I ordered in person and was quoted a 35-minute wait time. I gave them 40 minutes, but my rice roll wasn't even close to being ready. When I ordered, they were on order #17 and I was #29. When I came back 40 minutes later, they had only reached #22 because they were prioritizing all the online orders over the people standing right in front of them. They clearly cannot handle the online volume they are taking on, and it completely neglects in-person customers. I only got a straight answer when I finally demanded a refund. Only then did they check with the kitchen, who said it would be *another* 15 minutes. Who has over an hour to wait around for a rice roll? I had this place bookmarked from the start of my trip after seeing TikTok videos about it. it's cash only, so be sure to bring cash!
