You can get the noodle soups and stir-fried noodles with your choice of protein, and vegetarian options are available. The noodle texture is excellent, and the stir-fried noodles are my favorite. I would recommend the stir-fried noodles with seafood. Service: Staff are friendly and welcoming. The staff are often so busy and running around but are there if you need anything. We ordered some shrimp fried dumplings ($7.50), which were good. I especially liked them with the dumpling sauce which I kind of drenched them in. They were nice and crispy. As an entree, I ordered the pan fried chicken noodles ($13.50) which I really enjoyed. They were nicely fried and oily. I also really appreciate how the servings are big enough here to have leftovers, my favorite. Chicken pan fried noodles: 4.5/5; Eating it from small paper plates and not a bowl was a bit difficult since we weren't provided scissors to make the noodles a little shorter and easier to split. Otherwise, the texture was phenomenal -- chewy and springy, and I loved how the noodles were thoroughly coated with a delectable, umami soy based sauce. Often I feel that pan fried noodles can be undersalted despite their delectable color from dark soy, but did not feel that to be the case here at all. Fantastically seasoned, with appreciable wok hei. Chicken was velvety and soft as well, and appreciated the cabbage and bean sprout. They speak both canto and mandarin here and also English, but it's always good for my little ABC self to practice ordering in Mandarin! These noodles were amazing I'm in awe. Simple but delicious pan fried noodles. I got the knife sliced noodles and the texture was great, perfectly chewy and the flavors of the dish were super authentic. The steamed pork dumplings and pan fried dumplings were also delicious and juicy. The inside of the restaurant was small and crowded, attempting to fit as many people as possible. But the outdoor seating was plentiful, it reminded me of Asian street markets, set up with simple tables and plastic seats, super homey vibe. The cook in the back was going crazy making those noodles. Homie was shouting while he pulled, tossed, and slapped the noodles, it honestly added to the experience. Stopped by this place to get a quick meal and wasn't disappointed. There were a ton of people outside eating and I figured it must've been good for so many people to be eating there. It looks like you're run-of-the-mill hole in the wall shop and those are usually the best. Depending on the line outside, and where whether you're going to eat there or to go, they may have you sit down before they take your order. I was able to order at the front and then find seating outside. Seating is first come first serve, the tables are set up for communal eating. That's not really my thing, but it was great that there was so many seating close together because it could hold at least a party of five or six at one of the tables set together. I ordered the fried shrimp noodles and vegetable eggrolls. Vegetable eggrolls are always a tossup, sometimes they come out really good and sometimes they aren't the best. But these are definitely top-notch now almost all the noodles were delicious and had great flavor. I thought they would come with more vegetables , but they don't so if you're looking for something with vegetables, it's just a very small sprinkling of some cabbage here and there. After the fact, I wish I would've gotten the chicken and shrimp pan fried noodles and another sesame chicken dish that was looked amazing as well. Comfortable, but it would be at a place like this. It all looked good but I opted for shrimp shumai soup with regular hand pulled noodles. The broth was very natural and full of bok choy. You can jazz it up by adding any of the table ingredients to it. We had sriracha, malt vinegar, sesame oil, chilli oil, red pepper, soy sauce and cilantro available. I was missing the hoison for that sweet/spicy balance I usually get. The service was fast despite the chaotic background. I sat inside because outside seating was very crowded and a bit overwhelming for me at the time. The noodles were in fact fresh and handpulled. They have an option to also by their dumpling by the tens for about $8. The dumplings and shumai were very tasty, old-school no frills type of thing. Delicious none the less. The broth could've used a bit of sodium for my taste. After adding in a lot of additional things it became up to par for me. I would try their fried noodle next. The total came out to $30 ( they accept cash or Zelle). They told me the wait would be 10 minutes but it turned out to be a 25 minutes wait. I understand it was busy but they should have given me a better estimate. The food was okay. It was soggy and didn't taste too fresh. It might be because they were rushing my order.
