We just happened to stumble into a gem. My kids wanted cotton candy and we were should we go to lucky or Safeway or food max? Till we checked into Yelp and see what's around us and we hit a diamond gem. What a great concept, cotton candy with boba drinks. Who could have thought about that. Kids happy and I was definitely happy because I asked for their special drink that everyone ordered and Ms Amy (store owner) suggested Crème brûlée milk tea. It was awesome. The place has video games and stuff animals claw machines. If you orders drinks they will give you tokens to play the machines. Great music, great concept, great store. Edit: I got a "compliment" from someone that was saying that my review was invalid because I never went in. Yelp profile barely had any reviews so now I'm even more sure that friends boosted the review of this place. I had a feeling that the reviews for this place were inflated since the week they opened, there were already 7-9 5 star reviews. We decided to try this place and waited outside the door for 20 minutes. They were supposed to open at 2, but they opened at 2:10 after we walked away from the door. Says a lot about the service. We ended up getting boba across the street from the shop with handmade boba that never fails. There's too many boba shops to come back to this one. read more

Went to Tea Moment with some family and friends after having dinner at the buffet nearby. This is a seriously cute boba shop and they have a snack truck inside. We ordered some milk tea and fruit teas and it was all refreshing and tasted great. It wasn't too sweet and tasted really fresh so that a pleasant surprise. We stopped here on a whim on our road trip and we're so glad we did! The inside has fun arcade games and the person working was very friendly and nice. It is a quieter plaza with a big lot, there is usually plenty of parking as long as there is not an event going on at the event center. It is a very modern looking spot with claw games and snacks for sale (in a cow inspired trailer/truck). I ordered the house milk tea with boba. It was bit sweet and strong, but it was not as creamy. The Ube flavored (they probably use the artificial taro powder) egg puffs are burnt, literally was bitter (smh). I was skeptical to return this 'cause my Terrible-Two was throwing tantrums so I couldn't just take it away from her or the entire store would eye-roll at me. But seriously, I would just make a visit to Happy Lemon or even T4 for the puffs. Don't get me started with how cute this boba shop is! I came in, expecting not a lot. Thinking that this might be your average boba shop, but let me tell you; the service is superb! The lady at the front was so so kind and honestly the most nicest person I met. When my 10 year old was trying to get a hot wheels at the claw machine, it led him to great disappointment - but she came in and offered to open the machine for us and gave us the hot wheels of his liking instead! This place is one of the cutest tea shops in the Bay Area that I've been to so far! Upon entering, I was greeted by a row of arcade games and a food truck (well, truck stocked with a diverse array of Asian sweet and savory snacks). I ordered a "create-your-own" drink (passion fruit green tea with mango bears and mango popping boba). After I made my purchase, the friendly cashier offered me 2 game tokens, and I tried (very badly might I add TT_TT) to play the fun yet challenging claw machine game. Though I didn't win the Stitch Cinamoroll plushie, I did score by being able to visit this quirky boba spot with its own unique personality, and I hope to be back soon - especially to try a new beverage with the cotton candy topping that they're known for. read more

staff were nice but very disappointed the garlic parmesan fries came with ZERO garlic flavor they were just fries sprinkled with the cheese. they also didn't have any sriracha or hot sauce to go with the popcorn chicken. the claw machines are a unique touch but the way the plushies are placed in the glass case make it obvious that they dont want you to win lol. they're all tightly and snugly packed together and the plushies are too heavy for the little claw to pick up they have a decent drink selection but it'd be nice to see the soymilk/oat milk/ almond milk alternatives that most other boba shops offer. i also didn't see any caffeine-free choices for those who are caffeine sensitive. read more

I thought this place was gonna be decent but I guess I thought wrong. Came in during dead hours and only 2 customers were there. My boyfriend and I were waiting in line for a while and weren't greeted or anything. The tall guy with the glasses just walks to us without saying anything even though I exchanged a "Hello". I had the lychee fruit tea, bear shaped lychee jelly, no sugar and it was very refreshing. Loved the whole lychee fruit in the cup as opposed to chopped up lychee. It was a nice change. Every drink came with game tokens. We gave our game tokens to a family with a young girl who was trying to win a stuffed animal with the claw game. Bad service and food. We went after work on Friday at around 5:45pm. No customer (we should have gotten the cue). Service was the worst part of the experience. The tall young guy at the counter acted as if we owed him something or wanted us to not order so he didn't need to get up. I think he was looking at his phone even though he knew we were trying to order. No hellos, no thank yous, almost no eye contact. No calling out when the drink/food were ready. Cotton candy milk tea was so diluted, plain and tasted more of powered coffee-mate than tea. The fried baby octopus was covered in thick, burnt batter. The boss should really emphasize on employee selection and training because claw machines and snack carts cannot make up for bad food and service. read more

We had 4 different drinks each of them were awesome! My husband devoured the crème brûlée! What makes this place special is the whole vending machines.
