I have been coming here since this is the quickest Taiwanese food joint near my house so it's easy to order via grubhub or thru the app. I usually go in since it's a little cheaper and more option in the drinks. I usually order the Taiwanese sausage fried rice with chrysanthemum tea. It seems now the food is extra salty especially the veggies and the ground meat on the rice. I have to dilute it with the tea. Place is super clean and greeted with two kiosks to make food orders. Hopefully they can adjust the salt level in the food.

I ordered online this time, I notice they have a lack of menu items on the online order compared to ordering at the kiosk in person. Also, when ordering online, I would not trust the pickup time. I ordered at 11AM it told me order will be ready for pickup at 12:50PM. I still went to the store regardless of what it says and it was ready for pickup by 11:15AM. If I trusted the time they estimated, my food would've been cold. The cashier was super nice though. I never knew they have party trays! I would buy one soon for the upcoming party's! Please keep the price like that!

Great prices and tasty food. We had the pork belly which was very good and seasoned perfectly. Guests had the crispy chicken and rice with veggies which they loved.

I always love coming to teaspots! The best place to grab a quick bit and sit down. It's very peaceful and the workers are so nice and friendly. The food is so amazing and the thai tea is the best ever!!

Needed a pick me up drink for the ride home aka sitting in traffic on the 210. I remembered this "tea spot" was here so decided to try a drink from here. Self service ordering is available so i can take my time to figure out what i want to order. There was a special for the red bean and milk drink and it was 50% off. I added the sea salt crème to top it off. This drink had lots of ice and red bean that it reminded me of the Filipino dessert halo halo except missing so many ingredients lol. Place is clean. Parking is tight in the lot. Really did not interact with staff besides the drink hand off at the counter. I may return if I'm able to find parking in the lot. I was lucky this time because it was Easter Sunday.

When I am in the mood for a honey green hot tea, or a decent bowl of soup, I go here. They have numerous boba, teas, soup, and chicken plates, etc., to select from. Great place to grab something fast. The only thing I do not like is the parking and the indoor seating. The parking is very difficult and sometimes you just leave because it's nowhere to park. The service is good. You have to order from a kiosk machine which is a little difficult if you do not know what you doing. Note: The place is trendy with very limited seating and difficult parking. Adjacent from PCC.

Definitely my favorite boba shop because of its prices and quality like it's so much better than Boba Time. We come here 2x/week and always get the icys and milk teas. I love their Thai tea snow soooo good my favorite. Parking can be a pain so we go during off hours. Don't like the automatic tip that's added to the kiosk too. Pro tip: happy hour pricing 4-7Pm!!

I love papaya milk which I but in Taiwan. I didn't know they served it here. Most boba places don't have it. It's pretty good.

My husband and I both really enjoyed the drinks. I would recommend the following: The Onyx Hojicha Milk Tea is a mix of Taiwan onyx black tea with hojicha charcoal roasted tea and house milk. It had a roasted, nutty, smoky, and creamy flavor profile. I am a big fan of how it tasted - more elevated than your typical milk tea. Brown sugar boba paired perfectly with this drink. The Oreo Uji Matcha is made with ceremonial-grade matcha imported from Japan, house milk, house cream, and crushed oreos. It tasted sweet, rich, and slightly earthy. The flavor of the oreo cookies balanced out the matcha in a good way. It was also delicious with brown sugar boba.

Overall the space was cute and had a good vibe. Pricing was in the higher end but felt appropriate for the space and the offerings. There was only one downside to the entire experience, there was an odd smell that both my friend and I noticed in the building. It was pretty off putting and we opted to take our drinks outside. My friend thought it might be an issue with the AC or the HVAC. Hopefully that issue is resolved the next time we visit. When that resolves it will be a 5 star spot.

I was so excited for the gyokuro milk tea because gyokuro is probably my favorite tea, and I can't quite describe what the gyokuro here tasted like. I can say, however, it didn't taste anything like gyokuro. It was weirdly floral, not quite jasmine, and had a weird and honestly kind of gross flavor I guess is a way to put it. It completely lacked the fresh buttery greens quality of real gyokuro. The jasmine was okay. I gave up on the hojicha without even trying it after everyone else wound up not liking their teas either (they didn't dislike it as much as I did with the gyokuro, it just wasn't great). Reviews seem positive for this place so I dunno what was up with our drinks. While the tea flavor, at least for the jasmine, was strong, it was so strong it tasted almost artificial (compared to similar tea-forward places).
