Horrible wait time... took my husband 30 min for 2 drinks! No tea is worth that! Get your crap together

This place seems ok from the photos of food and drinks that I've seen here. Decided to check it out on my way back to Livermore. Was greeted by a gentlemen not wearing his mask correctly (hanging off his chin) making food and drinks without washing his hands. I thought that was the worst offense and was ready to leave until a customer came in without a mask. I expected the people working to tell him to put one on or even offer a mask but nothing actually happened. They actually addressed each other by first names so clearly this guy was a regular. All in all I would highly recommend coming to TeaSpot if you either believe in conspiracy theories about a plandemic, don't have any loved ones with comorbidities, or just have a death wish. As an assistant with a home care aid, we frequent this boba tea and treats spot often and we love their drinks! E Tea offers many flavors not normally found in your average boba tea cafes, such as rose, Thai tea, tea float (boba tea & ice cream), red bean topping, pudding topping, basil seeds, etc -- the list goes on. I really appreciate that the staff take their time in making their teas top notch: not watered down, full of flavor, soft tapioca, fresh mango, you name it. I judge a business' first impression by their bathroom upkeep as well, I mean, who wants to eat and drink at an establishment who can't even take two minutes to tidy up their bathrooms? Needless to say, E Tea keeps their bathrooms quite tidy and stocked. read more

Tried this spot after just searching for boba near our location when we were visiting our friends. Looked at the menu and they had milk tea floats!!! That's right floats!! When we got there of course we tried the float and this other drink called the Winnie the Pooh. They were ok but nothing special. On a cool note they have a couple PS4s hooked up for your enjoyment. read more

My friend's family owns the restaurant Chapala next door and this was the whole reason how I found out about this place. The place is very clean and spacious. If you've been to South Bay or from there, it's basically a boba lounge with couches, tvs, and games/consoles to play with. I got the the mango smoothie the first time I went and a peach yakult tea the second time. The mango one was perfect, but for the peach yakult, it was a little too sweet for my taste. I told the employees and they informed me that I am able to change the level of sweetness by 25% increments for future reference. Other than that, it tastes really good if you like yogurt flavored Overall I think this place is a wonderful addition to our Antioch/Brentwood/Oakley area. Rrally cant say much hobestly about the drink quality and food. I was in the area to do work and happened to see it. Been near TeaSpot since 11am. Finally walked over to it around 1116am and the doors are still locked. No one is available. The phone line keeps ringing. They are CLOSED. It is Saturday and the Hours of Op say they open at 11am and close at 8pm but theres no one around and there are no signs indicating a special closure for today or for COVID or anything so, thats unfortunate. It is now 1122am as I write this and it looks like someone is just now coming to open the store. (1 guy) - who incidently didnt look like he was trying to compensate and rush for being almost 30 minutes late. Bad business practices and customer service happening here. read more

Great new place in Brentwood! I had a black milk tea with honey dew. They are all about the taste! Play PS4 while you enjoy your beverage. I'm not big on boba but wife says it's really good. Today was also buy 2 get one free! They have Vietnamese sandwiches!!! I tried the slow smoked beer beef brisket with caramelized opinion jam. It was delicious! I wanted to get a second but was full after the coconut taro sago drink! Wife had the BBQ pork banh mi and leche fruit tea with leche jelly. Awesome combination! I love Tea Spot! They are reasonably priced, friendly staff and easy to order. Going here is literally a weekly thing for me! Inside has a karaoke machine and is really fun for teenagers. My wife found this little place thats hidden next to a gym and behind the gas station. I walked in and was promptly greeted. The menus are easy to navigate as they have their top 10 on the right wall when you walk in. The atmosphere is casual with 2 tv's and some gaming system I didn't get to take a look at. There is a small space and sofa you can sit on and mingle with your friends. My wife got the Winnie the Pooh which is a mixed fruit tea. It's very good and I can see why its on their top 10. I also got the egg, cheese, sausage muffin. It is on the LARGER side for a sandwich and was fairly priced with coffee or juice. The Banh Mi's there are authentic and they taste very good. I don't have a problem getting those again and the winnie the pooh drink. I had the water mellon juice and it was decent but nothing exciting to write about. The milk tea drinks & slushees are appropriately sweetened and they don't drown your drink with too much ice either. Just the right sweetness! Drinks are fruity & tasty, and the pudding in the drinks was really nice... the boba was good too. The bread used in their Banh Mi sandwiches are perfect! They were crispy crunchy on top and nicely dense & soft throughout the sandwich. Goes perfectly with their thinly sliced roast pork and the beef brisket - both were tender and delicious! I would not recommend their popcorn chicken though -- it's half the serving size of other places for $5.99... at least we tried it. We're very happy with the rest of our orders though. read more

The guy who is usually taking orders is rude and unfriendly and treats people as though they are beneath him (think "soup nazzi" on Seinfeld) I will not be going back here. Love this family run place. The drinks are great tasting, the food is fresh when you order it they make it. The prices are spot on and there's no up charge for debit or credit cards. If you want you can use Grubhub to order and have it delivered to you. Now there's even karaoke if we were allowed to stay there. This is our family go to place for Boba tea. read more

Cute little boba shop with unique and delicious drinks! I love the fact that this boba shop has such a unique menu. They do have your traditional boba drinks, but I don't even know where to begin naming. They have your thai tea, milk teas, taro, and smoothies. I personally love their strawberry banana smoothie. Each time I have ordered this drink, the taste was very consistent and had a ton of flavor. I also like getting this drink with chopped strawberry chunks. It adds so much flavor, so I highly recommend getting this drink if you are unsure of what to get. You also have the option to get it in a regular cup or you can upgrade to a cute bottle for I think .50 cents extra! They also have food here and bahn mi sandwiches! I tried the bbq pork or beef, I forgot... but it was also delicious! I usually eat one half and save the other for later, but it was so good that I actually finished the entire sandwich at the place. This is also not your ordinary boba shop with tables to sit at. They have sofa's here with coffee tables and it just makes it a little more cozy and unique. They also have gaming systems and TVs to play on. However, one downfall of this place is how slow it took to receive our drink one time. There was only two workers, which was the owner and another employee, and the girl was literally making drinks by herself and I felt bad and understood so thats why I didn't want to keep asking. Called here 3 times on 3 different occasions. 1st time told 1 milk tea and 1 sammich will be 30 mins so i cancelled. 2nd time i called they messed up my order. 3rd and final time 2 drinks and 2 sammich will take 20 to 25 mins. Done. The search for Boba in Brentwood is a wrap now that we've found this spot. Drinks are authentically delicious with a few on the creative side. Bánh mì were also really good. The spot itself has a cool, lounge feel to it with comfortable seating to go with A couple of 65" flat screens that are hooked up to Comcast and Playstations. The Almond Queen and Winnie-The-Pooh drinks were scrappin' and I'm excited to try out the rest of the menu. Current drink promo is Buy 2 Get 1 free but I'm sure that won't last once the word gets out and business picks up. Hands down, the best Boba spot so far out here in Brentwood. read more

Finally a legit boba place in Brentwood! We've been there twice and the drinks have been on point. The brewed green tea is authentic, mango sago taste terrific and the taro drink is also fantastic! Most important of all they use real fruit, not powdered drink like most other places. Sweetness and ice level can also be adjusted for most drinks. Are the perfect? Not yet. It just opened 6 days ago so the service is a bit slow, but that is to be expected and should improve in a few weeks. In the mean time, our family will continue coming and hopefully all of you as well read more

I think this is the best Boba Tea place in town. They use fresh ingredients (not powder) in all of their teas. I love that you can select your own sugar level because I have Type 2 Diabetes. I get my Boba Tea with zero sugar and it still tastes yummy! I usually get the Fresh Taro King but I recently discovered Coconut Taro Sago. I love coconut and taro, so this drink is perfect! I've had their Vietnamese sandwich, but it was just okay. I am used to the sandwiches in Oakland. I highly recommend the Boba Teas but not the sandwiches. read more

So we came back and I ordered milk tea. Most of the time, for me, if the milk tea is not good, I don't come back. But this one is perfect. It's dark in color (not light, like its water down) and you can taste the slight bitterness of the black tea, and perfect on sweetness and boba. This reminds me of my very first milk tea I had in Irvine 18 years ago. If you keep making great milk tea, you got yourself a regular customer. Let me start of by saying when I found out a boba place that's in SF finally opened up here, I was excited! Thank goodness we get a little bit of the city in this part of the Bay Area. With that said, I wish I could give them a 5 star, however my first time at this location I ordered what I usually would down in SF, Thai tea smoothie with boba (of course) and a mango smoothie! I was completely satisfied with them because they were smooth just like it should be and I got a couple of cute bottle out of it . My second visit it was ok but not as smooth as the first. Now my latest visit was disappointing. Definitely wasn't smooth like the first time then I started sipping bigger chunks of ice. Boo! Each time it was a different person making them so I don't know if the workers are just rushing to make the drink or what. But it's definitely not consistent every time! I wish they would all just take their time to make sure the smoothies are blended well the way they should be. I'm disappointed with it. All employees should be on the same page with how the drinks are made. I always take them to go so there's no point in going back to let them know. But if I'm paying almost $6 (extra for boba) a drink, I'd like it to be worth it. That's what makes people keep coming back!
