Tea spots is located in a plaza with parking in front. We arrive at night with not too many people inside. We decided to come here to try their mango shaved ice! The shaved ice was really good. The mango bits were sweet and not sour. I liked that we can pick toppings too. We picked lychee jellies and that was good. Overall, a good place if you're cravings for some shaved ice.

Came here for a late night snack. I was craving something sweet and refreshing. I ordered the fresh fruit icy - strawberry kiwi with lychee jelly and diced kiwi. I originally wanted watermelon and kiwi but they were out. What I got was sooooooo much better. Bussin bussin ! They stay open til 11pm, perfect for late night cravings. I paid about 10$ for the large size plus my add-ons.

Tea Spots is a nice little local boba shop located in the West Covina area. The plaza that it is in offers plenty of parking, and the establishment inside offers a few tables, and a counter style area for dining in. You can order in person, or via kiosk. I normally get their simple chrysanthemum tea, the zucchini fries, and have tried their miso ramen too. It's a solid place for drinks, and food but nothing too fancy.

Redeemed my $5 coupon today and opt for the regular Matcha smoothie with Aloe Vera and pudding. $1.87 tax included, not too shabby for a delicious drink before running errands. Lost a star though because it didn't have the creamy taste you normally get with a smoothie, unsure if they used too much ice or if it's the lack of Soy Milk. Nevertheless, thanks Francis for the knowledge and kindness! Will certainly be back and redeem my 50% coupon next time and opt for the matcha milk tea with black tea based.

Tea tastes good! We got 3 24 oz of green tea, milk tea and a jasmine honey milk tea. Everyone was happy with their choice. Service was awesome, he was so nice. The place is already ready for Christmas! There's different seating options, booth or table. And they have a pretty big menu for appetizers or entrees. It's a great late night option!

I truly am disappointed with this place. I have high hope for it since their menu has good variety of food & drink items - Food: Terribly salty for chicken wings, it's like tasting an ocean. The food took really long even though there's barely anyone. Mostly us because the rest of other customers order drink and go. Shaved ice is not good not bad, the only item was good is mozarella cheese and sesame ball but everything else was bad. - Service: The guy is nice and helpfuI, I feel bad for the only employee working there, he's responsible for the drinks and serve the food at the same time. - Ambiance: The table setting are nice, love the decor, cozy atmosphere PS: I dont know if this happened to anyone that came here before, but after the chicken wings, my whole party has upset stomach

I love tea spots. I go almost every week and order different things off the menu especially when they add a new item. They have good prices for the food quality and the drinks always hit. I 1000% recommend. (Miso ramen and basil chicken)

Still a loyal customer for about 2 years now. I really enjoy their snacks - specifically the popcorn chicken and fish and chips. Servers have great customer service! There's indoor seating and a lot of students study here as well as families coming to snack and drink some boba tea. Definitely support this local business!

One thing Tea Spots is going to do is slay every time. I've been here since the very first year they opened and I don't think I've ever been disappointed with my experience. It's been a while since I've been here just because I wanted to try different boba places in the area, but Tea Spots is probably the best spot you can go to in town. They're open until 11 while other boba places nearby close earlier. The employee today was super welcoming and helpful. It's been so long since the last time I've been here that they added a kiosk! That is super convenient and I'm glad to see they're keeping up with trends. The inside hasn't changed, it's a little small but it has a nice & quiet setting. It's a cute spot to hang out at and if it's too full inside, you can sit outside as well. The drinks my boyfriend and I got were really sweet, I got the Matcha Milk Tea and my boyfriend got the Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea. The matcha didn't exactly taste like matcha; it was a little powdery and sweet. The honeydew drink was extremely sweet, but it was a great combination. The boba itself though was amazing! It's been a while since I've had good boba and Tea Spots did not disappoint. I am so glad I went back. I used to go every week because I was a part of their rewards and would always get deals, and I think that might happen again. You have to go here!!

The service is exceptional! They are always attentive to our needs and make sure everything is alright with everyone ordering take out or dining in. The ambiance is nice as well, I like studying here especially because there are also outlets underneath the booth seats. The drinks are decent, not exceptional but they do the job. One of my favorite tea places to go to in town! The service is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. The Taiwanese sausage is fantastic and the wonton soup is also amazing!! I had their Mocha smoothie w/ Oreo topping & it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be! :/ I have a sweet tooth, but it's great for those who don't like overly sweet drinks! I also had their fries, really generous portions! (: Aside from the food & drinks, Tea Spots has a cool environment! Chill place to study or catch up with friends. I always enjoy coming to Tea Spots. The environment is very comfy and good for studying. The employees are also so kind and welcoming. Drinks are tasty but limited if you are looking for caffeine free. Food is a bit on the expensive side, I spent as little over $20 for soup and a drink. Staff is very friendly and helpful but drinks take awhile so be patient. read more

Love going here! Drinks are delicious and I love having the ice dessert so close to home! Definitely reccomend. My biggest complaint is that my order gets taken wrong half the time - when I ask for no boba, I get boba; I ask for White Chocolate Mocha frappe and I get mocha frappe or an ice coffee. Its very frustrating and I usually don't notice until I get home. One time I did catch a wrong order while I was in the store and they were happy and quick to fix it, which was nice. Complimentary hand sanitizer is available for customers and masks wearing is usually not an issue. I fee veryl safe coming in to do takeout pickup. Besides the issue with getting wrong orders, I would give them 5 stars. I will be more attentive when I order from now on. read more

The popcorn chicken is pretty bomb, I also like the variety of topping they have to offer, if you're going there for the first time I would suggest lookin at some photos of the menu because they're pretty pushy with rushing you to take your order. They play good music also. It's a younger crowd that is usually inside from what I can tell. But overall it's a decent boba place read more

First time trying this place out. The service was good, but the pop corn chicken and the drinks was not what I was expecting. Popcorn chicken was not good in my opinion $6.50 for a small portion? Compare to other places around? Ask for ranch, and it tastes like it was package awhile ago and had a awful taste. Drinks was okay, not the best but does the job. Overall I wouldn't go back. I rather just go to quickly or tapioca express. read more

I love coming to this place! It's so cute I love the atmosphere and the energy of the store. They have so many choices to choose from, not just tea! From filling snacks, desserts, rice dishes, noodles alll the way to tea and smoothies. I come here often but I finally decided to leave this amazing review but I learned they also have Vietnamese coffee which I live for! Not everywhere has it and that for me was the icing on the cake. There is one thing I love and keep coming back for. That is their cotton snow. I've never tried anything like it. It's so light and soft. It just melts right when it hits your tongue. The taste is not overly sweet, and the fruit is always fresh. There are more than enough toppings and sauces to vary things up. Just writing about it is making me want to drive down there to tell you the truth. I do wish they would make a small size but it only comes in a medium and large. The medium is huge bring someone to help you. I've never ordered the large but it must be to feed a small family. The atmosphere of the place is great. I usually see people with their laptops studying. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Haven't had the chance to try anything else here. I'm just obsessed with that cotton snow. read more

This place might be new but their boba was surprisingly good! I tried something new and ordered a wintermelon drink with boba & it wasn't too sweet which I like! Their boba is not like the regular boba, it was serve with mini boba but it wasn't a problem for me. Their boba prices aren't too crazy either, just like any other boba spot. Maybe I'll come back and try something new :) read more

Tried this place with the whole fam bam and it didn't disappoint! I had the taro shaved ice and it was a subtle but yet very delicious! My daughter had the Nutella one and I couldn't help but to dip my spoon to try some of hers. Also the place was very kid friendly for my 3 year old son. read more

I'm a usual customer and the drinks are really good. But I recently went and ordered a coffee milk tea with boba. The boba is good but the tea was terrible. It did not taste like coffee or milk tea, it tasted like I was drinking straight-up liquid coconut oil. I made others try it and they said it tasted like coconut oil. I was very upset because I was so excited to try something new and it was terrible because it didn't even taste like the drink I ordered. read more

I was happy that there's a tea shop opens in West Covina. I decided to give it a try today. Staff is nice and so is the decoration in the store. My husband got a boba milk tea and he likes the boba but not the milk tea. I got the jasmine milk tea with quarter sugar which is perfect sweetness for me. However, the milk tea tasted water down which has no tea flavor in the drink. Hopefully they'll improve overtime so I can go back and try again. read more

My coconut milk teacwith mini-boba is still my go-to! Right now their boba is buy one get one free because of their grand opening, so get it while you can! Note: if youre coking there to do homework or work in general, make sure you have a hotspot because their wifo isn't up yet. But, you can still do work if you need your basic regular docs. Bur, if you're hust there to chill and just want boba with your friends, go to the front and ask to borrow their games. They have uno, monopoly, janga, scrabble and i forgot the orher games they had. Their teriyaki meatballs taste exactly like in the Pasadena location. They have lychee popping boba btw if anyone is interested in popping boba!!! Theres 2 workers that I have seen and they are BOTH super nice and chill. I'll never get tired of going here since the fact that theres one near me! Check out this boba spot if you're in a boba fix/need! Oh, if you're in a soup type of day their ramen is pretty good! Its not like your go to authentic tonkatsu ramen or your ramen at Kopan but it's decent! GO HERE DURING THE SUMMER! They're shaved ice is the BEST! read more

I was able to find parking pretty close and tried to avoid parking in the reserved spots for specific stores. It was quiet and empty when I went in, the place was spacious and I saw seating and a drink fountain dispenser (a few drinks not available but they had my Diet Pepsi). I was greeted warmly and I ordered two 3 item combos: Chow mien, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and pork stew White rice, teriyaki chicken, chicken and potato stew, and salt and pepper chicken. My favorite was teriyaki chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Everything was good honestly, I didn't have anything bad to say other than the containers will leak through into the bag and you will get sauce on the napkins, utensils, and sauce packets. For the price, it was $30 plus drink and can definitely satiate 4-6 people. They have a tip jar and since I paid cash, I forgot to tip but will go back and make sure I tip! The server is really nice, we chatted a little and she is very sweet. Apparently my bf knows about the place and the owners years ago so next time I'll bring him to try it now!

I recently visited tea spots for some late night popcorn chicken fix, but I was pretty disappointed with their chicken. The chicken was incredibly dry, and I suspect it's because they used chicken breast instead of thigh pieces. I've had popcorn chicken at many places, and I've never had it this dry before. It really took away from the overall experience. If you're craving good popcorn chicken, I wouldn't recommend this place. Used to go to the vita cane in Alhambra weekly for bowls. Message system notified me that my drink was ready. Only complain, poor service. The kids working saw me standing at the pickup area and literally ignored me for a couple minutes while they took care of other tasks. I shouldve reached around the glass next time and grabbed my drink instead.

We ordered the iced Spanish latte, the peach black tea, and the peach oolong tea with lychee jelly. The Spanish latte was a 10/10 ..the perfect balance of espresso and sweetness. Both peach drinks were super refreshing and nicely sweetened as well. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the decor inside was fun and cheerful -the whole place has a really happy vibe. Definitely coming back!

The drink price ranges from $7 and up, but basically the fancier the drink, the more it costs. I ordered a couple basic slush flavors, taro and melon, but with the best upgrade. Pay $3 extra and you get your drink on a super cool 1 liter bucket. This is so perfect you like to share with your partner, or if you are extra thirsty in this summer heat. Either way, the drinks were delicious and I cannot wait to come back.

It's located inside the West Covina Mall (aka: Plaza West Covina). Parking is simple since the mall's lot is huge. I quickly found a spot inside the parking structure. Mizuri (West Covina) is located on the ground floor, underneath the Food Court. This business is wedged between JC Penny & the escalators. Staff is polite and quiet. There's no self-service kiosk, so customers must order at counter. Staff quickly answered my questions and provided a respectful demeanor. My drink took two minutes and 24 seconds. Fast! As mentioned, the Flavored Matcha - Ube ($7.50 - Large - 24oz) tasted boring. The brief ube flavor is appreciated; the quality of its matcha is enjoyed; and the portion is thirst-quenching. Unfortunately, its flavors felt watered down. The sweetness or addictive twist felt lacking. As it is, it currently embodies the stereotype of "mall drink." Concerning ambiance, Mizuri (West Covina) is a stall. There's no music, and it's very clean. Fortunately, this business is extremely fortunate with its location since there's nine nearby tables. There's even four electrical outlets near the brown table! I even saw usb ports for charging. The mall also provides free internet for guests. There's no restroom, but a brisk journey up the escalator will lead customers to the nearby Food Court's restroom. There's surprising utility by Mizuri (West Covina)! Overall, Mizuri (West Covina) is not bad. However, as of now, it's extremely unmemorable. Hopefully the drinks improve with time. 3 out of 5
