We live about 5mins away from here and just recently discovered it! We've been going to Boba St and 85 degrees for our boba fix but I'm so glad I yelped for other boba spots and came across this one. Our first time there was on New Year's Eve and we've already been there 2 more times afterwards. My husband and mom usually gets the same drinks. My mom is grapefruit tea and my husband likes slushies. I on the other hand like to try a different drinks each time. I definitely recommend it if you're local.

We came here after dinner with our friends. Since we moved from LA County, I am excited to stop by boba shop in the IE and hopefully find a local spot to support. We came here around 8/9 pm on a Monday night and it was empty. There was no sitting area, so it is a quick stop. A pro is that they had lots of options. Since it was our first time, I had asked for recommendations on the slushies and was recommended the taro slush. When I went to pick it up, it was a standard taro milk tea. I asked about this and they said that's not what I ordered. I felt confused since I asked for the recommendation, so not sure why I did not get the drink they recommended. Overall, I thought the taro milk tea was ok - nothing special. With that and the gaslighting about what drink I was supposed to get, I am not likely to come back. Hoping to find other spots in IE!

I love this boba place!!! I have tried a lot of their drinks and it all taste great!! But the one i would definitely recommend is the match creme brulee and the hokkaido milk tea. You can really taste the tea flavor and it is not overly sweet. Staff are really nice and never really had an issue. Place is kept clean. Its not really a big place to be able to enjoy my drink but it works because i just have it to go!

Service is usually pretty quick. I always get the Earl Gray Milk Tea! Have yet to find another tea place that makes it.

What a pleasant surprise! I was in Moreno Valley visiting a friend and we were craving boba. I immediately searched for nearby boba spots and found Tea Be Honest was about 8 miles from us. So the three of us jumped in the car for some boba. We all went with the dirty milk tea with boba. This was the recommendation of the employee that took my order. I asked him for something that was really sweet and dairy-free, and he suggested the dirty milk tea. We loved the flavor!!! I've never had boba with brown sugar in it, but yum! It almost has a coffee kind of flavor in the tea, but it is not really coffee of course. Super tasty and unique flavor! I've had boba many times but haven't tasted one like that. The employees were nice and friendly. They made our teas pretty quickly. We all left happy campers with our teas. We discussed coming back next time we are nearby. :)

I discovered this gem through a friends post on IG. I come here two to three times a week. The drinks are great but the boba is amazing. Can I just order a large cup of boba lol jk jk. But seriously I post on my IG and my (friends more than 10) try it and love it too. It's a little hot in there and a bit of a wait but it's sooooo worth it read more

Typically I have to drive to Riverside to get decent boba but it's nice to know that Moreno Valley has a spot that isn't as far. The drink was great! Definitely shake it to get all the flavor mixed in. Will be back read more

Finally Moval gets a great boba spot! Located in a shopping mall with lots of parking. It's a small little spot. I tried the dirty milk tea with honey boba and my husband tried the Honey kumquat lemon tea with mango boba. Both super delicious. Highly recommend this spot. They have great options on drinks and topp Would have given it 5 stars but they were extremely busy and the wait time was excessive for only two drinks. Went back the following day to try the lavender milk tea with caramel egg pudding. The flavor is absolutely delicious of the lavender but was extremely disappointed with the egg pudding. They were extremely stingy with the amount they put in the large size. And the pudding is so small it's almost nonexistent. I've tried other boba spots pudding and they've had nice big chunks that you're able to taste it. So disappointed, won't be ordering any egg pudding from this location. read more

Probably one of the best places to get boba in moval in my opinion, not like there are many choices but VERY happy to have this place as an option! It's really nice and clean inside. I got the Taro Hokkaido w/ boba & egg pudding! Boba was warm, soft and chewy (the BEST kind) and the egg pudding was super good too, you can specifically tell it's not like other egg pudding at the other boba spots, it's WAY better. 10/10 would recommend and I'm plan to return to try other flavors! read more

Loving this place. We were greeted upon arrival and after reading all of the options, we decided on a Thai milk tea, Taro Milk tea, and a mango smoothie all with honey boba of course. I was surprised at how good this place was considering the Moreno Valley/Perris area isn't really know for good boba tea places. I got the standard green milk tea and the taste was amazing! On top of that, the staff was nice and welcoming! read more

Girl at the register was extremely rude! The popping boba tastes like chemicals/ soap, overpriced (probably charging for their cups), the rewards system is a hit or miss and they can care less if you get your points (we spend a minimum of $29 each time we go), and the flavors aren't consistent. I was happy the first few times we went, very disappointed tonight and I would rather spend more money on gas driving to riverside for a good boba and good customer service (even with gas being $6 a gallon). read more

Tea be honest.. it was not the best place in my opinion. Their cups are super cute but drink is okay I got a mango smoothie which was not all that. But I guess my aunt said tea was good. They are for the win because they have no competition in Moreno Valley. I wouldn't go back but u know everyone different try it for your self read more

Good variety of tea here!. They have milk alternatives too. I always get the Thai tea. The tall cups are 6 ounces more than the regular. My only complaint is that their boba is honey boba, I wish it was just made with brown sugar and no honey!! Tried the agar boba but it isn't the right texture for Thai tea. read more

The two girls working on Saturday late afternoon 12/11/21 were both rude! The girl taking the order cut me off in the middle of a question I had and she was impatient, as if she had somewhere else to be (I get that nobody grows up saying "Wow, I really want to work at Tea Be Honest one day!", but don't be dismissive of your customers! There's always work at Amazon!). The girl who made the drink, dropped it onto the counter, mumbled something and walked away to make someone else's drink. I stood there for about 3-4 minutes and finally had to LOUDLY ask her if it was my drink. She said yes, mumbled again and walked away again! (my spirit animal wanted to jump on her back and take a chunk out of her rude behind!). The drink itself was okay, but definitely not worth a return trip. read more

I enjoyed ordering from this place the service is fast even with there being a long line. The a/c was off I feel bad for the employees either way they were kind. All the drinks were so yummy! The Thai tea I got regular sweetness which was to sweet for me but once I got home I just added some ice to it. read more

Called to place an order through the phone to save time instead of waiting in the store. A female employee answered saying they were really busy and not taking any orders for take-out. Really unprofessional. If I was the manager I'd definitely wouldn't want to turn down a customer just because they were "busy". Instead, she could have suggested another time to call back when they weren't as busy or taken the order for me and gave an ETA of when it'll be done by. read more

I hate to be mean. Drink packaging is cool and different so I am giving them a 3. But NONE of our drinks were good. :/ Not the actual look of the drink. The texture looked off in a honeydew boba drink we had. Boba was salty. Honeydew powder overpowered anything in that drink. It was a weird texture of water, ice, salty boba and a whole mess of artificial honeydew sweetener. The Aurora mango galaxy drink I tried - I've had water with more flavor. Thai tea boba was 2/5. Thai tea taste typical, but that boba was a challenge to swallow. We took one sip and we're shocked by the almost tasteless or over packed flavors. Plus girls there didn't seem the least bit enthused to be making any of our drinks. Attitude are as dull as the galaxy drinks. So sorry Tea be so Honest. ‍ read more

Wow! The boba was soft = fresh so a big bonus. They are a little pricey (roughly 15 for two drinks, one large one regular) but if you're looking for good boba look no further! The scenery inside is super nice, perfect for a boba spot. Sure the general area is sketchy, but don't let that deter you. I like that they let you customize the sweetness to your drink, as I am not a big sweet tooth. I ordered a Thai tea with easy milk and it was perfect for me. I will be back! read more

Came here for the first time today and loved it! They have so many options and I genuinely enjoyed the drink (dirty milk tea) I usually find milk tea shops to load too much sugar for me in their drinks, however here they offer how much sugar you want: 0%, 25%, 50%, 100%! Finding a good Milk tea cafe is hard to come by. Tea Be Honest has one of the best tasting milk teas. Probably because they brew the tea them self so you can actually taste the natural taste of black tea. Lavender milk tea is my personal favorite read more

I saw all the great reviews and I knew I wanted to check it out, I grew up near Rowland Heights area, so I know what a milk tea Boba should taste like, this place was not what I expected, the milk tea was some sort of powder milk, not real milk..it almost had a cofeemate taste. I order different ones like The Hokkaido, and Taro, and Brown sugar, they all fail..also too pricey for a Boba that's not good. I will still be in my Search for a great Boba in the inland empire.. I give it one star because Staff is very friendly and welcoming. read more

My drink tasted good. Got a large Taro Hokkaido with egg pudding and boba. However, I paid almost $9 for the drink. Kinda expensive no? I also got a tummy ache after but not sure if it's from my drink lol. Store's cute. Staff's friendly. I just wished they would clean the glass doors and windows. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when driving by the area that there was a highly rated boba place I hadn't been to before. When I walked in, I was surprised by how busy it was. There was a line for the kiosk and after I ordered my drinks, the line was consistently to the door. There was a very wide selection of drinks to choose from and I appreciate them having unique flavors and twists to drink. I was contemplating between a matcha einspanner and the oksusu (corn) matcha latte. When I asked if there was a way to mix the two, Taylor was super friendly and helpful to explain how each drink was made and differed from one another and then took the time to give me options on how I could change up my drink. I ended up going with the oksusu matcha latte because the Korean in me loves corn drinks but Taylor had the barista add a rim of matcha syrup that you typically get in the einspanner. I loved the oksusu flavored foam with the little crunchy puffs. The matcha flavor was a little lighter than I typically like but still props for the unique take. My hubby got the Hokkaido milk tea. It was definitely a very sweet drink with a caramel like syrup in it which is different than how we've had Hokkaido milk tea at other boba places. If you aren't into super sweet drinks, I would recommend going lighter on the sweet level. You order through the two available kiosks here. I noticed there wasn't up to date menus on Yelp photos so I will upload the different drink options I saw through the kiosk!

Today put a horrible stain on my perspective of It's Boba Time. A simple question of who the supplier is turned into a very rude conversation which I wouldn't want to share here because I don't think it matches the standard that any place especially It's Boba Time, would accept from their employees, managers, or franchise operators. Since this was the base, it made the bowl bland.

I would say their tea and boba has stayed consistent and brings back some nostalgia. This is a great boba shop for students to come hang out and study. I was pleasantly surprised when driving by the area that there was a highly rated boba place I hadn't been to before. When I walked in, I was surprised by how busy it was. There was a line for the kiosk and after I ordered my drinks, the line was consistently to the door. There was a very wide selection of drinks to choose from and I appreciate them having unique flavors and twists to drink. I was contemplating between a matcha einspanner and the oksusu (corn) matcha latte. When I asked if there was a way to mix the two, Taylor was super friendly and helpful to explain how each drink was made and differed from one another and then took the time to give me options on how I could change up my drink. I ended up going with the oksusu matcha latte because the Korean in me loves corn drinks but Taylor had the barista add a rim of matcha syrup that you typically get in the einspanner. I loved the oksusu flavored foam with the little crunchy puffs. The matcha flavor was a little lighter than I typically like but still props for the unique take. My hubby got the Hokkaido milk tea. It was definitely a very sweet drink with a caramel like syrup in it which is different than how we've had Hokkaido milk tea at other boba places. If you aren't into super sweet drinks, I would recommend going lighter on the sweet level. You order through the two available kiosks here. I noticed there wasn't up to date menus on Yelp photos so I will upload the different drink options I saw through the kiosk!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They had so many popcorn flavors to choose from, and the whole visit felt fun and personal. My kids had a blast, and they were even given a free toy, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the experience feel extra special for them. As a bonus, they were playing Mariah Carey song after song while we were there, and I found myself singing along to "Love Takes Time." It honestly made the visit even better.
