I think I misunderstood the person that helped me. I asked for milk tea and she mentioned that flavor. What I got was pure watermelon and milk. It doesn't seem very tea like. Only three stars due to smell, flavor, and cost. $4.95 for a regular size of watermelon milk is not worth it. To be fair, the place *looks* nice and the employees were easy to communicate with. Grand Opening today so it is Buy One Get One free. I'm not sure how long this promotion is going to last, but definitely worth it if you can take advantage of it. For a super size Milk tea with boba, it came out to be a little over over $6. This place is definitely a bit hidden in the plaza since it is off to the side right next to the Jack in the Box. It is located where the Subway used to be. I tried both the regular Milk Tea with less sugar and the Earl Grey Milk Tea with less sugar. The regular Milk Tea has more taste of the Milk and less on the tea, whereas the Earl grey has more emphasis on the tea and less on the milk. Boba has a good chewiness to it. Good ample seating with about three sets of tables that seat about 4 people each. The tables can be rearranged so it can accommodate smaller and bigger crowds. There's number of barstools facing the outside and facing the counter. The only downside of the bar seating is the lack of outlets for power and it doesn't look like WiFi is ready yet even though the WiFi password is printed on the receipt. Credit cards are accepted and there is a decent amount of parking out front. There's more just a few walks away. I like the walk art! read more

My boyfriend and I was driving home from dinner around 11 PM and we saw a really big sign that said BUY 1 GET 1 FREE. I'm usually pretty picky about where to get my boba but how can I resist that deal! We busted a U and drove directly to the parking lot. The atmosphere was nice. All the little light bulbs made it kind of magical lol. All the workers were nice there. Their cups are humongous. 4 different sizes! We ordered a orange green tea and a green milk tea with boba. My honest opinion? The orange green tea had too much orange juice in it and too less tea. I couldn't taste the tea at all. I usually go to tea bar for my OGT fix and thought since this is closer to home I can give it a shot. Just ask for more tea and less oj. The boyfriend's drink was meh. The boba. Was way over cook and there was no chewiness to it. And the milk tea was too sweet. A little disappointed that the boba wasn't hot like most places. Overall, it's not toooo bad. Saw that this was a new place located right next to Pinoy Pinay. They also had a buy 1 get 1 free for drinks so I definitely had to check this out. My friend and I ordered their beef stew and their fish n chips (I initially wanted to try their Japanese miso ramen but they said they had run out of the noodles). Their beef stew was alright-- seemed to be a little on the salty side. But it was very warming. My friend got the "medium" level of spicy for the fish n chips, and it was super spicy! And it was only level 2 on their spicyness scale.. whew. As for the drinks we ordered an avocado smoothie and a strawberry banana smoothie, which were pretty decent choices. Overall, it was an A-OK experience. Probably the best place out of the places around the area (Amar/Azusa). I'll definitely come back here to try out the rest of the menu. read more

This place is great if you're looking to drink, eat, and hang out with friends until late at night. My family and I make frequent visits to this area for groceries and food and so I was stoked to find that a boba shop opened up. On top of that, this boba shop also serves food! When I first visited, I was surprised to see such a huge menu. I ordered a few food items: fried mushroom, mild crispy chicken, buffalo fries. The food came in a generous portion. In addition, they were pretty good! I love the seasoning and the crispiness on the chicken the best. It was my favorite thing. The fried mushrooms were not so bad either. I should've asked for a bit more seasoning but I'll do that next time I order it. The buffalo fries were alright. There was some seasoning and the fries were cooked right. The taste didn't really wow me too much but it wasn't bad at all. I got the jasmine milk tea to drink with MINI BOBA. I put "mini boba" in caps because it's been so long since I've had it. I was super happy this place serves mini boba. I'm not a huge fan of regular sized boba because of how inconsistent it could be and that I don't always finish it. It's the opposite whenever I do have the chance to get mini boba. Most of the shops I go to don't offer mini boba or they're almost always out of it, so this shop has a special place in my heart. The drink itself is a bit more on the sweeter side, but overall, it's a good drink. I am definitely looking to try more of their other drinks and food on my next visit. read more

There is more parking located across Shakey's, if necessary. ** I went to the soft opening, so my review is solely based on that. ** There's a lot of seating - they have some tables outside, window seating, a communal table, and mix of booth and chair tables. They have a cool painted wall - a perfect backdrop for your food pictures. They have an extensive menu! They have typical snacks for a boba shop like fried tofu, crispy chicken, butter toast, etc. Plus they have food like salads, rice dishes, and noodles. They have a variety of drinks from fruit and milk drinks, classic and flavored teas, classic milk teas, flavored milk teas, and fresh fruit juice, as well as shaved ice. I tried their almond milk tea and it was great! Service was great and quick. They were very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. They said they are working on getting their wifi soon. Their hours are from 11am to 12am, daily. They also have a lot of outlets available, so it will be a great place to study. If you want to find the best boba place with the best service this is where you go! I'm actually kind of bummed because I've only discovered this place a couple months ago. For some time now, I've been searching for a boba spot that has amazing drinks, amazing service, and IS OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT! I always study there and it's a great way to hang out with friends! They offer a variety of board & card games. This area is kind of hidden all the way in the side of the plaza. The menu has a huuuuuge variety. I'm glad this boba spot has actual food, and really yummy food too. Other spots have tiny little snacks and stuff. Tea Spots is the place to go if you're thirsty & hungry for a whooooleeee meal. I've tried a couple of their smaller snack items like Edamame, fish, fries, BUT they have a Crispy Chicken Rice Dish! They have really delicious & crispy chicken, a side of veggies (I always get only broccoli hehe), and a bowl of rice with this "Chicken Adobo-Boiled Egg" sauce on top. It's A+! But I've got to say, the reason why I gave this place a 5 star rating is because of the service. KYLA always takes my order with a friendly demeanor and a nice smile. This was my first time trying to pan fried potstickers and they were so good, they're nice and big and they are just slightly pan fried but that's how I like them.. a little soft, the only thing I would say is if you want them to be more crispy maybe tell them to cook them a little longer. Decided to check out this place while driving by during the pandemic for order at the counter for take out. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba, which was alright. I forgot to ask for less sweet. The boba was nice and chewy. I got the iced sea salt latte for my mom, which I think was my fav of the day. It had a stronger coffee flavor as compared to 85 degrees. The Japanese matcha smoothie was also tasty and refreshing as well. Finally to eat, we got the crispy chicken which resembles popcorn chicken you get from a boba shop. You pick your level of spiciness and it was good. Came out nice, hot, and straight out of the fryer. Well seasoned. Can't complain. Total came out to $24.39 which includes tax and tip, which I thought was a smidge pricey. Everything is an up charge - so what you see on the menu board is the basic price for the smallest size (which I think is regular). Any change to make the size bigger or add boba or anything to the drink is extra. Just FYI. Parking is easy. Plenty of spots right in front. Would I be back? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I placed my order over the phone at 8:05PM. They asked my ETA. I live around the block so I said 10 mins. I left 5 mins after making the call ensuring that when I get there I'll be just walking in-pay-grab food and walk out. Well guess what? I got there, waited in the line to pay. I said to my self "okay, just a couple of customers in front of me, this should be fine". After I paid, there are 4 other customer after me. I waited.. and waited.. and waited whilst watching the people right after me get their orders!! And I still remain patient and waited more... until the last guy who walked in the door and placed his order 3 mins ago just got his drink! I stepped forward, asked the lady when are they going to make my order that I placed over the phone 25 mins ago. I even asked if I should walk in next time instead and not place a phone order? She just gave me this look and said "oh it's just been so busy." And I said I know they are busy, but they should know who to prioritize in making the order. After I got my order, I drove home and guess what more? I am missing the Buffalo Chicken Wings. So I drove back!!! So upset! I asked my son to go in because I am not feeling great of facing any of their crew! My son walked back in the car saying that they told him they don't have wings. I walked back in. Their teas haven't been consistently the greatest but haven't been the worst. I have mixed feeling about them because the delivery is not consistent. The last time I went I'd say my boba milk tea was great. The boba were not hard they were soft and the drink wasn't watered down. One particular thing about this place is their tiny boba. The service I experienced was awful on Sept 10, 2023 around 2:30 with the Lady in Green Tea Spot T-shirt. When she received my order she was so rude, I even asked her if my order was all 50% as I want to confirm the txt I received that day regarding the Promo they sent. She never replied to me, instead she just stared at me. After I paid and received my orders I found out that it was not all under the promo. I told her why when I was asked her she never even explained to me? She explain to me only teas, but why when I'm ordering and ask you, she never made me understand? Why being so mean? Driving by, we noticed a new drink shop right next to Pinoy Pinay. With so many tea/drink places springing all over the place, my knee jerk reaction was like, "Oh! Theres another tea place." Now-- moving on. But wait, hit the brakes! Printed on the large grand opening banner, were the words, "Buy one, get one free!" It was a drinking opportunity not to be missed. Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming counter and menu above. The menu has a wide variety that range from snacks for the chillaxing grazer and all out meals for the hangry. There is a hipster appeal and positive vibe. Since we were there for the BOGO, we opted for smoothies with standard fixes (regular sugar and no toppings). We opted for the midsize drink (24 oz. for 75 cents more or $4.75 each). The matcha smoothie was delicate and creamy with a subtle sweetness that I thought was on point. The taro smoothie was very rich and full with flavor. The drawback was the intense sweetness for that particular drink. I would recommend reduced sweetness. The least preferred was the mocha smoothie. It was chocolatey enough for the chocolate lover, but I guess I was just not feelin' it. Over all, I am inclined to go back to have another round of drinks and try out the different foods. read more

The decor is cozy, contemporary and casual. The space is small but they make the best of it with ample seating.
