Don't order pick up from customer service you have to stand in line with all the rest of the people, with returns, credit card payments etc. It would've taken less time to actually shop and stand in line at the register. I understand you can't the handle the pressure but COME ONE! Seriously, you don't have to be rude. AND I LOVE HOW YOU NEVER GAVE YOUR NAME TO ME ! You kept me on hold for over 20 minutes "saying oh sorry the phone just keeps getting 'kicked' back to me". If no one wants to handle a customer then that already shows poor customer service. Plus it was a shame that the person that kept transferring me back to the operator was the Leader on Duty. To LOD, thank you for not giving your name and not the operator's name and just constantly saying "oh that was the operator" "Yes what's her name?" "The operator" I myself am a manager and I would have handled the situation a whole different way. Instead of provoking the customer I would have talked to them and calmed them down and explain the situation... not say "Okay HAVE A NICE DAY" That didn't answer anything! Some GENTLEMAN! or SOME LEADER ON DUTY! I was calling from San Francisco and of course I didn't want my credit card to be charged then drive 45 minutes to find out that either my order has been canceled or they had no iPads at all. Calling the operator she told me they HAVE a shipment in but only for SPECIAL ORDERS for a limited amount of people. TneN finally after 20 minutes I talk to the LOD and he says there was non and never answered my question on what was the operator was talking about? It was going back and fourth. LIKE DO YOU HAVE ANY OR NO? YOU SAID YOU ARE GETTING A SHIPMENT AT 11:30 BUT THEN YOU DONT KNOW!? BE CONFIDENT IF YOU ANSWER AND IF YOU WERE WRONG THEN EITHER FIND OUT OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE WORKERS. YOU ARE THE LEADER ON DUTY RIGHT! KNOW HOW TO HANDLE YOUR OWN! Lesson, if you work in customer service you need to remember the customer and their need always come first regardless the situation, You guys need to work on your attitude, tone of voice, and how you treat your customers when under pressure. If you can't handle this at TARGET then I wonder how you will handle life! Or even a different job. What is going on with their curbside pickup?!?!? Or shall I say no curbside pickup what a complete disappointment.

I usually dont write bad reviews but... after going to this Target at the Hub I have to!. I went to get mainly a kitty litter bin for my new kitten, ended up buying 77 dollars worth of merchandise. While in the parking lot going over my receipt to see what i had bought my son wanted me to open his toy. I opened his toy and put him in the car. It was 90 degrees btw. After turning on the air for my son and outting in my bag of things i drove off. Ok heres the kicker! I left 4 packs of soda in the bottom of the cart. 2 coke 0 and 2 coke. I called target an hour later and they said they checked and could not find them. I live 40 min away from this location and was not going back. The target team member preceded to tell me that his SUPERVISOR STATED THAT IT WAS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY for anything that leaves the store and he will call if they find my soda. Ya right. Impossible to find help, we sat at the tech counter for over 30 minuets interested in buying a TV. As one associate was helping a customer the other tech associate completely ignored us and rather than helping us in his department he continued to just checkout customers buying toys or other small items. And then when his co-worker asked if he could help us he said "uhhh ya I guess give me a minuet" and went and started helping another customer that just walked up. I was so disappointed with the cashier at Target some little old pudgy white lady, I went to purchase some diapers, baby food and a toy for my 5 month old, my mom took the baby and sat in the food court as I paid, I had the baby carrier in the basket and I had my little ones toys in it(from home) they were not new, this cashier first says is that all? I told her yes and then she says what about what is in the carrier? what the Hell? I told her that is mine that is why I did not put it on the belt!! then she asks me oh would you like to fill out a target credit card application you can get $5.00 off of your purchase? I told her okay this heafer tells me well its based on your credit, so if you don't have good credit you don't get the discount? My husband went to exchange an item he picked up from ordering online due to opened and used item. At first, a girl who helped him told him she could not do it, and he needs to go back the second day. He asked to talk to the manager since the item he wanted is available to exchange in the store. She told him the manager is not available. The second employee behind the employee who was helping him turned around and asked what's going on. Really? Didn't she listen to their conversation the whole time standing there? Anyway, he told her that he needed to exchange the opened and used item for my baby. She gave him store credits and told him that He needs to go get it himself and pay again in front. Wow! Great customer service we got here at Target only. This location has 4 brand new sealed items I ordered and they gave me opened and used one and refused to exchange it. On top of it, my husband had to deal with two unprofessional employees with attitude, I'm speechless. I ordered online to save time and made it easy for my husband to pick it up. I never experienced anything like this before. I meant not one employee with attitude but two? And how hard is it to grab a new one and exchange it? since it is your fault to give us the opened and used item! I don't think I want to come back at this location again to see those faces who gave my husband attitudes. read more

Target in Fremont is like Target everywhere. You can play video games if you're a guy. You can try on clothes if your'e a girl. I'm not sure what else to say other than, I've not had any bad experiences here. And when you need a place to go after the store has closed, you can go to Borders. read more

I love coming to this Target as they have a wide selection of things and the parking lot is bigger. I also like the fact that the store is always clean. I usually browse through their clothes and shoe section, but lately, I've been looking at their furniture and home ware sections. I can really say that Target has really come around in the last 10 years. The quality, style, and designs are of the latest. Back then, I would have hesitated to buy certain things here, but now I can almost buy everything here. I'm thinking of buying some furniture and kitchenware items. Walking into a Target is sort of like I imagine it would be falling into a black hole. You lose all frame of reference to the outside world as you are sucked deep into the bowels of the place. Ok, you aren't shredded down into your component atoms but maybe metaphysically you are. It's like any chain really, each store is absolutley the same. The lay them out the same, stock them the same, I swear that even the staff is the same, they probablu just have some cloning factory somewhere that stamps out smiling employees (ok, that wasn't fair, I've not had trouble with the staff). The stores don't even have windows, so who knows? You may think you're in California but since it looks like the Target in Peoria or Seattle, or Austin who can remember? Just another mega store that does a little of everything and does nothing all that great. read more

Target in Fremont upgraded to include a produce section. Its wonderful that I can buy some frozen items and a selection of produce items however, the produce selection is minimal. The downside is that it has gotten so crowded to get in and out of the store if you're in a hurry. Maybe the newness of it all is temporary... hopefully because if the lines are going to be long all the time, I might take my business elsewhere! read more

This review is strictly for the mobile department in this store. I still love this Target - just wish they had a better mobile customer service! Don't sell back your iPhone here! Best Buy gives you more money for your old phone anyways! The other night my hubs and I were walking around the store and we stopped at the mobile department just to see what deals Target was offering for selling back the old iPhone. This guy opens up our account and starts telling us we can upgrade now. No duh dude! That is why we are asking about the deals. So he stops talking about phones and starts talking about the iPad and how people are stupid to buy one if they already have an iPhone. Um, call us stupid, but we love our iPad and our iPhones. Are you wanting to sell us new phones or have us sell you an iPad? Either way it is not happening! So he starts talking about how there are two different sizes to the iPad screens. Stop right there dude. Thank you for telling me that you don't know anything and you're talking out of your butt now. The guy proceeds to leave the computer with our information still open and goes to the iPad display where he realizes number one that there is only one screen size and two that our information is clearly displayed on his computer screen for everyone to see. If I had any inkling to sell my iPhone back to Target, that feeling was gone after that conversation with that dude. read more

I went to Target yesterday 11/27 and they told me that the NES classic system soldout. I came to Target today in the morning 11/28 before they open and they said they only have one left. What I don't get is why is there only one left when they just told me on 11/27 that they soldout. In the inventory system it shows 11 in stock. They just sold one today and now stock says 10. This target is big, I've got EVERYTHING from Target.. It's very very relaxing to shop at this target. Better than the one on New Park Mall.

I go to both this Target and the one at Newpark Mall, but I think I like the layout of this one a little better. The grocery area seems out of place. I liked the store better without it. Target's response to it: Sucks to be you, nothing we can do about it, you just lost $339 buying from our store. Now we have to dispute the credit card charges. Target has the best customer service ever! I went into their store last week for a specific item. I had called a few days before and I was told they it in stock. But when I got there, they only had one left. It was larger than the one I intended to buy and it cost more too. I was checking it out, really bumbed that it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I was approached by one of their sale associates who gave me the original price of the one I wanted since it was their last one and he wasn't sure when they would be getting more!! I used to love this target until this happened with me, i ordered some things online in the afternoon i got an email at 7.55 pm saying my order is ready to be picked up and 8.23 pm i got another email saying your order has been picked up i thought i mistakenly got that email and i went to the store next morning to pick up my stuff and the girl at customer service said your order has already been picked up and i was like what i got this email but i never picked up and she called security to check cctv and the security guy is questioning me did you ask somebody to pick up did your husband picked it up what was he wearing yest and all that nonsense and when i asked why you guys dint see the id when somebody picked up and they were like yes id was matching with yours we think your id has got botched up. Pls target guys learn to accept your mistakes and apologies instead of putting you customer on spot. read more
