    4. Curry Flavor Hot Soup pot

Had late dinner here after a day of running around. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and it's open and bright. Service is good and quick. We placed our order and it took about 10 minutes to get our whole order. I ordered the curry hotpot. It came with pork slices and a side of rice. Curry flavor is light and everything in the bowl was delicious. The rice was a little dry. I mixed all three of their sauce they have out on the table. One of the sauce .. I think it was the chili oil .. tasted like it had numbing peppercorn in it . So if that's not what you like I would suggest not putting that in your food. I don't like peppercorn numbing taste but I ate it anyways lol Recommended for all in one hot pot.

We got the lamb hot pot and beef sizzling plate and I really really enjoyed the beef sizzling plate! The sauce is absolutely addicting and they give just the right amount to coat each rice grain. The edamame and corn are also a nice touch once you milk everything off. There's also a really nice char taste, the whole dish was perfect for me. The hot pot was pretty good but I wish that the more thick parts of the napa cabbage were either precooked so that they were a bit softer. Additionally, it would be nice to have a larger sauce selection as I like dipping my hot pot ingredients!

Came here on a last minute decision and it turned out great. They have a huge variety of soups favors to choose, big portions, extra meats, veggies, sides if needed. Soup comes out bubbling hot, flavorful with a savory aroma. A delicious and convenient place to eat outside the Roseville Galleria!

After some shopping in the Roseville area I was really hungry and cold so I went to go get some comfort food at Tasty pot in Roseville. The Ambiance is really cute when you first enter it is really Christmassy and Chinese New Year decoration. I do love the big space with lots of tables to choose and the seating area is really spacious. I really like the service they were on top refilling the broth and of course refilling the water and making sure we had enough of everything. I tried two hot pot bowls and the first one I tried is their stinky tofu with pork. The stinky tofu was fermented and has a special smell it is really authentic and if you know you know. The pork slices was really thinly packed and there was a lot of it and they were very generous portion. I love how the bowl had a lot of seafood and vegetables and other miscellaneous items. I got Mild spicy with it and it had the perfect kick to it. The other bowl that we had was the Lobster Seafood bowl and this bowl is a little bit bigger and it had a lot of seafood it was like an endless bowl of seafood and veggies. We didn't get spicy on this one and it was really clear broth and it was really comforting and refreshing. Overall a few are looking for a hot pot where you don't have to really engage or cook this is the perfect way to go. The bowl is already preset and decorated and all you have to do is just wait for it to come to a boil and all your food is ready to eat. Each Hot Pot comes with a bowl of rice or vermicelli noodles. Overall I am a fan of the spot and I can't wait to come back and have more hot pot when I am in the area. Also next door is a ice cream creamery where they do Rolled ice cream check that out while you're at it. Thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day.

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating, the ambiance is okay. I came here for early dinner and I've been wanting to try this place so bad so I give it a shot today. I ordered Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup and it was okay, small amount of noodles but generous portion of meat, veggies and meatballs, they also gave me a side of rice. I also tried their sesame balls and it was okay too.

So this place is interesting... they charge about the same price of a hotpot buffet. But they are not a buffet! You only get one pot/bowl. But it was so big I couldn't finish it all!! And you can take the leftovers back home, something you ought not do in a buffet place! It's got a lot of options in terms of meat choice, price point, and they even have non-soup options for those not into hotpot! So I suppose there's something for everyone!! Is it cheap? It can be! Service was not bad. Food came out quick except for one dish. So um... you gotta remind them. But that's ok. Not everyone is perfect. The decor is very welcoming and hip and Asian? And they handle a big group no problem. Lastly if you want boba or dessert after, you can go next door and grab a dessert bc the hotpot/dessert combo yields 10% off. Or more I forget. But better than none. And the boba was pretty good too! Is it better than Mongolian bbq? It's different. But I don't mind paying more for this!! Will def come back. Oh yah. This place is smoking. Literally! On fire! Solid A

New spot in the area that I've been wanting to try. Stopped in on Friday night at around 6pm. Place was not packed so we were greeted and seated quick. Place is pretty quiet. Decided on a couple of appetizers and the lobster hot pot. It was all very tasty. I chose the medium and realized the heat level was more than I expected. I like heat so it was good. Service is good. Water and soup base refills kept coming. I'd definitely be back for more.

Personally my first time trying hot pot but this location was selected because my friends had visited over 3 times so that itself tells you how much they've liked it to keep coming back. I also enjoyed my time and food. The server Peter I believe? was suppeerrr attentive, helpful and kind. Our food came out shortly after ordering and he checked back multiple times to make sure we were set on extra soup, water , and anything else we needed. The servings are honestly big we had take some to go because we were so full and there was still lots left hahah so you're paying a good price. The Restaurant has a good amount of seating and it was pretty quiet when we visited. Overall a 10/10 experience from service, flavor, options, ambiance, parking, and many more. We will be back

In a nutshell; Always a great way to get some good hot food/soup in your tummy. Probably one of the better Tasty pots in my opinion. The service was great. Was seated easily. Was asked for water and extra soup/broth in timely intervals. Also the collab with the creamery next door and their menu is also great. Parking wasn't too hard outside. No issues with the table or the seats. The dining experience really was good overall. The dish itself with how it's served is also neat and the contents itself is always really good. Overall been an avid visitor of tasty pots all around, pretty good stuff.

Amazing hot pot spot! The soups are packed with flavor and the drinks are just as good. The kimchi dumpling soup is a 12/10 perfectly spicy, tangy, and so comforting. Great service, and the ambiance felt very family-friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

despite it being a hot/warm day, my coworker and i went to TastyPot! I ordered the sizzling beef plate with udon and they ordered the thai soup with very spicy level. the server was quite patient with us given it was my coworker's first time. i've been to other locations in the Bay Area but it was my first here! the food came out quickly and to my surprise, mine came with an egg! the spot i've been going to never came with an egg so it was a nice addition. the soup and the sizzling plate were both flavorful. my udon was the perfect amount of chewiness as well.

We visited Tasty Pot for lunch right before the new year. I've visited other concepts with a set hot pot menu like Tasty Pot's, and I really liked the variety of options this menu offered. The larger sizes were generous for their additional cost, and I enjoyed my #9 (though I did not find the "very" spicy to have much kick at all). Other folks at my table did not get so lucky, as there were ingredients missing from their pots. Noticeably, there were no lotus roots or beech mushrooms in any of the pots that were meant to have them. However, service was spotty and we weren't able to ask about these between the time our meals were served and when I had to call the main phone line (to bring a staff member out) to pay for my bill as there was nobody on the main floor during and after our meal. That being said, the folks who brought me here have had previously good experiences after the new management was in place. So we're blaming the holidays for the subpar service, and I'll be back on a regular weekend to give them another try. P.S. While all of the advertisements outside are still about specials from November, the only special that was still valid was the 10% cash discount.

After ordering our drinks and selecting our hot pot soup bases, we headed to the buffet to grab our meats, sushi, vegetables, side dishes, and sauces. The meat selection was decent, with good portion sizes and flavor. The sushi pieces were on the smaller side, but I didn't find them very fresh, so I'd recommend sticking with the specialty rolls instead. To finish the meal, we enjoyed three ice cream flavors: vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. We also ordered soju from the bar, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of flavors they offer! We could order from the regular menu or their lunch menu. Most of the ladies and one gentleman chose the regular menu but I liked what the lunch menu offered. Soup does not come with the entrees. It is sold separately. I wanted to try their chicken salad and also ordered soup. I was very disappointed in the amount of chicken in their chicken salad as it was very fine shreds mixed in, probably less than a tablespoon if I had to guess. Mostly lettuce and veggies. The soup was good and our server was attentive. My husband ordered Korean barbequed pork over a large bed of thick noodles. In fact, there were much more noodles than meat which was very disappointing, for the price. This place is very upscale, even giving diners large handled paper bags with their restaurant logo printed on them to take home their leftovers or to-go orders. For the uppity price, I'd rather spend our money on better quality, larger amount of ingredients in dishes and more value for our bucks.

My daughter struck again…read more My daughter flew into town from Texas and she wanted to hit up another Korean restaurant and she found SeoulZip on Yelp-so we headed out there. Driving from Natomas it was a bit of a drive but I'm always down to try a new spot when she is in town. The parking situation at this restaurant was pretty nice-they share a big lot with many businesses,so parking was ample. We walked in towards the end of the night, like around 830pm,only a few people in there, but it was late. They have a pretty decent-sized restaurant with lots of tables,so I would feel comfortable going there with limited wait time most days. We sat down and they have a pretty decent sized menu with lots of options, but I was pretty sure I knew what we wanted. We went with Soft Tofu Soup($19.99). We also went with two orders of Dolsot Bibimbap ($20.99) Lastly we went with an order of their YangYum Chicken Wings($25.99) They provided us with complimentary Banchan as well-almost everything they provided was standard and they were yummy-I'd say the three of us ate about 90% of it-so good. The food came out pretty fast starting with the chicken wings. Overall the wings were pretty tasty and juicy but just a tad sweet for my taste. I tend to prefer my food on the spicier side. The soup came out next and it was sizzling. I really enjoyed the awesome flavor of the broth, very tasty and would order this again without hesitation. Now my son and I both got the Bibimbap and we both came to the same conclusions. -Aesthetic-perfect-almost didn't want to eat it. -Temperature-so hot with crunchy vegetables -loving it -Ingredients-perfect mixture of rice, meat, vegetables and egg -Taste-every bite was better than the last one and had me looking forward to the next bite. Easily my favorite Bibimbap I've had so far. Overall I would say I had a wonderful visit with my son and daughter and was so very happy that my daughter visiting me from Texas got me to add another great restaurant to my Sacramento resume. Just in case anyone is on the fence-traditional Korean cuisine is absolutely spectacular and I recommend that everyone should try it-it's so much more diverse than just Korean BBQ.
