping area, so you could easily hit up Costco, HomeGoods, and Target, and then go grab a bite to eat some place. The self-check here generally goes pretty quickly, except on days when half of the machines are out of service. Bonus: If you have an electric vehicle, there are charging stations! This target is wonderful in terms of being a bit more spacious compared to the hub one. Plenty of parking as well! It's in a nice location at Pacific commons and inside this Target, there is a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express! I don't know what it is but I love their carts. It makes for a smooth shopping experience. I usually head onto their frozen section since they always have kraft brand cheeses on sale. Unlike Walmart, Target is well stocked with many items so you don't have to make multiple visits. When I went on Saturday around 4 pm, the customer service associate, went above and beyond to help me find items that were sold out from the shelf. She would go in the back room too see if there were anymore stock and bring the items that I needed. Very rarely do associates I've come in contact with in the past would go the extra mile so Kudos to her! I Order my prescription s from this beach and never had issue , it's alway fast and they give courtesy call , when ready. Store it self is pretty big for other grocery needs . Kind of sad that Target advertises the car seat trade in event and offers a 20% off coupon, but doesn't have enough stock on hand for you to buy. I was looking at the Britax Boulevard or Advocate and they are completely sold out online. I don't want another brand. Hopefully the car seats will become available before the coupon expires in a few weeks Update 5-12-19. After checking stock everyday for over a week I stopped looking and waited for the website to notify when the car seat came back in stock. I decided to check today and of course, one model was in stock and the coupon I received expired the day before. I called up Target customer service and explained the situation. I totally realized I posted this on the wrong Target location! I still believe it's worth 4 stars! A couple things that I want to add to the review for this location is that there's a huge parking lot, but it really can get busy over here due to the fact that it's in the same shopping center as about 10 other businesses. This place always seems crowded even when I go on an odd day and during odd hours. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not 100% sure they have a hot food section at this location, but I think they do! Again, great place to get last minute gifts for people who are difficult to shop for, or buy some cute, semi inexpensive clothing. Customer service here is also pretty helpful and reasonable. Bright modern with beautifully designed store front. Cozy Starbucks up front with lots of windows and seating that overlooks the parking lot. Electric car charging parking spaces not near the front door. Strange... usually green cars are given closer preferred parking. Went in for some soda and a magnetic cell phone mount for my car. Was not at all impressed with the selection they have for cell phone mounts or the way in which they are organized throughout the store. Selection is just all over the place. So many duplicates of the same thing by different manufacturers at the same price point. The "Kenu Airframe" and "Belkin Car Vent Mount" is the perfect example. Both cell phone mounts that have a bracket design (rather than magnetic) and clip into the air vent for around $20. The organization of the cell phone accessories is just (literally) all over the place too: the majority of accessories is in the last corner of the electronic department. Most everything is on lockdown too... so you can't just pull a $20 bulky, over-engineered cell phone mount off the shelf you've got to hunt somebody down and get them to take off the anti-theft device. In the evenings when nobody is around this becomes a problem. The second place cell phone mounts are is below the cell phone company displays. I'm sure Sprint pays lots extra to have premium shelf space up front (interestingly enough it was the most difficult for me to find). After some intentional and diligent sifting I found what would be a good option: A $5 "Car Mount - Universal Phone Holder" by Bits. It had the bracket design that I wasn't interested in though. So funny... more of the same stocked here. Really time to fire whomever is responsible for inventory. Now well into my Easter Egg hunt the last place I found cell phone mounts were in the automotive department. I did end up purchasing two there: magnetic Scosche type. The type I prefer wasn't being carried here though: "Scosche MAGVM2 MagicMount Magnetic Vent Mount for Mobile Devices." Next for the soda. All was going well except for when I saw the dreaded cheaper by the dozen sign. I generally don't push around a shopping cart and its difficult to balance two phone mounts and four 12 packs... ugh. Why I like Costco: its never cheaper when you buy more. Limited coupon nonsense too. My experience was A-Ok for what I came in for. I think Target is better for people who come in without a purpose and who grab a cart and purchase mostly impulsively. read more

I got questioned at check out #9 today .. asked where my 1 year olds mask was.. I said per the cdc children under the age of Two should not wear a mask Because they are unable to breathe properly with a covering on their face. Then the checkout lady proceeded to say that she was just concerned for my daughters safety as if I would put a mask on myself and not on my daughter because I don't care about what happens to her. Why is that there are two Target listed when I was trying to check in? I think Yelp needs to remove one of them, it's confusing. I saw this Target store while it was still under construction and was really excited about it because it's closer to my house compared to the one in the Fremont Hub and Newpark Mall which is closing down. I saw one my Yelps friend quick tip about this store being open already, so me and my lil man went to check it out. There is a store map that they give you so you know where the stuff are located. They put the grocery items on the right far end side of the store and Electronics are all the way in the back. This is one of the better Target locations in the Bay Area, and much better than the other Hub location in Fremont. The store is always clean, shelves are usually stocked well, and the employees are helpful and always try to move quickly and efficiently. It can definitely get crowded on the weekends in the afternoon, but the managers do a pretty good job of opening up more registers to keep the lines down. If you want to avoid the lines then go in the morning (around 9-10am) on the weekend as it's normally almost empty! read more

I love Target. Seriously. This one is the nearest one to me, and it's always an enjoyable visit. The carpark is huge, so you can definitely always find parking, the Target itself is huge, and you can find pretty much anything you were looking to get...plus other items you probably didn't even know you needed (or "needed"). Also, if you're here, congrats! You've found one of the hangout spots in Fremont (there really isn't much to do here...). BUT ANYWAY, I really like Target, and I really like THIS Target. I need to update my 4 star review to a 5 star, shockingly because of Black Friday. It all started when Target had a great deal on a PS4, and my husband and I decided to brave it out and try to snag one on the craziest shopping day of the year. It's like people turn into robots and don't see others on this shopping day and are just on the look out for deals. Target was opening up at 6pm on Thursday. (Yes I know it's thanksgiving, but with every business doing it, its crucial to stay in competition) Anyway, We arrived around 5pm and there was a decent sized line outside. Immediately i noticed the line was properly sectioned off with barricades that prevented grouping, it was about 2 person wide. There was no jumping of barricades or people trying got mob up and cut. Around 5:30 a team member came by and handed out snacks to those in line. That kind of hospitality is unheard of, and even though it was a small gesture, it spoke volumes about the preparation they did. They also handed out maps of the target (with all the sale items evenly spread throughout the store, and easily marked). Their promotion was also Christmas Target Crackers, kind of like the holiday crackers with a coupon inside. Some had a $50 gift card, but i didn't see anyone get that around me. Fast forward to 6pm and they opened the doors on time, and everyone went in calmly, single file. There was no rioting, no pushing, no craziness. Everyone was civilized and the employees were very friendly. Because we knew exactly where the sale products were (Thanks to the handy dandy maps), we were done in about 15 mins. They had the checkout lines also sectioned off, single file, and then emptying to all registers which were open. Since we were done so fast, there was no wait and we were checked out right away. This was the best Black Friday experience ever- and they had lots of stock so there was actually no reason to wait in line. Good tip for next year, but Target made it so wonderful that I didn't mind. This Target location can be pretty crowded but if you are slick you will park in the single aisle down the east side of the store for quick and easy access. (Thank me later!) This Target has the same layout you would expect from a Target but feels bigger, more spread out or just cleaner. Whichever it is, I enjoy pushing my cart through the wide aisles throughout the store. The grocery store area is very well maintained and stocked. The vegetable and fruit selections are pretty good, as well as the cheese selection. As a self-qualified cheese connoisseur, I take my job very seriously. I wade through all of the nonsense cheese to make sure there are enough decent choices. This location also sells, beer, wine and alcohol which is great if you are picked things up for a dinner party where you have failed to remember all of the drinking options that your friends require. The shelves are always well stocked and the are employees available to answer your questions. Checkout is usually pretty easy, even during rush hour times. Overall, great stop to visit and buy some nice things for your holiday party! read more

This place is brand new, seriously a few weeks old. This place is HUGE! It has a pharmacy, like the one on Whipple in Hayward, it has a Starbucks inside, like the one is Sunnyvale. The aisles are wide open, there is a lot more to this Target then most of them. There are by far a lot of people working here right now. So if you need help, there is always someone around doing something and can stop to help you. They also have a huge grocery section as well, very well stocked too. This is one of the bigger Targets and what I like most about it is that it has a huge food section. The other thing that's pretty awesome about this Target they have a full-service pharmacy and they also have a Starbucks located inside the store. With the exception of Christmas time I like coming here once in a while because when you can't find what you need other Targets, most likely you will find it at this Target it is that really that big. The store is very clean and there's always somebody there to help you every time you ask a question, like today I started walking around and of course piling more and more stuff on and I needed a cart but I didn't want to go all way to the front because it's the size of a football field and I asked an employee for a cart and within just a minute or two she came right out with the cart. I was able to continue my shopping without having to go back-and-forth. I truly appreciate it when I get great customer service and the prices are good and don't forget to check your cartwheel app for additional savings and again they just have that much more of a selection. I will let you know though when it comes to Black Friday the store is crazy. I like it though because the Starbucks is still open and so is the food court however it is that packed so I usually go to the one in Fremont hub and that one is so organized I mean you're in and out fast.
