This was my first time at any Tastea. It was very clean inside, everyone was wearing masks and they have the customers wait outside after ordering. Since it was my first time I asked the counter person to help me. I got a peach tea with boba and fruit bits. I love how they ASK you how much sweetener you want. I usually forget to say I want less and then I'm stuck with an overly sweet drink. I got my husband a mango smoothie and he said it was the BEST mango smoothie ever. This is my new comfort food place. I was at work and a coworker recommended this place to me. I had first doordashed it one day and I got their strawberry bananza smoothie. It was one of the best smoothies iv had in a while, better than juice it up or jamba juice. The next day I went on my lunch break to go to the location, for some reason it was empty inside. I ordered the same drink and I also got their chicken bite things. I had ordered it with a spice level of 3 out of 5. They were so good but they felt like a 10 out of 5 on spice level. Came in after dropping off a ups package. I grew up drinking tastea from the original location when it first opened. Decided it would be fun to let my daughter try it since I was a fan of it growing up. I ordered her the peach me freezie slush. I didn't see many people waiting maybe 2 people for their orders so I figured it wouldn't take long as I also had to go pick up my other daughter. I waited a good 15 minutes for my one drink. There was the one girl working the drink station and the trainee trying to help. The main barista was really trying her best and literally carrying this entire shop on her back. From the "hello, thank you, thank you for understanding" she did great. The trainee made my drink and when he was done he set it on the counter. I stood and stared at the drink Because it looked like it could've been mine? I went and ask the girl if the drink was done and she turned around.l saw my drink and said yes. This is supposed to be a slush. It was not slushy texture when we got it it was on the verge of just becoming a plain simple drink with chunks of fruits. Im disappointed with my experience today. I usually go to this location and I don't get charged for almond milk. I am lactose intolerant and usually Tastea is always my go to with alternative milk options for free, a no brainer for when I decide where to get boba. Today, the cashier up front did not have an explanation to why they charge for it and was just dismissive about it. My sister ordered online right after and it didn't charge her for almond milk. I'm not sure if it's the cashier who doesn't know what she is doing or the location is just inconsistent with their in-person system. I hope it was a mistake read more

Went here to get my usual coffee with no ice in a 32 oz and was given a half filled cup with 1/4 of that being cream. I came back to complain and was told this is the usual measurement for no ice. Seriously? I've always ordered like this and was either given a full cup or at least 3/4, but this is absolutely unacceptable. The dude that made my drink told me the other people must've given me extra. So you're saying I've always been lucky to be given a full cup every single time?! Lmao. After much complaints, he finally offered to make me more coffee. I declined since I didn't have time to sit around and wait for what's probably another fraction of the drink. But seriously dude, you're going to wait until everyone complains to start fixing their drinks? Needless to say this will be my last time going here. Also beware, the drinks are extremely sweet. Not too big of a Deal until I realized I waited that long for a large order of karate chicken not to be fully complete. One tray was full and the other Only had 2 pieces of chicken. We have been here multiple times. Great service, tasty food and beverages. We ordered the Karate Chicken, cooked perfectly, crunchy and a hint of spice (had a second order!).
